Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in enhancing the local economy in Rumbuk Village, Sakra Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency. MSMEs play a significant role in creating employment opportunities, increasing community income, and driving village economic growth. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that MSMEs have a positive impact on the local economy, particularly in reducing unemployment and improving community welfare. However, MSME actors still face several challenges, such as limited capital, market access, and lack of skills training. Therefore, support from the government and relevant institutions is essential to improve the capacity and sustainability of MSMEs in the region. Overall, MSMEs play a strategic role in strengthening the local economic structure and supporting sustainable rural development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kontribusi infrastruktur, investasi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Mataram sepanjang tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan metode regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,8077. Akan tetapi, pengujian secara parsial mengindikasikan bahwa hanya infrastruktur yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan mendekati signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 10 persen. Sementara itu, PMDN memberikan kontribusi negatif yang tidak signifikan, dan variabel pendidikan menunjukkan hubungan positif namun tidak signifikan secara statistik. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar pembangunan ekonomi di Kota Mataram diarahkan pada pemerataan penyediaan infrastruktur, reformulasi kebijakan investasi domestik, serta peningkatan kualitas sistem pendidikan, guna mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan, terhadap pendapatan kepala keluarga di Kabupaten Dompu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan data sekunder.Data diperoleh dari SAKERNAS tahun 2024. Jumlah data yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 398 kepala keluarga. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresilinier berganda, uji determinan, uji t dan uji signifikansi koefisien regresi simultan (uji F).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan kepala keluarga di Kabupaten Dompu. Jenis pekerjaan ini mencakup klasifikasi seperti berusaha sendiri, dibantu pekerja tidak tetap, dibantu pekerja tetap,buruh / karyawan / pegawai ,pekerja bebas di bidang pertanian, dan pekerja bebas dibidang non-pertanian, kecuali pada klasifikasi pekerja keluarga yang tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, hasil uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan kepala keluarga di Kabupaten Dompu. Nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,484 mengindikasikan bahwa 48,4% variasi pendapatan kepala keluarga di Kabupaten Dompu dapat dijelaskan oleh tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini, seperti umur, modal usaha, jam kerja, lama usaha, pengalaman kerja, dan jumlah tanggungan.

Abstract

Economic growth is strongly influenced by infrastructure, poverty, and education. Good infrastructure accelerates the distribution of goods, services, and labor, which increases productivity and encourages investment. High poverty hinders economic growth because it limits people's access to essential resources such as education and health, thereby reducing productive participation. Quality education improves workforce skills, encourages innovation, and strengthens competitiveness, all of which contribute to sustainable and inclusive economic growth. The goal of this study is to evaluate how infrastructural development, poverty, and education affect economic growth in Mataram City. This study employed quantitative research. The data utilized in this study are secondary data acquired from BPS, and the analysis technique employed is multiple regression analysis to assess the association between variables, with data processed using the SPSS program. The results of the study show that infrastructure development, poverty and education have a positive effect on economic growth in Mataram City in 2014 – 2023.

Abstract

Batujai Village is a village located in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. This village is known for its beautiful natural scenery and agricultural potential. Apart from that, Batujai is also often an attractive tourist location for visitors who want to enjoy the rural atmosphere of Lombok. Therefore, the aim of the KKN PMD at Mataram University is to see potential so that it tries to realize development strategies for facilities and infrastructure that have not been optimally implemented by the local community. The implementation method used in this research uses SWOT analysis where researchers together with the KKN team analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles that occur in this grape bale area. The results obtained are the creation of better facilities and infrastructure for the area, coupled with the development and creation of works that add to the aesthetics of the area, it is hoped that this will attract more tourists who visit the winery.

Abstract

Regional development in Indonesia is a process that involves various aspects such as economic, social, and environmental, with the aim of improving the welfare of the community in each region. One of the key elements in regional development is investment, which plays an important role in accelerating economic growth and equality throughout Indonesia.The types of investment that enter the region can be in the form of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) or Foreign Investment (PMA) and Gross Domestic Investment (GDI) or Domestic Investment (PMDN). The purpose of this study is to see how much influence PMDN and PMA have on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive.which aims to describe or explain phenomena that occur numerically.By using Multiple Regression Analysis to analyze the relationship and interrelationship between variables in this study. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS computer program. The results of the study indicate that PMDN and PMA have a positive effect on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

This research conducted a systematic literature review to investigate Employee Engagement in the context of the Gig Economy. Key factors, such as work flexibility, organizational support, and work-life balance, were identified as important determinants in influencing employee engagement levels. The research results show that employee engagement contributes to increasing work efficiency, work quality, job satisfaction, and stress management in gig workers. In addition, involvement in employee communities and increasing professional networks are crucial aspects in expanding impact and career opportunities. These findings have significant implications for human resource management policies and practices in supporting the well-being and success of gig workers in the ever-growing gig economy.

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakt dalam kegiatan pariwisata merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat. Ide kegiatan dan pengelolaan dilakukan seluruhnya oleh masyarakat secara partisipatif, dan manfaatnya dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Merumuskan Model partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam Ekowisata Mangrove di Desa Lembar Selatan, Kec. Lembar Kabupaten Lombok Barat, 2) Menganalisis bagaimana mereka mengelola informasi sebagai bagian dari partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam ekowisata Mangrove di Desa Lembar Selatan, Kec. Lembar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Diskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan eksploratif. Menggunakan data primer dan data Sekunder, metode pengumpulan data, observasi, Wawancara secara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan telaah pustaka. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisa dan dihitung dengan menggunakan system Excel, lalu disajikan dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi dan diagram batang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sudah banyak yang berpartisipasi dalam ekowisata mangrove di Desa Lembar Selatan, dengan membuka usaha kuliner (makanan khas Sasak), menyewakan sampan/perahu untuk mengelilingi lokasi mangrove, jasa parkir yang melibatkan masyarakat khususnya anak muda, menjual dan memeriksa tiket masuk. Dalam penyebaran informasi, sudah dilakukan oleh para remaja yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Desa Lembar Selatan. Model partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelola informasi harus ada kemauan secara bersama-sama (masyarakat, aparat desa, pemerintah dan swasta) dalam mengembangkan ekowisata Mangrove Lembar Selatan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Kota Mataram merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang sedang mensukseskan Gerakan Menuju 100 Smart City. Untuk memaksimalkan pelayan terhadap masyarakat berbasis aplikasi android pada bidang ekonomi sudah diterapkan seperti halnya “e-Commerce. Permasalahan yang muncul di Kota Mataram, masyarakat belum optimal menggunakan layanan aplikasi berbasis android seperti “e-Commerce, karena adanya beberapa kendala. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut penelitian ini ingin: 1). Mengkaji program yang sudah dan akan dikembangkan dalam mewujudkan Smart Economy untuk penguatan ekonomi lokal Kota Mataram. 2) Menganalisis Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemerintah Kota Mataram dalam mewujudkan Smart Economy. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus ekplorasi yang berbekal teori dan mengeksplorasi fenomena kasus. Data diperoleh dari Indept Interview dan FGD dengan Dewan Pengembangan Smart City Kota Mataram, Kepala Bidang Sumberdaya Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi pada Dinas KamInfo, pelaku usaha, UMKM, Dinas/Instansi lain yang relevan dengan penelitian ini serta beberapa dokumen terkait.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether income, price, facilities and location have a significant effect on the demand for subsidized housing in East Lombok District, a case study in Selong District. As well as to find out whether income, price, location and facilities together have a significant effect on the demand for subsidized housing in East Lombok Regency. Case study in Selong District. This study uses an analytical tool in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. And from the results of the research, the regression equation is obtained as follows Y = 2.932 + 0.096 (X1) + 0.431 (X2) – 0.192 (X3) + 0.528 (X4) + ei. Where the location variable gives the greatest and positive influence followed by price and income variables, while the facilities variable gives a negative value. When viewed from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) it has a positive value of 0.259 which indicates the variability of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable of 25.9% and another explanation of 74.1% is explained by other variables that are not contained in the model and or not observed in this study.
