Abstract

The success of the teacher in the teaching and learning process is determined by the teacher's performance as an educator. This performance plays an important role in achieving optimal teaching goals. However, in the reality of the teacher's performance shows less encouraging symptoms that many teaching teachers seem to have the lack mastery in teaching materials, media and methods used in the teaching and learning process. They have a tendency to teach the same materials in the following year while some of teachers arestill not being placed in accordance with their educational background. There is also the lack of encouragement from teachers to excel and compete among others. This research is conducted to reveal the contribution of teachers motivation and characteristic toward their performance in SMP Maarif Metro. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method using Ex Post Facto. The population of this study was all of teacheras many as 38 people and the sampling technique was done by total sampling. The result of the research shows that the teachers Motivation is 79.4 % of the ideal maximum score and can be categorized as medium category.Teachers motivation contributes significantly towardTeachers performance by 41.2 %. While the Teachers Characteristics score is 85.30 % of the ideal maximum score and can be categorized as good category.Teachers Characteristics contribute significantly towardthe Teachers Performance by 28.1 %, while Teachers Motivation and Characteristics together contribute significantly toward Teachers Performance by 32.7 %. This study found out that the two predictor variables which are the Motivation and Characteristics of Teachers both individually and jointly made a meaningful contribution toward the Teachers Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajara Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Natar Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Natar Lampung Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 16 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh media pembelajaran Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas V SD Negeri 2 Natar Lampung Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan uji paired sampel t test dengan Sig. (2 tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima Ho ditolak.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type group investigation assisted by three-dimensional media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 1 Jati Indah South Lampung. This type of research is a qualitative type of pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest posttest. The population in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 1 Jati Indah South Lampung. The probability sampling technique of simple random sampling type was used as a sampling technique. Tests and documentation were used in data collection methods and equipment. T-test (paired sample t-test) is the method to analyze the data. The results showed the t-count of 10.778 with the level of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Also reinforced by the average results of pretest 63.3 and posttest 73.5. Based on this, that there is an effect of cooperative learning model type group investigation assisted by three-dimensional media on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

School extracurricular activities are one of the core activities of students in addition to teaching and learning activities. Based on the results of observations and interviews with teachers and students at MA Assulaimaniyah Dukuhmojo, it is known that extracurricular activities at school are still limited. Especially arts extracurriculars, there are still none at senior high school MA Assulaimaniyah Dukuhmojo. One of the extracurricular arts that many people are interested in but have not yet socialized optimally is the art of calligraphy. MA Assulaimaniyah is based on an Islamic foundation. This is an opportunity to carry out socialization and training in the art of calligraphy at MA Assulaimaniyah, Dukuhmojo village. Thus, in this service, calligraphy art training activities were carried out for MA Assulaimaniyah students in Dukuhmojo village. This service activity adopts the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of this community service show that training activities can increase students' insight and knowledge about the art of calligraphy. Apart from that, this training activity is effective in increasing students' motivation and desire to learn and practice calligraphy art skills. This calligraphy art training activity also adds to the variety of extracurricular activities at MA Assulaimaniyah, Dukuhmojo village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Analysis of teachers' digital literacy competencies in elementary schools is an important factor in efforts to strengthen the quality of learning. This study aims to assess the extent to which teachers at SDN 7 Gunung Agung have digital literacy and the extent to which that literacy impacts the development of their abilities in digital teaching. The methodology used was quantitative with a cross-sectional survey design; all teachers at the school were the research population, and the sample was determined using total sampling techniques to ensure comprehensive representation. The research instrument was a standard questionnaire that measured three dimensions of digital literacy (technical, cognitive, social) plus a measurement of digital teaching skills covering the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics to describe the profile of digital literacy and teaching skills, as well as linear regression (simple and hierarchical) to evaluate the relationship between digital literacy and teachers' digital teaching abilities. The findings show that most teachers have moderate to high levels of digital literacy, especially in the technical and social dimensions, while the cognitive dimension shows variation between individuals. The regression results prove that digital literacy contributes significantly to improving digital teaching skills (p < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination indicating that digital literacy explains a significant portion of the variance in teaching skills. The study concludes that strengthening teachers' digital literacy is a crucial strategy for supporting technology-based pedagogical skills. Practical recommendations include implementing structured and continuous digital literacy training so that teachers not only master technological devices but are also able to design, implement, and evaluate digital learning processes effectively.

Abstract

The current implementation of learning supervision tends to focus on just one supervision technique, namely supervision of class visits, which indicates that there is no opportunity for a supervisor to introduce innovations about learning to teachers. The tendency for the implementation of educational supervision to be carried out by supervisors who lack professionalism in their current work is also based more on the relationship between superiors and subordinates. The condition of this relationship does not foster a partnership between the supervisor and the party being supervised. The research uses R & D research, and aims to produce a Learning Evaluation Model product as an effort to increase teacher professionalism in controlling the quality of education in Lampung Province. Research data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. the research steps are: 1) preliminary research, 2) theoretical studies, 3) product/prototype design, 4) expert validation, 5) model revision; After receiving input from the rater, the researcher revised the prototype; 6) Limited Group Test, 7) Model Revision, 8) Large Group Test. The results of the study show that the real conditions in the implementation of learning supervision in increasing teacher professionalism for controlling the quality of education are still not optimal, especially in mentoring and coaching by school principals so that there are still many obstacles both internally and externally. The results of the study also show that the development of the concept of learning supervision models in increasing teacher professionalism is very necessary in order to control the quality of education so that it continues to be better. Based on the results of the research findings and discussion, there are many weaknesses in the implementation of learning supervision in increasing teacher professionalism and by taking into account all the facts and phenomena that develop in the field, the authors propose a model of learning supervision in increasing teacher professionalism which is a systematic hypothetical.
