Abstract

Ada dua faktor yang dapat menjelaskan mengapa upaya perbaikan mutu pendidikan selama ini kurang atau tidak berhasil. Pertama, strategi pembangunan pendidikan selama ini lebih bersifat input oriented. Strategi yang demikian lebih bersandar kepada asumsi bahwa bilamana semua input pendidikan telah dipenuhi, seperti penyediaan buku-buku (materi ajar) dan alat belajar lainnya, penyediaan sarana pendidikan, pelatihan guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya, maka secara otomatis lembaga pendidikan akan dapat menghasilkan output (keluaran) yang bermutu sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Ternyata strategi input-output yang diperkenalkan oleh teori education production function (Hanushek, 1979) tidak berfungsi sepenuhnya di lembaga pendidikan, melainkan hanya terjadi dalam institusi ekonomi dan industri. Kedua, pengelolaan pendidikan selama ini lebih bersifat macro-oriented, diatur oleh jajaran birokrasi di tingkat pusat. Akibatnya, banyak faktor yang diproyeksikan di tingkat makro (pusat) tidak terjadi atau tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya di tingkat mikro. Dengan demikian manajemen mutu terpadu merupakan langkah yang perlu dijalankan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan sekarang ini

Abstract

Online learning has a negative impact on students who cannot use online learning support facilities, of course this has an impact on reducing learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing digital literacy on students' science learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is correlation. The population of this study was 348 people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and science learning outcomes tests that had been tested for validity and homogeneity. The data analysis used is simple linear regression, but previously a prerequisite test was carried out. The results showed the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 4.412 is greater than 2.034 with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, the coefficient of determination of 0.371 x 100% of 37.1%. So, there is a positive and significant effect of the application of digital literacy on students' science learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam termasuk dalam sistem pendidikan nasional sehingga manajemen mutu yang efektif diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa layanan pendidikan yang diselenggarakannya berkualitasPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat penerapan manajemen mutu dalam pendidikan Islam di Marasah Aliyah Swasta di Bengkalis. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode ini dipilih karena penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang menghambat penerapan manajemen mutu di Marasah Aliyah Swasta di Pekanbaru. Wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen yang relevan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di 5 Marasah Aliyah Swasta di Bengkalis. Subjek penelitian melibatkan para kepala sekolah, dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum.Hasil penelitian adalah Faktor pengahambat implimentasi manajemen mutu dalam pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabupaten Bengkalis adalah: tidak memahami manajemen mutu, rendahnya kualitas guru, kurang sesuai antara kurikulum dan implimentasinya pada pembelajaran, keterbatasan dana, tidak adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya perubahan, kurangnya dukungan untuk implementasi manajemen mutu, dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Teachers and staff have become less motivated to do their jobs and produce poor results because of the principals' lack of progressive leadership. The purpose of this research is to identify how a principal's leadership style affects employee morale and classroom outcomes. This study is an example of research done after the fact. Twenty-one educators from MAS Al-Kifayah Riau made up the sample for this research. This sample was collected using a method known as total sampling, in which the sample size is equal to the population size. This study employs a non-test approach to data collection. Distributed questionnaires gathered information on principal leadership styles, teacher work motivation, and document recording gathered information on teacher performance. The product-moment correlation analysis can be used to test hypotheses. The results showed that while there was a correlation between the principal's leadership style and teachers' output, there was no such link between the principal's style and teachers' drive to succeed in the classroom.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a correlation between school principal leadership and learning effectiveness in their curriculum era at private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah schools in Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative research. This research involved 354 people, including teachers, school principals and students from four private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah located in the city of Pekanbaru. .   As a research sample, respondents who are met by chance and are willing to participate will be taken by chance (accidental sampling method). After the data was collected, the Spearman Rank statistical technique was used to analyze the correlation between two variables using Spearman rho. The results of this research are that there is a positive correlation between school principal leadership and learning effectiveness in their curriculum era at private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah schools in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the project at SDIT Future Islamic School (FIS) Pekanbaru to enhance the Pancasila student profile (P5) dimension of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character in the independent curriculum, as well as the relationship between this project and the students' moral education in the hadith. The study that was done falls under the category of qualitative descriptive research. Interviews are the method used to get data. Content analysis is the method used for data analysis. According to the study's findings, P5 is being implemented at SDIT Future Islamic School (FIS) Pekanbaru, which is improving religious, interpersonal, environmental, and national morality. The moral education of children in the hadith is connected to the implementation of P5 at SDIT FIS. The result of the research is Islamic Integrated Islamic School should adopt the hadist in their teaching learning process.

Abstract

Problems that occur when the child's attitude and behavior are not disciplined towards the character when carrying out activities. This is determined by methods or aspects of development that are not yet optimal, there are still children who do not have a disciplined character such as not applying attitudes when entering the toilet, fighting over toys with friends. This article aims to find out the behaviorism approach in reward prizes to shape the disciplined character of early childhood. Using the reward method to shape the character of discipline in children means the perfect way to give way or bridge disciplined students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, descriptive method already exists a method that describes any conditions or symptoms that are in accordance with the events that occur in the field when the research is carried out. Descriptive method is research that provides a systematic, actual, and accurate description. about the news and the correlation between the phenomena studied. The results of the study found that using the behaviorism approach to rewards can produce disciplined character in early childhood. because it is very influential on various aspects of development, especially for learning to be responsible for using what is done, can control themselves and can motivate children to do the activity themselves

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan layanan pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kota Pekanbaru. Tahapan pengabdian ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Materi penelitia terdiri daripelatihan manajemen sekolah, pendekatan pembelajaran kreatif, dan penggunaan TI dalam pendidikan adalah semua bagian dari program ini. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah lebih memahami dan memiliki keterampilan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan sekolah mereka. Hasil dari Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ada peningkatan pemahaman kepala sekolah terhadap materi yang diberikan. Setelah pelatihan, pemahaman peserta meningkat signifikan: Kepemimpinan dan Perubahan dari 63% menjadi 86%, SDM dan Keuangan dari 74%  menjadi 90%, Perencanaan Strategis dari 71% menjadi 98%, E-learning  dari 51% menjadi 81%, Teknologi Administrasi dari 76% menjadi 90%, Keamanan TI dari 52% menjadi 85%, Proyek Kolaboratif dari 62% menjadi 88%, Pengajaran Kreatif  dari 42% menjadi 85%

Abstract

Purpose: The goal of community service is to improve the level of teacher competency in elementary schools by engaging in community service activities. The objective was to obtain this outcome by concentrating on communication and instructional development. Methodology: The Participatory Action Research (PAR) was chosen as the technique for this community service. Participatory Action Research (PAR) entails the active engagement of community members and relevant stakeholders with the objective of fostering collaborative problem-solving and knowledge acquisition. Results: The community service initiative enhanced the language and communication abilities of teachers. This implies that the training program has been successful in effectively addressing specific areas of teacher competency. Limitations: One obstacle to this training is related to the duration required for implementation. If the implementation time is short, it will produce less than the optimal results in the expected output. Contribution: The community service project implemented a notable enhancement in teacher proficiency in language and communication skills within the context of elementary education. This underscores the imperative for ongoing investment in teacher training to augment the calibration of education.

Abstract

This study examines the financial management practices of Islamic educational institutions, with a focus on public accountability. As financial transparency and accountability become increasingly important in educational organizations, it is essential to evaluate how Islamic institutions manage their financial resources. A survey research design was employed to assess perceptions of financial management accountability. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with a sample size of 162 participants from various Islamic education institutions. The findings revealed that respondents generally hold positive views regarding the transparency of financial management practices at Islamic educational institutions. However, challenges in implementing these practices were also identified, such as limited financial training, technological infrastructure gaps, and insufficient stakeholder engagement. While the positive perception of transparency indicates a solid foundation for accountable financial management, the study highlights the need for further improvements. Recommendations include enhancing financial training, upgrading technology, increasing stakeholder involvement, and conducting regular financial audits. Additionally, institutions are encouraged to benchmark their practices against industry best standards to ensure ethical and efficient resource utilization. This research underscores the importance of fostering a culture of accountability in financial management within Islamic educational institutions. By addressing identified challenges and adopting the suggested improvements, these institutions can better ensure financial transparency and ethical resource management.
