Abstract

ABSTRAK PeneIitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi 1122 karyawan, dengan sampeI yang diambiI sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik anaIisis data peneIitian yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi kIasik, anaIisis regresi Iinier berganda, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis. HasiI uji hipotesis secara parsiaI membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simuItan membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan niIai R Square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,857 atau 85,7%, artinya variabeI komunikasi dan kerjasama tim mampu memberikan sumbangan yang terjadi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, dengan besarnya sumbangan yang disebabkannya sebesar 85,7%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kerjasama Tim, Efektivitas Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada, Muara Enim Regency. The population of this study includes 1122 employees, with samples taken as many as 92 respondents. The data anaIysis technique used in this study was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial hypothesis test prove that there is a significant effect of communication on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada, Muara Enim Regency, there is a significant effect of teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim Regency. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously prove that there is a significant effect of communication and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim Regency. The result of the coefficient of determination which shows the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.857 or 85.7%, meaning that the communication and teamwork variables are able to contribute to the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada, Muara Enim Regency, with a large contribution of 85.7%. Keywords : Communication, Teamwork, Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang.. Metode dipergunakan peneliti ini metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis statistik. 1) berdasarkan uji t variabrel pertanggungjawaban terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan 0,031 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pertanggungjawaban terhadap pengembangan karir. 2) berdasarkan uji t karakteristik individu mendapatkan pengaruh signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial karakteristik individu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel karakteristik individu terhadap pengembangan karir. Berdasarkan uji F variabel pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu secara simultan terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban, Karakteristik Individu, Pengembangan Karir ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of accountability anf individual characteristics on the career development of employees at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The method used by this researcher is quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, statistical hypothesis testing. 1) based on t-test responsibility variable there is a significant effect of 0,031 < 0,05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between the responsibility of the career development variable. Based on the t-test of individual characteristics, it has a significant effect of 0,000 < 0,05, so it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on career development. Based on the F test, the responsibility variable and individual characteristic 0,000 < 0,05. It can be cocluded that there is an influence of responsibility and individual characteristics simultaneously on the career development of employees at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. Abstract

This research was motivated by the author's desire to know the contribution of K.H. Muhammad Amin Azhari in spreading Islam through education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah. This research method is a qualitative research method. The type of research is descriptive qualitative with a historical approach. The data collection process is observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique is using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions (1) The history of the founding of the Najahiyah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah is that this madrasah was a madrasah endowed by the Palembang cleric, namely K.H. Muhammad Amin Azhari to spread Islam through education (2) Contribution of K.H. Muhammad Amin Azhari in spreading Islam through education, namely after he donated his land to build the Najahiyah madrasah, after the establishment of this madrasah, he participated in teaching religious sciences, such as Tauhid and Fiqh (3) The existence of the Najahiyah Madrasah had a positive impact on the people of Palembang, especially in the upper 3-4 regions in the socio-religious, socio-cultural and socio-economic fields, it is still around.

Abstract

This service activity was motivated by the low interest of history teachers in creating media, especially in history subjects. Apart from that, there is also low student interest and motivation in learning, especially local history. So far, teachers in carrying out learning tend not to use media as a tool in conveying learning material, so learning is verbalistic plus the perception of history for some students is still considered a relatively difficult lesson. Therefore, it is necessary to create learning conditions that can familiarize children with history and their environment, one of which is by conducting learning using Banner media. This service activity aims to educate Palembang City YWKA High School teachers to increase their professionalism as History Teachers at Palembang YWKA High School. This activity also motivates teachers to design attractive learning media in the form of banners using local sources of excellence in the city of Palembang. The method of implementing activities carried out in this activity is lecture, question and answer and discussion, and the practice of making Banner media. It can be concluded that educational activities for YWKA High School Teachers in Palembang City provide teachers with understanding and skills in producing Banner learning media based on the local history of Arab Village Houses in Palembang City.

Abstract

Gorontalo regency is a city that possess a majority of Muslim population with a percentage of 98%. However, as times and technology have changed, many Muslims in Gorontalo have started to be influenced by foreign cultures that diverge greatly from Islamic teachings. The Gorontalo Muslim community in the globalization era must also face even more difficult challenges due to the intrussion of a culture of hedonizm, materializm and secularizm into human life. Thus, in order to meet this challenge, The Gorontalo Muslim community must increase their knowledge of their religion, specifically by reading the Qur’an and it also hoped that they will be able to resolve the widespread spiritual crisis that is presently plaguing them. For this reason, a forum is required that can emerge and revive the role of the Qur’an as a guideline for Muslim life, namely by building an Al-Qur’an Center in Gorontalo which prepares all facilities for Islamic activities based on the Qur’an and Hadith.The method used in the design and planning of Al-Qur’an Center is data collection,  which is the first step to collect factual issues that become the background of the title selection then obtain data through observation, which is by collecting data directly from the research site, interview method and literature study method, namely studying, understanding, literatureand searching for sources related to the research object. The design of Al-Qur’an Center is anticipated to be the best effort to overcome the current spiritual crisis in Gorontalo. By emphasizing the concept of Biophilic Architecture, this design will foster a positive relationship between humans and nature with Architecture, this design will foster a positive relationship between humans and nature with architecture. Biophilic design seeks to produce a space that can participate in improving the physical and mental well-being of human life.

Abstract

The Scout Movement is a scouting organization that is officially recognized by the government and is tasked with shaping the character of Indonesia's young generation. Kwartir Daerah Gorontalo (Kwarda Gorontalo) is a Scout Movement organization at the Gorontalo Province level which until now Kwarda Gorontalo is actively carrying out scouting activities and has hosted national camps, but Kwarda Gorontalo does not yet have a permanent camping ground. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Scout Campground in Gorontalo as an educational campus for Scout members.In the Scout Movement there are moral values related to the environment, namely love for nature and compassion for fellow human beings, if it is related to the field of Architecture, the science that studies the relationship between humans and nature, namely Ecological Architecture.The research method used in this design is descriptive qualitative method. Primary data collection was carried out by direct observation (observation), as well as interviews with related parties, while secondary data collection was carried out using literature study methods, book references, journals or theses, as well as through internet media. The result of the design is a complete campground building with facilities to support various kinds of scouting activities. The principles of ecological architecture in the form of minimizing land damage and minimizing energy use, are applied to the arrangement of the site and the shape of the building. The site is laid out by maintaining the existing potential, the shape of the building uses the principles of ecological architecture by applying a form that is in harmony with the Gorontalo traditional house and camping tents. Gerakan Pramuka merupakan organisasi kepanduan yang resmi diakui oleh pemerintah dan diberi tugas untuk membentuk karakter generasi kaum muda Indonesia. Kwartir Daerah Gorontalo  (Kwarda Gorontalo) merupakan organisasi Gerakan Pramuka di tingkat Provinsi Gorontalo yang sampai saat ini Kwarda Gorontalo aktif melaksanakan kegiatan kepramukaan dan pernah menjadi tuan rumah perkemahan nasional, namun Kwarda Gorontalo belum memiliki Bumi Perkemahan tetap. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan rancangan bumi perkemahan Pramuka di Gorontalo Sebagai kampus pendidikan anggota pramuka. Pada Gerakan Pramuka terdapat nilai-nilai moral yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan yakni cinta alam dan kasih sayang sesama manusia, jika dikaitkan pada bidang Arsitektur, ilmu yang mempelajari tentang hubungan manusia dan alam yakni Arsitektur Ekologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan secara langsung (observasi), serta wawancara dengan pihak terkait, sementara itu pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur, referensi buku, jurnal atau skripsi, serta melalui media internet. Hasil perancangan berupa bangunan bumi perkemahan yang lengkap dengan fasilitas untuk menunjang berbagai macam kegiatan kepramukaan. Prinsip-prinsip arsitektur ekologi berupa meminimalisir kerusakan lahan dan meminimalisir penggunaan energi, diterapkan pada penataan site dan bentuk bangunan. Site ditata dengan mempertahankan potensi yang ada, bentuk bangunan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur ekologi dengan menerapkan bentuk yang selaras dengan rumah adat Gorontalo dan tenda perkemahan.

Abstract

Numerous musical enthusiasts in Gorontalo would like to further their education; however, they have to face the fact that educational facility does not exist in their area. There is no music art high school in Gorontalo that was created to accommodate prospective students who wish to continue their education in the music field. Those music enthusiasts study through independent learning, private course, or social media such a YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others online media. Therefore, music is one field that needs to be developed and facilitated in Gorontalo. Further, the data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and literature studies. The data is then processed into a design concept that uses an analogy as its approach. This design concept was then used to guide the College of Music Arts building in Gorontalo.Banyak peminat musik di Gorontalo yang ingin melanjutkan ilmu bermusiknya masih dihadapkan dengan fakta bahwa tempat untuk menimba ilmu yang mereka minati ternyata tidak ada di daerahnya. Di Gorontalo sendiri belum terdapat sekolah tinggi seni musik yang dibuat untuk dapat menampung minat calon mahasiswa di Gorontalo yang ingin melanjutkan ilmunya di bidang bermusik. Rata-rata dari mereka yang memiliki minat terhadap musik, belajar secara mandiri melalui kursus privat ataupun hanya melalui media internet seperti YouTube, Instagram, Facebook dan media online lainnya. Oleh karena itu, musik menjadi salah satu bidang yang perlu dikembangkan dan difasilitasi di Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tiga cara pengumpulan data yakni, Wawancara, Observasi Langsung, dan Studi Literatur. Melalui tahapan pendekatan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada, kemudian mengungkapkan masalah yang didapati dan membuat tujuan perancangannya sekaligus menyusun teori-teori yang bisa mendukung pada saat perancangan. Hasil yang didapat melalui analisis diolah menjadi sebuah konsep perancangan dengan menggunakan analogi sebagai pendekatannya. Konsep perancangan ini untuk kemudian dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam merancang bangunan Sekolah Tinggi Seni Musik di Gorontalo.

Abstract

Bolaang Mongondow Utara memiliki beberapa bentuk kreativitas yang telah jarang dikembangkan. Sebagian besar  banyaknya kreativitas yang ada di daerah Bolaang Mongondow Utara hampir punah disebabkan kurangnya perhatian yang diberikan oleh masyarakat setempat dan juga kurangnya dukungan berupa ekonomi di kalangan masyarakat. Munculnya tujuan untuk terwujudnya desain atau rancangan Pusat Kreativitas Remaja di Bolaang Mongondow Utara dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam proses mendesain yaitu menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, kemudian dari metode ini mendukung untuk perancangan awal yaitu dalam analisis data, kemudian dijadikan rujukan untuk proses desain Pusat Kreativitas Remaja di Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan fasilitas pusat kreativitas, bagian kantor, wisma dan area servis, dalam perancangan ini menerapkan konsep arsitektur perilaku yang  menjelaskan bahwa desain arsitektur dapat digunakan untuk membentuk perilaku manusia dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Adanya Pusat Kreativitas Remaja di Daerah Bolaang Mongondow Utara dengan pendekatan arsitektur perilaku ini bisa menjadi wadah bagi para remaja tersebut sebagai tempat pelatihan yang berada di daerah Bolaang Mongondow dalam mengembangkan kreativitas mereka.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja karyawan pada PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Bangka dipengaruhi oleh kerjasama tim dan komunikasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 138 pekerja. Untuk survei ini, sampel sebanyak 58 responden dipilih secara acak. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kerjasama tim dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan, positif, dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh jenis kerjasamanya, dan pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat ditentukan bahwa dampak tersebut bersifat positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan pengaruh secara parsial 0,014 < 0,05 antara variabel komunikasi dengan kinerja karyawan dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara faktor komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Bangka. Kata Kunci: Kerjasama Tim, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan.   ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to find out whether employee performance at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Bangka Branch is influenced by teamwork and communication. The research sample consisted of 138 workers. For this survey, a sample of 58 respondents was selected randomly. The data collection method is by using a questionnaire. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variables of teamwork and communication have a simultaneous, positive and significant influence on employee performance at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Employee performance is influenced by the type of collaboration, and at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 it can be determined that the impact is positive and significant. Based on the partial influence of 0.014 <0.05 between communication variables and employee performance, it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence between communication factors on employee performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah budaya dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Surya Kahuripan. Setiap anggota staf seluruhnya dinyatakan pegawai tetap pada populasi penelitian PT.Surya Cipta Kahuripan. Sampel keseluruhan penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden, yang dipilih menggunakan prosedur random sampling. Penggunaan kuesioner merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, temuan uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja. Komponen budaya organisasi diketahui mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan signifikansi 0,010 < 0,05. Selain itu juga terdapat korelasi yang cukup besar dan positif dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,004<0,005 antara variabel komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana produktivitas karyawan dalam bekerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Kerja Karyawan. Organizational culture components are known to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a significance threshold of 0.010 < 0.05. Apart from that, there is also a fairly large and positive correlation with a significance level of 0.004<0.005 between the organizational commitment variable and employee performance.
