Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of making Buddhist song and moves as character education learning media based on the 2013 Curriculum for students of Kenteng 1 Elementary School Susukan Sub district, Semarang Regency. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) level 4. The techniques for collecting data used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The credibility of the data used is qualitative and quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used a combination of Exploratory Sequential Mixed Methods. Based on the research and discussion that had been carried out, the process of making moves and song based on 2013 Curriculum consisted of several stages as follows: (a) analyze, the teacher needed student-centered learning media and which contains character values. This need was followed up so as to produce two Buddhist song and moves products. (b) design, the steps taken include the creation of musical instruments and song lyrics; development of moves; recorded music, vocals, and moves. (c) develop, products that were developed contained character values ​​such as obedience to worship, tolerance, caring, confidence, responsibility, discipline, and concentration. (d) implement, the product was tested on the first and second grade students, as many as nine students. (e) evaluate, improvements that needed to be considered were musical arrangements and expressions of the performer and song. The end result is the Buddhist song and moves with the title "Namaskhara" and "Learning Mudra" tested in the form of videos on DVD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan gerak dan lagu Buddhis sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis Kurikulum 2013 bagi siswa SD Negeri Kenteng 1 Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD) level 4. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kredibilitas data yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang menggunakan metode kombinasi tipe Exploratory Sequential Mixed Methods. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka proses pembuatan gerak dan lagu berbasis Kurikulum 2013 terdiri dari beberapa tahap sebagai berikut: (a) analyze, guru membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan mengandung nilai karakter. Kebutuhan ini ditindaklanjuti sehingga menghasilkan dua produk gerak dan lagu Buddhis. (b) design, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan meliputi penciptaan instrumen musik dan lirik lagu; pengembangan gerak; rekaman musik, vokal, dan gerak. (c) develop, produk yang dikembangkan mengandung nilai karakter seperti ketaatan beribadah, toleransi, peduli, percaya diri, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan konsentrasi. (d) implement, produk diujicobakan kepada siswa kelas satu dan dua yang berjumlah sembilan anak. (e) evaluate, perbaikan yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu aransemen musik dan ekspresi pelaku gerak dan lagu. Hasil akhirnya adalah gerak dan lagu Buddhis dengan judul “Namaskhara” dan “Belajar Mudra” teruji berbentuk video dalam DVD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi guru PAB dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Kabupaten Semarang, dan dampak yang ditimbulkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, member check, dan ketekunan pengamatan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang dihadapi guru PAB dalam pembelajaran dapat diidentifikasikan sebagai berikut; (1) sedikitnya jumlah siswa beragama Buddha dan memiliki sikap pasif; (2) masalah kesehatan, keluarga, dan rendahnya minat siswa untuk sekolah; (3) tidak tersedianya ruang pembelajaran khusus; (4) keterbatasan sarana prasarana; (5) tidak meratanya droping buku pegangan siswa dan guru; (6) kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap karakter siswa; (7) kurangnya kedisiplinan mengajar dan pembuatan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (8) tidak dilaksanakannya evaluasi hasil belajar siswa secara intensif; (9) tugas tambahan di sekolah; (10) kurangnya dukungan morel dari lingungan sekolah; (11) tidak ada pengawas dan penyelenggara PAB; dan (12) revisi kurikulum serta materi berulang dalam tahun yang sama. Secara umum dampak dari permasalahan tersebut adalah tidak maksimalnya ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran PAB dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Learning plays an important role for one's success in achieving change, and this relates to how teachers teach. The way teachers carry on the duty which does not involve variations in the use of methods will affect students’ achievemen. The purpose of this study is to know the pattern of Buddhist Sunday School learning in the Dhamma Pañña Monastery Krajan Kalimanggis Kaloran Temanggung. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. The subject of this studies are the heads of the monasteries, mentor teachers, parents, and students. The object used is a learning pattern. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Validity of data obtained through continuous observation, triangulation, and member check. Data analysis techniques using Milles and Huberman methods which include data collection (data collection), data reduction, data presentation (display data), and drawing conclusions or conclusion drawing verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be found as follows: (a) The learning pattern used by teachers is the learning pattern and media to achieve the purpose, the selection of the content and methods, teachers, media and students; (b) The role of a mentor teacher in a Sunday school activity as mentors (the teacher as a model that gives examples of real action such as Namaskara), as educators (teachers provide a level of freedom to the students when the teacher provides assignment, and when students have not completed it, they can not play among themselves), the facilitator (teachers conditioned student-centered learning), motivators (teachers assess the outcome of students' work); (c) The impact of Sunday school activities on the cognitive realm (the students’ recall increases), affective (emerging work attitudes, patience, and confidence), psychomotor (increasing creativity in terms of drawing, coloring, and making flowers shape from folding paper.

Abstract

Linear programming is a computational approach utilized to address optimization issues, specifically those involving the maximization and minimization of objectives. This methodology employs methods based on linear equations and inequalities to determine the optimal solution to the problem, taking into account the given constraints. In this study, linear programming is employed to analyze the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating at Meranti Coffee Roastery. MSMEs encounter challenges in accurately determining the maximum profit and optimizing the profit outcomes derived from the sale of Robusta and Arabica coffee beans during the execution of their manufacturing processes. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis for decision-making processes aimed at optimizing production and maximizing earnings from the sale of coffee beans at Meranti Coffee Roastery. The study's findings, derived from the utilization of the simplex method, indicate that the most favorable total profit per product amounts to Rp. 225,000. The calculation procedure incorporates the aid of the POM-QM program to bolster the analysis outcomes.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keterampilan dan jiwa wirausaha menjadi komponen penting yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu terutama dalam menghadapi era globalisasi. Globalisasi membawa perubahan yang cepat dalam cara berbisnis, sehingga memerlukan adaptasi dan inovasi dari setiap individu, termasuk Ibu-Ibu PKK. Pelaksanaan Workshop Gelang Manik-Manik yang ditujukan untuk Ibu-Ibu PKK di Desa Kadirejo, Kecamatan Karanganom, Kabupaten Klaten. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha dan mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan dengan memberikan mereka keterampilan. Melalui workshop ini, peserta dilatih untuk membuat gelang dari manik-manik dan tali giok, yang diharapkan mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan menjadikan Ibu-Ibu PKK dapat menjadi lebih unggul dalam menciptakan produk yang memiliki nilai jual serta dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research uses a survey method conducted on students of the economics and business faculty at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The data required is a general description of the research object, respondents' responses regarding pocket money, lifestyle, self-control and student investment interest. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Data sources include primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in research use questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The sample size in this study used the Slovin formula, 130 students from the economics faculty at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and inductive analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (model accuracy), and coefficient of determination test (R²) The results of the t test show that pocket money has a significant effect on investment interest because it has a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05, lifestyle has a significant effect on investment interest because it has a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, self control has a significant effect on investment interest because it has a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05. The F test results show that this regression has a calculated F value of 20.273 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the model is correct in predicting the influence of pocket money, lifestyle, self-control on investment interest. The coefficient of determination result is 0.309, which means that the influence given by the independent variables, namely pocket money, lifestyle, self-control, is 30.9%, while the remainder (100% - 30.9%) = 69.1% is influenced by external factors. variables studied

Abstract

One of the most important skills for facing the 21st century is creativity. Based on the results of the Global Creativity Index, Indonesia is ranked under the creative and innovative index. Seeing these results, it is necessary to emphasize that creative skills must be improved so that students are ready to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study aimed to analyze the initial profile of students' creativity skills at SMP Negeri 1 Banyudono in informatics subject. This research was a qualitative descriptive study with the observation method on students' creative skills. The subjects of this study were 34 students at SMP Negeri 1 Banyudono who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the percentage of attainment of creativity skills was measured using 3 aspects of skills namely Think Creatively were 40.5 %, Work Creatively with Others were 29.7% and Implement Innovations were 24.8%. Abstract

Tidak semua orang dapat top up ShopeePay, terutama pengguna aplikasi Shopee yang tinggal di desa. Beberapa respon pengguna yang lain menyebutkan bahwa sistem pembayaran ShopeePay sangat merepotkan sehingga mempengaruhi minat belanja konsumen. Guna menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, salah satu strategi utama adalah meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality produk, quality servis terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan sebanyak 100 orang responden pengguna Shopee di wilayah Surakarta. Analisis data menerapkan analisis data kuantitatif yang meliputi uji analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Quality Product dan Quality Service berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna shopee di Surakarta. Akan tetapi, Quality Service tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan kepuasan pelanggan Shopee sebagai variabel moderating pada pengguna Shopee di Surakarta.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze previous studies and assess the viability of companies by utilizing the triple bottom line approach, which takes into account economic, environmental, and social aspects. The expectation is that these metrics will provide an accurate representation of the present situation. The novelty of this study lies in introducing green innovation as a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of the green economy on sustainability performance. The study involved 81 MSMEs located in Jumantono District, Karanganyar. Information was gathered directly from participants through the use of survey tools. The analysis technique employed was Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research findings indicate that the application of green economy practices significantly enhances economic, environmental, and social performance. This implies that the more robust the implementation of green economy strategies, the better the outcomes in terms of business sustainability. Additionally, the study reveals that green innovation strengthens the relationship between green economy and both economic and environmental performance, serving as a reinforcing factor. However, green innovation does not exhibit a moderating effect in the relationship between green economy and social performance, suggesting that its impact in the social dimension may be limited or influenced by other variables not examined in this study. These findings suggest that green economy initiatives are effective in improving sustainability performance, particularly when supported by green innovation strategies. MSMEs are encouraged to adopt balanced economic, environmental, and social practices to enhance long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implications of teachings tri purusa artha in coaching Hindu Young generation. The results showed that: (1) the understanding of the Hindu young generation in Desa Adat Ulakan about Tri Purusa Artha is already good because all informants can explain the meaning of Tri Purusa Artha and also explain the elements of Tri Purusa Artha theoretically. However, in implementing the three elements of Tri Purusa Artha, the Hindu young generation in the Desa Adat Ulakan could not implement it optimally. (2) The benefits of Tri Purusa Artha for young Hindu generation in the Ulakan Traditonal Village were a means of self-control and a way to achieve life goals in the form of jagadhita. (3) The obstacles faced in fostering Hindu young generation in Desa Adat Ulakan were the lack of facilities. Many young generations of Hindu was being indifferent. The appointed coaches or instructors still did not understand the interest of the young generation, they lived outside the village. Efforts in fostering the young generation of Hindus in Desa Adat Ulakan was done by providing counseling to the sekeha teruna to each banjar, forming skills, cooperating with village officers and village administrators, implementing Pasraman Hindu youths, forming sekeha gong and dance groups, pesantian teenagers groups, and providing sports fields.
