Abstract

The development of agricultural program plans with superior products in certain agribusiness regions in order to boost revenue and significantly empower the area. This is being done in an effort to enhance the government-backed agrobusiness system and agropolitan area development. Regarding RTRW, Bojonegoro Regional Regulation Number 5 2021 designates Dander Kapas Kalitidu Trucuk as the agropolitan area. Bojonegoro's 2022 An examination of superior commodities in the Bojonegoro agropolitan area is necessary in order to create a development plan for the agriculture industry. The study's findings can be utilized to drive the agropolitan region of Bojonegoro Regency's development in a way that will enhance community welfare and spur local economic expansion. Shifts Share Analyzes (SSA) and Location Quotient (LQ) analyses were employed in this study. This study's findings indicate that the star fruit commodity, with a LQ value of 1.13 and an SS value of 33.87, the guava commodity, with a LQ value of 1.91 and an SS value of 6819.19, the Siam orange commodity, with a LQ value of 2.33 and an SS value of 8.25, and the snake fruit commodity, with a LQ value of 3.16 and an SS value of 21.75, are the superior commodities. The Bojonegoro agropolitan area is witnessing the development of exceptional fruit horticulture, indicating that a holding and maintaining plan would be the most effective approach for managing the organization. Strategies for product creation and market penetration are used. The strategy calls for increasing the product's quality, expanding its distribution networks, marketing it, and changing market prices.

Abstract

A key strategy for addressing the issues of poverty and limited access to social and economic resources is community empowerment. Village-Owned Enterprises is one approach that can be utilized to improve community groups (BUMDes). Subjective approaches are used in the research to collect data through meetings, perceptions, and examination of relevant reports. Institutional analysis, Venn diagram, SWOT analysis, and project analysis are the analyses that are employed. The study's findings demonstrate that enhancing community welfare has resulted from the application of the BUMDes model for community group strengthening in Batokan Sejahtera Village. In addition, BUMDes offers community training and support in the areas of product marketing, financial management, and business management. Nevertheless, there are still a number of obstacles in the way of using BUMDes to implement the community empowerment paradigm. These difficulties include a lack of availability to financing for businesses, a small market for the goods produced, and a lack of awareness among the general public of the significance of BUMDes for economic empowerment. Local governments must help BUMDes become more sustainable and successful by creating market access, offering business funding, and offering mentoring and training. In addition, BUMDes and associated stakeholders including farmer associations, for-profit businesses, and other business actors must work together.

Abstract

The Gerbangkertosusila area is designated as the main driver of the regional economy (primer mover) which has the criteria as an area that grows faster than other regions in a province. Sidoarjo and Gresik Regency are two areas included in the seven administrative areas of Gerbangkertosusila. Sidoarjo and Gresik have transportation systems that can support the mobility of the surrounding community, namely Sidoarjo Station and Indro Station. Sidoarjo Station and Indro Station still have performance that needs to be improved such as the size of the room area and supporting installation devices that do not meet the standards and there is still crossing in the station circulation. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of directions for improving the operational performance of Sidoarjo Station and Indro Station. This research uses Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis. The priority of the direction to improve the operational performance of Sidoarjo Station and Indro Station is determined based on the value of Absolute Importance (AI). The results of the analysis show that the priority direction for improving the operational performance of Sidoarjo Station is the provision of TV as an audio-visual information medium (8,100), while the priority for the direction to improve the operational performance of Indro Station is the addition of information boards for the station area name (9,643).

Abstract

The urban heat island (UHI) phenomenon has been detected in Malang City, defined as an urban area with a higher surface temperature than its surrounding areas. Pasar Besar Corridor is the center of trade and services as well as the Central Business District (CBD) of Malang City, located in Sukoharjo Sub-District, Klojen District. Although it is an economically strategic area in Malang City, Pasar Besar Corridor is vulnerable to high-intensity UHI exposure, so it is necessary to conduct a study related to the UHI phenomenon. This research aims to compare the results of UHI analysis between macro-scale and micro-scale analysis. Macro-scale UHI analysis was performed using Landsat-8 data as input for Land Surface Temperature (LST), while micro-scale UHI analysis utilized UAV thermal imaging. The results of the analysis show that while Pasar Besar Corridor is not considered a hot spot in Sukoharjo Village at the macro-scale level, a micro-scale UHI has occurred in Pasar Besar Corridor, with the roads being the hot spot, or “heat islands," reaching 48.62 °C. There is a significant difference between the highest temperature from UAV thermal imaging and LST, caused by the differences in resolution and altitude between Landsat-8 data and UAV data. From this research, it is concluded that LST is more suitable for larger study areas, while UAV thermal imaging is better suited for small-scale and more detailed analysis. However, each tool has its limitations, such as lower detailed accuracy for LST and higher costs for UAV thermal imaging.

Abstract

One of the busiest locations of Bukittinggi is the Jam Gadang region, which is distinguished by land use areas that are mostly used for trade, services, and tourism. This area's level of appeal is not directly correlated with the amount of urban infrastructure, such as pedestrian walkways, which are abused by shopkeepers or street vendors who set up shop along them and by motorized vehicle users who park illegally on them, endangering the safety of both pedestrians and vehicle users.  This study aims to examine the factors of familiarity and warmth in the Jam Gadang area. The warmth component is analyzed by determining the distinctiveness of the Jam Gadang area through its physical, social, and historical appeal. The familiarity component is examined by considering the features and effectiveness of on-street parking in the Jam Gadang area, as well as the number of public transportation options available. While the familiarity aspect of on-street parking will be studied using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess service performance, and then followed by Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis to determine the priority of enhancing on-street parking performance, the warmth aspect will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. Frequency distribution analysis will be used to examine the familiarity factor of interacting public transportation users. The findings demonstrate the importance of managing the pedestrian path in the Jam Gadang area by incorporating the Omotenashi concept, which emphasizes familiarity and warmth. Physical attractiveness is highest on Ahmad Yani street, which has a total attractiveness value of 93, is characterized by the variety of building functions on this road.

Abstract

AbstrakBerbagai permasalahan transportasi yang sering dialami dengan kepadatan lalu lintas yang tinggi salah satunya adalah kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Surabaya pada tahun 2017 tercatat sebanyak 1.338 kejadian kecelakaan. Jumlah kejadian kecelakaan ini didominasi oleh kendaraan pribadi seperti sepeda motor dan mobil. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat model peluang kecelakaan mobil di Kota Surabaya yang didasarkan pada data karakteristik jalan dan karakteristik pengendara untuk mengetahui tindakan yang tepat dalam menurunkan angka kecelakaan mobil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis generalized linear model (GLM) untuk melihat model peluang kecelakaan mobil berdasarkan karakteristik jalan dan regresi logistik biner untuk melihat model peluang kecelakaan mobil berdasarkan karakteristik pengendara mobil. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada six ruas jalan yang memiliki tingkat kecelakaan tertinggi dan sedang, serta diwakilkan dengan 348 responden pengendara mobil. Dari hasil analisis GLM didapatkan model peluang kecelakaan McA = ??4,5 − 0,707 Lebar badan jalan yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya lebar badan jalan yang mempengaruhi peluang kecelakaan mobil. Hal ini dapat diintepretasikan bahwa jika lebar badan jalan memiliki peningkatan 10% dari lebar badan jalan sebelumnya, maka model pendekatan dengan GLM memprediksi akan terjadi peningkatan jumlah kecelakaan mobil sebanyak 84 korban. Dari hasil analisis regresi logistik biner didapatkan model peluang kecelakaan di mana perilaku pengendara yang mempengaruhi peluang kecelakaan mobil adalah membawa surat berkendara seperti SIM dan STNK (X3.6), mematuhi lampu lalu lintas (X3.10), memberi tanda berbelok/darurat (X3.11), menggunakan sabuk pengaman (X3.12), dan mengantuk saat mengendarai (X3.13).Kata kunci: Model kecelakaan, pengendara mobil, generalized-linear-model, Kota Surabaya.AbstractSimulation Study of Car Accident Model to Improve Traffic Safety in the Urban Area: Various transportation problems that are often experienced with high traffic density, one of which is a traffic accident. The number of accidents is dominated by private vehicles such as motorbikes and cars. This study aimed to make a car accident model in Surabaya Ciy based on the road and the driver characteristics to find out the right actions in reducing the number of car accidents. The study used the analysis of generalized linear model (GLM) and binary logistic regression. It focused on six road segments that have the highest and moderate accident rates, and it was represented by 348 respondents of car drivers. The results of the GLM analysis obtained a probability model of McA = ????,?? − ??,??? ?? ???????? ????? ???? which shows only the width of the road body that affects the chances of a car accident. It can be interpreted that if the road width has increased by 10% from the previous road width, the GLM approach model predicts an increase in the number of car accidents by 84 victims. Furthermore, the driver’s behavior that affects the chances of a car accident include carrying a driver license and vehicle registration (X3.6), obeying a traffic light (X3.10), giving a turning/emergency sign (X3.11), using a seat belt (X3.12), and being drowsy when driving (X3.13).Keywords: Accident model, car driver, generalized-linear-model, Surabaya City.

Abstract

Banyaknya siswa yang diantar ke sekolah oleh kendaraan pribadi orang tuanya berdampak pada konsentrasi kendaraan di jalan. Jika masalah ini tidak segera diatasi, dapat menyebabkan penundaan perjalanan dan kemungkinan kemacetan lalu lintas. Tren yang terjadi adalah pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan pribadi, yang memiliki peningkatan dominan jika dibandingkan dengan transportasi umum. Masalah lainnya adalah tingginya angka kecelakaan di Kabupaten Blitar yang melibatkan pelajar. Untuk mengurangi jumlah kecelakaan yang melibatkan siswa, perlu disediakan bus sekolah dan mengoptimalkan/mengaktifkan kembali transportasi umum yang ada sebagai bus sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk: 1) menganalisis potensi permintaan bus sekolah; 2) memilih rute bus sekolah yang perlu dikembangkan berdasarkan zona asal dan titik transfer yang efektif; dan 3) menentukan jenis dan jumlah bus sekolah yang dibutuhkan. Tahapan penelitian mulai dari mengeksplorasi latar belakang dan permasalahan hingga merumuskan tujuan penelitian, kemudian melakukan survei dan pengumpulan data untuk analisis selanjutnya yang akan dilakukan, yang meliputi analisis potensi permintaan, pemilihan rute, serta penentuan jenis dan jumlah armada sehingga dapat dibuat kesimpulan dan rekomendasi.
