This study aims to identify the potential competitiveness of the agro-industry sub-sector leading commodity plantations in Jambi Province. The long term goal of this research is obtained by a concrete formulation of the strategy of development of agro-industry sub-sector competitiveness leading commodity plantations integrated with the strategy of revitalizing the agricultural sector. The research method used was a secondary data analysis methods. This study was conducted over a period of two years. In the first year will be to identify potential agro industry leading commodity subsector mapping plantations and agro-industry plantation subsector superior product that has a high economic value, while the second year will be pursued to design the strategy and policy development of agro-industry commodity or superior products that possess the plantation sub-sector competitiveness and related to the realize the quality of economic growth and sustainable region. This study aimed to quantify the fiscal needs in the city jambi and analyze the relationship between the level of fiscal dependency of between the level of fiscal dependency of economic growth in the city of Jambi and see how big the city’s fiscal dependence on the central govermeny Jambi. The results of this study indicate that the Fiscal Needs in Jambi has increased significantly each year, with an average growth of 27 times greater where the level of dependence of the Local Government Fiscal Jambi city against the central government is still very High, on average within 6 year (2008 to 2013) obtained the proportion of revenue to the level of fiscal decentralization Jambi each including a small category with an average of 10.93%. This suggests that the fiscal capacity of the city of Jambi to implement regional autonomy means that the dependency ratio is the small city of Jambi to the central government is very high at 89.07 to the relationship between the Fiscal Dependence Levels of Economic Growth in Jambi indicates perfect correlation and positive direction.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of economic growth on revenue districts / cities in Jambi Province. The data used is data panel districts / cities in Jambi province during the Year 2007-2013. Data were analyzed using panel data regression. The study found that a significant effect of economic growth to local revenue. This means that the economic growth of the district/city has been effective in increasing revenue growth. In other words, economic growth has spread in the economic sector is a source of local revenue.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani kopi. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Desa Bunga Tanjung Kecamatan Betara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari responden petani kopi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 orang petani kopi. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa jumlah produksi, biaya produksi, luas lahan, harga jual, dan jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi

Tanjung Lanjut Village has untapped potential in terms of both natural resources and natural beauty that has yet to be fully explored by others. It includes Tangkas Lake, which is a relaxing spot to visit thanks to its cool natural character and unspoiled natural conditions. Unfortunately, community empowerment in Tanjung Lanjut Village in protecting and developing Tangkas Lake's tourism potential has not been fully realized. Through Community Services and the village community's participative approach, it is expected the local community can get the benefit from this program by leveraging the tourism and creative economic sector.

This research aims to determine and analyze the relationship between competitiveness in basic sectors and economic development inequality on economic growth in Jambi Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method using secondary data during the 2000-2021 period. Data analysis in this study used the RCA method and Granger causality. The research results show that the industrial sector and mining sector have a causal relationship with economic growth in Jambi Province, while other sectors do not.

This community engagement activity aims to improve village financial management based on the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 4 of 2017 concerning the Determination of Village Fund Usage Priorities. The research identifies the importance of village financial management for village officials in enhancing their individual and institutional capacity to utilize the village fund effectively and transparently. Additionally, the study analyzes the changes in regulations regarding the village fund made by the government to promote economic growth in the villages. By granting autonomy to villages, the government provides significant opportunities for them to manage governance and development according to their needs and priorities. This enables the development of creativity and potential among the community, ultimately enhancing welfare and the quality of life in the villages. Consequently, the research also aims to analyze the impact of village autonomy on financial and asset management, strengthening village governance independence. During the guidance and consultation activities for village financial management, the researchers compile guidelines and references based on the regulations issued by the Minister. These guidelines are expected to improve the quality and accountability of village finances and encourage effective governance of village tasks and functions. The results of this research are expected to provide benefits by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of village financial management, thereby optimizing the village fund and generating positive impacts on development and the welfare of the village community.

The village of Tanjung Lanjut possesses abundant natural resources and scenic beauty that are yet to be fully explored by external visitors. These potential assets include Lake Tangkas, where hanging trees, putat leaves, and the local tradition of "makan merawang" are found. The cool natural ambiance and untouched environment make Lake Tangkas in Tanjung Lanjut a pleasant tourist destination. However, the community's empowerment in promoting the tourism potential of Lake Tangkas and harnessing the village's creative economy based on local wisdom has not been fully maximized. Although efforts by the Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) have been made to enhance the local community's income, there remain untapped opportunities for creative economy initiatives rooted in local wisdom. This article aims to foster the development of Tanjung Lanjut's community in utilizing the village's creative economic potential while preserving its local wisdom, as well as supporting the growth of the Tanjung Lanjut Village-Owned Enterprise in expanding the existing businesses through creative economy approaches based on local wisdom.

This research aims to analyze developments in FFB prices, CPO prices, exchange rates and CPO exports. Then to analyze the influence of FFB prices, CPO prices and exchange rates on CPO exports. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data with Time Series data for 2000-2023. The data sources used in this research are the Jambi Province Plantation Service, the Palm Oil Farmers Union (SPKS), the Jambi Province Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia. The analysis technique used is Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis. The research results show that: (1) The development of CPO exports, FFB prices, CPO prices and exchange rates tend to fluctuate every year. (2) The FFB price and CPO price variables have a positive and significant effect on CPO exports in the long and short term. (3) The exchange rate variable has a positive but not significant effect on CPO exports in the long and short term.

This article aims to introduce and promote hydroponics as an alternative for optimizing organic vegetable cultivation. The hydroponic use has several objectives, namely: 1) Achieving optimal growth and harvest results for organic vegetables, 2) Advocating hydroponics as an alternative method for cultivating organic vegetables with effective and environmentally friendly pest and disease control techniques, 3) Developing efficient water and energy management techniques, such as implementing water recycling systems and energy-saving technologies, 4) Establishing empowerment programs that provide knowledge and skills related to organic hydroponic cultivation, covering technical, managerial, and sustainability aspects. With the implementation of hydroponic empowerment, it is expected that the community in Tanjung Hutan Village can increase the availability of organic vegetables, reduce dependency on synthetic chemicals, and provide economic benefits through job opportunities and new enterprises. Furthermore, optimizing organic vegetable cultivation holds significant potential in meeting the demand for high-quality and sustainable organic food.
