Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai maksud dan tujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja di tempat kerja di Kota Palembang memengaruhi kinerja pengemudi transportasi online Maxim. Penelitian ini melibatkan semua driver online Maxim. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja pengguna layanan transportasi online Maxim di Kota Palembang yang pernah memanfaatkan layanan tersebut.. Kriteria yang digunakanan peneliti adalah penilaian kinerja pengguna transportasi online Maxim sebelumnya di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel proporsional stratified random yang terdiri dari 70 responden. Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) adalah 0,734, yang berada di antara 0,60 dan 0,799, dan penilaian koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, dan uji t dan uji f digunakan untuk memeriksa data dalam program variasi SPSS 25 untuk Windows. Ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kuat antar Kinerja Driver (Y), Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dan Kompensasi (X1). Hasil jaminannya adalah R Squere (R2) dengan nilai 0,539 atau 53,9 persen, yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dan Kompensasi (X1) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,539 persen terhadap Kinerja Pengemudi (Y). Faktor-faktor yang tidak terlibat memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46,1% dari total nilai 53,9 persen. Hasil uji F menunjukkan hubungan antara variabel Kinerja Pengemudi (Y) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dan Kompensasi (X1).

Abstract

This article aims to provide socialization of efforts to prevent Covid-19. The Covid-19 outbreak has long been spreading in Indonesia for the past two years. The public needs to know some of the efforts to prevent Covid-19. One way to prevent Covid-19 infection is to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer. Many people do not understand how to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer properly, including students at SD Negeri 136 Palembang. Therefore, the Team carried out knowledge dissemination activities and provided assistance in preventing Covid-19 at Primary School 136 Palembang. This service activity is carried out through lectures and demonstrations. The result of this service is the implementation of socialization and providing counseling about hand washing and training on the use of good and correct hand sanitizers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan pendekatan 3 M (Melukis, Membentuk, dan Merangkai) dalam pengembangan kemampuan motorik halus Anak Usia Dini di TK Negeri 09 Rabadompu Barat, Kota Bima. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen (N = 30) dan kelompok kontrol (N = 30). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes observasi terstruktur sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t independent untuk membandingkan skor rata-rata pre-test dan post-test antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan motorik halus anak di kelompok eksperimen setelah intervensi 3 M, dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini mendukung efektivitas pendekatan 3 M sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menyarankan penerapan pendekatan 3 M dalam kurikulum TK untuk memperkuat pengembangan keterampilan motorik halus anak secara holistik.

Abstract

The era of Society 5.0 demands the integration of digital technology into various aspects of life, including the field of education. This study aims to describe the digital marketing strategies implemented by SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing in Muara Enim Regency in facing the challenges and opportunities of the Society 5.0 era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation with the school’s stakeholders, as well as content analysis of the school's official social media platforms.The research findings show that SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing has utilized various digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and the school’s website to strengthen its institutional image, establish communication with the community, and increase the school's appeal to prospective students. The use of digital marketing also supports digital transformation within the school environment through innovative and adaptive approaches to contemporary developments.The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of schools being prepared to integrate digital technology as part of their institutional marketing strategy in the transition toward the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of professionalism and job motivation on the work productivity of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Palembang. This research uses an associative method. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR), totaling 105 people, including 64 civil servants and 41 honorary employees. The sample in this study consists of 64 employees of the Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR). The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of professionalism and job motivation simultaneously on the work productivity of employees of the Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR). This means that professionalism and job motivation can affect employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of trust and service quality on the decisions of DAMRI Palembang - Tanjung Enim Bus Transportation Service users. The sampling technique was nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. Using instrument test, validity test, reliability test. The classic assumption test is the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, t test and F test.The results of the hypothesis test concluded that partially there is an effect of trust (X1) on service user decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence on user decisions. The simultaneous F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence simultaneously on trust and service quality on the decisions of users of DAMRI Palembang - Tanjung Enim Bus Transportation Services. The test results are strengthened by a correlation test of 0.834 and a determination test of 696 which shows the results of the discussion and then have a very strong relationship so that they can form an explanation of 69.6%, the rest is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of work ethics and work environment on work quality. The research method used is associative quantitative. The population of this study were all employees, totaling 126 people at the Directorate of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Class 1 Navigation District, Palembang. Sampling technique using saturated samples. Sources and data collection techniques for this research are primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data by collecting documentation and literature relevant to the research. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear test, correlation coefficient test and determination coefficient test (R2). The hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. The results of the t test were obtained at a significant value of the work ethic variable of 0.00, and the work environment variable was 0.00, so it was partially concluded that it could have an effect. While the results of the F test are sig. on the variable quality of work of 0.00, the work ethic and work environment influence simultaneously or simultaneously on the quality of employee work

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of briefings and the role of leaders on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP indralaya. The research method used is associative quantitative. The population of this study were 48 employees of PT PLN (Persero). The sampling technique is Probability sampling random sampling technique. Sources and data collection techniques of this research are primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data by collecting documentation and literature studies relevant to the research. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicolonierity test. The hypothesis tests used are the t test and the F test. The t test results obtained on the significant value of the briefing variable of 0.040, the variable role of the leader of 0.004, then partially concluded to be influential. While the results of the F test sig. value on employee performance is 0.000, then briefing and the role of the leader have a joint or simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This paper aimed to reveal the values of local wisdom in the vernacular architecture of Gorontalo. The research was conducted with a qualitative research method in which the data were grouped into physical and non-physical data. Physical data (tangible) is obtained by measuring, drawing, photo recording, and tracking documents, while the non-physical data (intangible) is gained through interviews with ta momayanga (the expert), basi lo bele (home builders), tauwa lo adati (traditional leader), community /religious figure, architects, academicians and through discussions. The data analysis is done by describing and interpreting the empirical evidence through the vernacular theories to figure out the vernacular concept of the stage house of Gorontalo. Furthermore, the theory of the relation of function, form and meaning is used to reveal the concept of local wisdom. The results show that the architecture of the stage houses contains vernacular factors loaded with the values of local wisdom that can be seen from the shape, layout, construction structure and ornamentation. The values of local wisdom was reinforced after the arrival of  Islam in Gorontalo around 15-16 century. Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam arsitektur vernakular Gorontalo. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data dikelompokkan menjadi data fisik dan non fisik. Data fisik (tangible) diperoleh dengan cara pengukuran, penggambaran, rekaman foto, dan penelusuran dokumen, sedangkan data non fisik (intangible) diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap ta momayanga (ahli rumah), basi lo bele (tukang rumah), tauwa lo adati (tokoh adat), tokoh masyarakat/agama, arsitek, akademisi dan melalui diskusi-diskusi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui deskripsi dan interpretasi bukti empiris yang dikaji berdasarkan teori-teori vernakular untuk mengetahui konsep vernakular rumah panggung Gorontalo. Selanjutnya untuk mengungkap konsep kearifan lokal dilakukan melalui teori relasi fungsi, bentuk dan makna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur rumah panggung Gorontalo mengandung faktor-faktor vernakular yang sarat nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terlihat dari bentuk, tata ruang, struktur konstruksi dan ornamen. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal ini semakin diperkuat setelah masuknya Islam di Gorontalo sekitar abad ke 15-16.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the values ​​in the process of the lelocon tradition through wedding customs in Lesung Batu village, Empat Lawang Regency. The social situation in this research is the traditional values ​​of jokes in wedding customs in Empat Lawang Regency. The location of this research is Lesung Batu Village, Empat Lawang Regency. Community groups living in Lesung Batu Village, Empat Lawang Regency are the subjects, and community attitudes or habits regarding wedding customs, which contain values, ​​are the activities studied. This research uses historical methods and qualitative research. The historical method has several stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of the research concluded that the value contained in the traditional wedding banter tradition of the people of Lesung Batu village, according to their ancestors' religious values, is that they believed in it so that they would be kept away from bad things that could disturb household life. The manifestation of values ​​in society is in the form of rewards, punishments, praise, and so on. Social values ​​are values ​​that are recognized as a result of consensus and closely related to views on the hope of shared prosperity in social life.
