Abstract

Pembelajaran PAI di sekolah mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai ke tingkat lanjutan atas bahkan pembelajaran agama di perguruan tinggi, umumnya lebih berorientasi kognitif. Peserta didik lebih ditekankan untuk mengetahui ajaran agama, sementara aspek penghayatan dan keterampilan/pengamalan terabaikan. Hal ini menyebabkan peserta didik tau tapi tidak mengamalkan ajaran agama. Untuk memperbaiki kekeliruan tersebut peneliti berupaya menawarkan strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi afektif yaitu strategi pembelajaran reflektif dan transinternal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X 5 SMA N 3 Padangsidimpuan dengan siswa berjumlah 39 orang yang keseluruhannya beragama Islam, 17 laki-laki dan 22 perempuan. Adapun rancangan penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Sedangkan jenis data yang akan dikumpulkan adalah sikap, kesadaran rasional dan keluasan wawasan siswa serta perasaan dan penghayatan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Analisis data secara naratif dan juga menggunakan analisis  statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk tabulasi frekuensi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, strategi reflektif maupun transinternal  telah berhasil menumbuhkan sikap mental, kesadaran rasional, keluasan wawasan, perasaan kagum akan kekuasaan Allah, empati terhadap sesama makhluk Allah, terdorong untuk merubah perilaku yang kurang baik dan meningkatkan perbuatan baik.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) processing wood in furniture is Wahyuillahi Furniture in Turen District, Malang Regency. This furniture business has been developed for about three years and continues today. The purpose of this activity is to develop the production of Wahyuillahi Furniture's furniture business by improving the quality of the production and packaging process through increasing the capacity of human resources, which is expected to increase the marketing reach of partners wider so that partners' income will increase and can improve the standard of living of the family. The method used is to provide training on marketing communication techniques, training and mentoring on E-Commerce; Provide tool assistance in the form of a more effective combination of a planner and a split saw; Provide training on BEP analysis and SWOT analysis, and simple finance; Conduct counseling and training activities on the understanding of engineered wood and furniture design. The service results are an increase in production from 0.8125 m3/month to 1.6 m3/month; The increase in consumer needs is increasing by an average of 17%. Turnover increased by 400%. The types of products produced increased by 200%. The refining process time is about three times faster; The length of the wood splitting process is 2.5 times faster; The number of marketing areas increased 2.5 times. The next plan is that the service team will periodically visit partners, namely Wahyu divine furniture, to help solve the problem.ABSTRAKSalah satu usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) pengolahan kayu berupa mebel bernama Mebel Wahyuillahi Furniture di Kecamatan Turen Kabupaten Malang. Usaha mebel ini telah dikembangkan sekitar 3 tahun dan bertahan hingga saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengembangkan produksi usaha mebel Wahyuillahi Furniture dengan memperbaiki kualitas proses produksi dan pengemasan melalui peningkatkan kemampuan SDM yang diharapankan dapat meningkatkan daya jangkau pemasaran mitra semakin luas, sehingga pendapatan mitra akan bertambah dan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang teknik komunikasi pemasaran, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang E-Commerce; Memberikan bantuan alat berupa kombinasi multifungsi alat planner dan gergaji belah yang lebih efektif; Memberikan pelatihan tentang analisa BEP dan analisis SWOT, dan keuangan sederhana; Melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang pemahaman kayu rekayasa dan design furniture. Hasil pengabdian yaitu peningkatan produksi yang awalnya 0.8125 m3/bulan menjadi 1.6 m3/bulan; Peningkatan kebutuhan konsumen rata-rata naik 17%. Omzet naik 400%. Jenis produk yang dihasilkan naik 200%. Lama proses penghalusan menjadi lebih cepat sekitar 3 kali lipat; Lama proses pembelahan kayu lebih cepat 2,5 kali lipat; Jumlah daerah pemasaran naik 2,5 kali lipat. Rencana selanjutnya yaitu tim pengabdi akan secara berkala mengunjungi mitra yaitu Wahyu illahi furniture untuk membantu pemecahan problem solving.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) "Lancar Jaya" Bricks in Turen District, Malang Regency, East Java produce bricks. In the results of the situation analysis, it was found that the most urgent problem was the production capacity of SMEs which could not be optimal in producing bricks because they only had one kneading tool, which was used interchangeably with several other groups of workers, so that the time used for production was not very effective. In addition, it has narrow land, so the drying process is also limited for production. Market demand began to decline. To increase the production of bricks, the solution offered in the production field is to make the primary production tool more effective and efficient and to make a firm mixture of bricks. In business management, the solution offered is to increase the human resource capacity of business actors through training and mentoring. Outcome targets include appropriate technological tools in the form of modifications to serial brick mixing tools, activity videos, national journals with ISSN, e-proceedings, and mass media. The results of this program are the effectiveness of the three series red brick mixer machine by 75%, an increase in production capacity of 200%, and an increase in income turnover of 30%. The increase in marketing area from 1 city to 3 city areas and the quality of red bricks produce good products that are not easily broken, only 90% of the products produced.\ABSTRAKUsaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) Batu Bata “Lancar Jaya” di Kecamatan Turen Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur memproduksi batu bata. Pada hasil analisis situasi ditemukan bahwa masalah yang paling urgen adalah kemampuan produksi UMKM yang tidak bisa optimal dalam memproduksi hasil batu bata karena hanya memiliki 1 buah alat adonan yang digunakan bergantian dengan beberapa kelompok pekerja lainnya sehingga waktu yang dipergunakan untuk memproduki sangat tidak  efektif. Selain itu memiliki lahan yang sempit sehingga proses penjemurannya juga terbatas untuk produksi. Permintaan pasar mulai menurun. Untuk meningkatkan produksi batu batanya, solusi yang ditawarkan di bidang produksi adalah membuat alat utama produksi yang lebih efektif dan efisien serta membuat komposisi campuran adonan batu bata yang kuat. Di bidang manajemen usaha, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah peningkatan kemampuan SDM pelaku usaha melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Target-target luaran yang disusun antara lain adalah alat teknologi tepat guna berupa modifikasi alat adonan batu bata berseri, video kegiatan, jurnal nasional ber-ISSN, e-prosiding dan media massa. Hasil dari program ini adalah efektivitas mesin mixer bahan batu bata merah 3 series sebesar 75%, peningkatan kapasitas produksi 200%, omzet penghasilan meningkat 30%. Peningkatan luas pemasaran dari 1 wilayah kota menjadi 3 wilayah kota dan kualitas batu bata merah menghasilkan produk yang bagus tidak mudah pecah hanya 90% dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

This study aimed to know about the interrelationships between agribusiness subsystems, cost analysis, revenues, and profits in the development of starfruit in P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri and to analyze the feasibility and sustainability of developing starfruit in P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri. The analysis used is descriptive, cost analysis, sweet star fruit income, and financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that the agribusiness subsystems in P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri were interrelated and supported one another and still have weaknesses in the processing and marketing subsystems. Over ten years, it has had an average revenue of Rp. 786,266,944, - with an average operational cost of Rp. 360,793,236, - so the average income received each year is Rp. 425,473,707, - There are four criteria for financial eligibility. The Net Present value (NPV) shows a value of Rp. 1,453,862,787.- IRR (Internal Rate of Return) shows a value of 41.72%, and PP (Payback Period) is at 1.26. The calculation of Net B/C in business starfruit cultivation is 3.87. The financial feasibility criteria show that the sweet star fruit cultivation business at P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri is feasible and can continue.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the publics perception of the ecotourism development plan in the Bongok protected forest and determine the factors that encourage and hinder the plan to develop Bongok forest ecotourism. This research uses a descriptive method approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews or questionnaires, and documentation. Community perceptions of the development of Bongok forest ecotourism according to the results of the recapitulation of perceptions of the community for the development of ecotourism researchers explained that public perceptions of plans to develop Bongok forest ecotourism with the following percentages such as public perception of the development of Bongok forest tourism objects with an average value of 85.12%, community perceptions related to the development of ecotourism facilities 89.82% and public perception regarding the development of the Bongok forest ecotourism function averaged 87.23%. Factors driving the development of bongok forest ecotourism are geographic factors, human Resources factors, sociocultural factors and institutional strengthening factors. Abstract

Demand is the number of goods requested at various price levels in a certain period so the price variable is a variable that influences demand. This study aims to analyze the demand for cabbage by Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University students, Malang City, at Landungsari Market, Malang Regency. Location determination was carried out purposively, with a total sample of 100 people determined by simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses demand function analysis with SPSS version 22 software. The results show that the data is normally distributed, and there are no deviations from the classical assumptions, both multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, so the selected model can be used properly and is not biased with Adjusted R Square 0.849. Selected independent variables have a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable. While partially the demand for cabbage in this study was significantly influenced by the price of the cabbage itself, the price of chicory, the price of mustard greens, and consumer tastes

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between the subsidized fertilizer distribution mechanism and the success of farmers in adopting fertilization technology. This study used a descriptive method approach—data retrieval techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. The mechanism for distributing subsidized fertilizers in Purwoasri Village, Singosari District  According to the results of the recapitulation of the subsidy fertilizer distribution mechanism, researchers explained that the distribution mechanism and technology adoption with the following percentages: subsidized fertilizer distribution mechanism 74%, the role of agricultural extension workers 76%, the role of farmer groups 79%, meaning that the distribution mechanism has been successfully carried out well, such as extension workers helping and guiding farmers in the preparation of RDKK (Plan Definitive Group Needs). Meanwhile, the adoption of 70% fertilization technology means that extension workers and farmers complement each other and work together to achieve the success of farmers in the successful adoption of fertilization technology in Purwoasri Village.

produk sudah menjadi hal wajib bagi setiap pengusaha. Diperlukan penerapkan digital marketing untuk para wirausaha terutama bagi UP3HP TOGAK BASAMO agar bisa menciptakan produk yang lebih berkualitas sesuai keinginan dan permintaan konsumen tetapi tidak melupakan ciri khas produk UP3HP TOGAK BASAMO. Mengingat pentingnya digital marketing terhadap wirausaha maka perlu upaya pendampingan untuk bisa bertahan dan bersaing dengan IKM makanan lain dalam memasarkan produknya. Dalam mencari alternatif pemecahan masalah ini, maka diadakan penyuluhandigital marketing dan pelatihan tentang promosi secara digital dengan pembuatan Konten Niaga untuk promosi wirausaha secara online dengan menggunakan media social. Tujuannya untuk melatih angota kelompok UKM agar bisa mempromosikan produknya secara online kepada konsumen. Kemudian agar brand (merek) produk IKM bisa dikenal dan agar konsumenya tetap loyal membeli produk tersebut. Karena itulah diharapkan anggota IKM yang mengikuti program pengabdian tidak merasa terbebani. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan adalah: 1) Penyampaian materi : berupa penyampaian materi tentang digital marketing dan cara pembuatan konten untuk promosi dengan menggunakan aplikasi handphone, terdiri dari memakai bahasa persuasif, maksudnya adalah suatu tulisan di dalam konten tersebut bertujuan untuk memengaruhi pembaca supaya mau melakukan hal seperti yang dimuat di dalam konten, adalah membeli produk yang ditawarkan di dalam konten, yaitu bentuk informasi atau penjelasan yang disampaikan kepada peserta penyuluhan tentang pembuatan Konten promosi online dengan menggunakan media sosial, 2) Praktek langsung pembuatan Konten untuk UP3HP Togak Basamo yaitu konten Randang Jamur Tiram. 3) Media penyuluhan : terdiri dari laptop, handphone, gambar atau slide, yaitu produk Randang Jamur Tiram , 4) Postest: berupa pertanyaan yang diberikan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan selesai. Ini dimaksudkan agar mitra benar-benar merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, dan dapat merasakan bahwa kegiatan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bersifat insidentil saja, kapanpun mereka perlu bantuan pengetahuan, maka pengusul akan menanggapinya

Abstract

Colol Village is a wilaya located in East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, which has good environmental and geographical characteristics, fertile soil and a suitable climate for coffee cultivation. The coffee varieties that are being developed are Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee. The people of East Manggarai have a cultural tradition that is close to coffee. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence coffee production in Colol Village, determine farmers' perceptions of agrotourism development in Colol Village and describe the implementation of the coffee agribusiness system in Colol Village, East Manggarai Regency. This research used mixed methods with a sample size of 56 people using multiple linear regression data analysis methods, Likert scale analysis and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that in coffee production the factors of land area, farming experience, farmer age, education level, household income, and coffee sales income level influence the development of agrotourism in Colol Village, East Manggarai Regency and based on Likert scale analysis, Colol coffee farmers agree with the development of coffee agrotourism in Colol Village and coffee production and agrotourism potential are related, the potential for coffee farming as a tourist attraction thereby strengthening the local economy and creating sustainable opportunities for the development of Colol village, East Manggarai

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the role of farmer groups in the successful distribution of subsidized fertilizers. This study uses a descriptive method approach and data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. The result shows the role of farmer groups in distributing subsidized fertilizers in Klampok Village, Singosari District with the following percentages: meetings between farmer groups 84%, visits to the Ministry of Industry and Trade 100%, farmer group knowledge about fertilizers subsidized 100%, discussions about subsidized fertilizers 69%, information about subsidized fertilizers 79%, participation of farmer groups by attending meetings with the Ministry of Industry and Trade 85%, implementation of subsidized fertilizer distribution programs 99%, meaning that the role of farmer groups in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers has been carried out successfully, such as extension workers helping and guiding farmers in preparing RDKK (Definitive Needs Group Plans)
