Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Green Banking is applied to the policies and financing options offered by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kabanjahe and has been utilized to execute the idea of Green Banking. The method used in this research is field research using a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data obtained from researchers' interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia informants were analyzed in this research. Research findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kabanjahe has adopted a policy of implementing environmentally friendly banking which includes internal training on this matter, modification of the bank's IT infrastructure, and management style. Implementation of green banking in distribution at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kabanjahe, financing is provided by reducing social and environmental hazards as well as evaluating customers' environmental documentation for financing applications. The Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) market sector receives an environmentally friendly guarantee in the form of ownership of environmental documents from the Indonesian Sharia Bank Office KCP Kabanjahe.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is very important for the banking business. Loyal customers will not hesitate to spread positive information about the banking services and products they use. Maintaining loyal customers must be a top priority for the banking industry, service quality and company image can be special concerns that banks must pay attention to in maintaining customer loyalty. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality variables, company image on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) which is moderated by satisfaction and trust. This research is quantitative research using data collection methods in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale. The sampling technique in this research is a non-probability sampling technique. The research population is BSI customers who live in Medan City with a sample of 210 people.The results of this research show that the variables of service quality and company image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as well as through the variables of satisfaction and trust. Indirectly, it can influence service quality and company image on customer loyalty. These findings prove that service quality, company image, customer satisfaction and trust have a very important role in growing customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI). Therefore, BSI Bank can develop strategies to increase and retain its customers by considering several aspects in this research.

Abstract

Finding out how Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Marelan implements murabahah contracts is the aim of this study and to evaluate the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 for the appropriateness of implementing this sharia KPR. The study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, collecting data from primary and secondary sources such as interviews and literature reviews encompassing books, statutes, papers, and so on. According to the research findings, the DSN MUI fatwa Number 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 is followed when implementing a murabahah contract to finance the purchase of a sharia house or sharia house ownership (KPRS), in terms of financing stages or procedures, the amount of funds provided, financing without usury, and other factors

Abstract

Sharia banking experienced a very fast change of events and spread to various countries. The development of the process of making sharia banking products certainly raises concerns regarding the real factors that hinder Tanjung Putus Village residents from making transactions at sharia banks. So is it true that information factors, location factors, insight factors and brand factors can inspire people in Tanjung Putus Village to carry out transactions at sharia banks? So, to find out the factors that hinder the people of Tanjung Putus Village from carrying out transactions at sharia banks, factors related to buyer behavior were used. This examination aims to determine the elements that pressure the public to carry out transactions at sharia banks, especially the people of Tanjung Putus City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research carried out with the help of the SPSS application and includes several testing stages, such as: hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, and validity. Testing Looking at the results of the exploration that has been carried out, the results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the factors of information, area, wisdom and brand influence individual income in carrying out transactions at Sharia Commercial Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Sharia Marketing, Service Excellence, and Reputation on Customer Trust About Gold Savings (Case Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan) both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is all customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan while the sample in this study is 100 customers. This study used quantitative methods with data collection using Likert scale method. Data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical 25 program. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of sharia principles in Hasanah Card products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cemara Asri. The background of the study includes the increasing market demand for banking products that comply with sharia principles. The research questions focus on the extent to which Bank Syariah Indonesia implements sharia principles in Hasanah Card products and how the market responds to its implementation. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews and document analysis. The provisional hypothesis shows that the implementation of sharia principles in Hasanah Card includes aspects of transparency, fairness, and sharia compliance. However, the adoption of this product still faces some challenges in terms of public understanding and acceptance of sharia features. The author concludes that while Bank Syariah Indonesia has taken sharia principles into account in the development of the Hasanah Card product, further efforts are needed to improve public understanding and acceptance and strengthen overall sharia compliance.

Abstract

PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Dusun Hulu menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan efisiensi biaya operasional untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis anggaran biaya operasional dan penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas analisis Anggaran Biaya Operasional dan Kinerja Keuangan Dalam Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) di PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Dusun Hulu. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus deskriptif dan analisis data perhitungan varians untuk menganalisis anggaran biaya operasional dan kinerja keuangan di PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Dusun Hulu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipan dan analisis dokumen. Disimpulkan bahwa PTPN IV Regional I Kebun Dusun Hulu berhasil mengendalikan anggaran biaya operasional secara efektif dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024, yang berdampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja keuangan. Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) berperan penting dalam memastikan pengelolaan anggaran berjalan terstruktur dan akuntabel. Integrasi pengendalian anggaran yang ketat dengan SOP yang disiplin mendukung tercapainya stabilitas keuangan dan pertumbuhan profitabilitas perusahaan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan keterangan dan hasil diatas, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP efektif dalam memperkuat efisiensi dan akuntabilitas keuangan perkebunan negara.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine the Strategy for Service Quality and Development in Using Hajj Savings Products Case Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Iskandar Muda. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as one of the largest Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia has an important role in providing various banking products that are in accordance with sharia principles. This type of research is qualitative with a case study design at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Iskandar Muda. In this study, the types of data used consist of primary and secondary data sources, this study uses 3 informants. The results of the study show that improving service quality and adaptive product development strategies play a major role in rebuilding public trust in post-pandemic hajj savings. BSI KCP Medan Iskandar Muda has succeeded in responding to these challenges through the integration of digital services such as the BYOND application, the active implementation of Islamic financial education. Marketing strategies are not only oriented towards the quantity of customers, but also building loyalty based on sharia values. Some of the main factors found in this study are responsive service, clarity of information provided, and ease of administration process. Customers tend to feel more comfortable and confident in saving if they get good service, including friendly employees, speed in handling transactions, and transparency regarding costs and product provisions. This study shows that the strategies implemented by BSI KCP Medan Iskandar Muda in improving the quality of service and developing hajj savings products have provided positive results.

Abstract

This study aims to The opportunities and challenges of creating cutting-edge Islamic financial products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Cemara Asri are examined in this study. Interviews, observations, and document analysis are the methods used to gather data for the qualitative research approach. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges in developing sharia financial products include limited sharia financial literacy in the community, complex regulations, competition with conventional financial products, and limited technological and innovation resources. However, there are great opportunities for BSI KCP Cemara Asri to develop innovative sharia financial products, including increasing public awareness of the sharia economy, government support in strengthening sharia financial regulations, and technological advances that enable the digitalization of banking services. Strategies that can be implemented include increasing sharia financial literacy, optimizing digital technology in product development, and strengthening collaboration with various parties, including sharia fintech. By overcoming existing challenges and using available opportunities, BSI KCP Cemara Asri can increase competitiveness and provide more inclusive and innovative sharia financial solutions for the community.

Abstract

This research was written to find out the strategies used to increase priority customers at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Perbaungan. This study aims to look at the strategies, constraints, and their impact on increasing the number of priority customers. This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative method that focuses on in-depth observations, namely universal descriptions of form, function and meaning. The source of this research is the results of interviews with Priority Banking Officer staff of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, which contains strategies and constraints on the marketing strategy. The research results obtained by the author are the marketing strategy carried out by Priority Banking Officer staff, namely carrying out a marketing mix strategy in the form of approaching customers who have criteria as priority customers, namely one of them has a minimum balance of Rp. 500 million, conducting word-of-mouth promotions, as well as promoting on social media, providing more special services than non-priority customers, regardless of race or creed and providing facilities to customers. The obstacle faced is competition between banks. The way to minimize obstacles is to approach, stay in touch, and provide education to customers. The strategy carried out has proven to have an effect on increasing the number of priority customers, it can be seen that in August and October 2022 there was an increase in the number of customers which was in line with the development of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely the number of priority customers, increased by 17.9% as of August compared to the previous period with a range of more than 50 thousand priority customers throughout Indonesia.
