Abstract

The MEAs learning model is interactive, utilising technology, simulations, and creative methods to stimulate curiosity in students. This study aims to know whether or not significant differences occur in Mathematics learning by applying the Model-Eliciting Activities (MEAs) learning model based on higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS). Besides that, it is expected to provide a perspective on the effectiveness of the learning model in improving the quality of mathematics learning based on HOTS. This study was conducted at SMPN 1 Wanayasa with a quantitative research approach. The research method was a survey method and one-way ANOVA test analysis to see the relationship between students’ learning outcomes of class VIII A, B, C, D, E, and F. The population of this study was students at SMPN 1 Wanayasa with a sample of 191 students of class VIII consisting of 31 students in class VIII A and 32 students in classes B, C, D, E, and F. The results show that students’ learning outcomes differ only between classes VIII A and VIII D and between classes VIII C and VIII D

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan kerjasama dengan SD Al Qur’an Nahwan Nur Ceweng Kabupaten Jombang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami laksanakan dengan tema “Inovasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi di Era Society 5.0 Untuk Guru Dalam Projek Penguatan Pelajar Pancasila.” Sasaram dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru di jenjang Sekolah Dasar Ceweng. Para peserta sosialisasi dan workshop diberika pelatihan singkat tentang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan langsung mencoba penggunaan media pembelajaran tersebut. Sosialisasi dan wokrhop ini bertujuan untuk dapat memotivasi para guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengembangan ketrampilan para guru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah, metode simulasi, dan metode Tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penguasaan materi teknis penggunaan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sehingga para guru memperoleh manfaat nyata dalam proses penerapan dalam pembelajaran  dengan hasil yang baik.dengan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, guru dapat memberikan evaluasi berupa quis yang terdapat dalam aplikasi tersebut,sehingga dapat membantu siswa dalam pemahaman materi projek penguatan pelajaran Pancasila yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam layanan pengaduan rumah sakit memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pengaduan pasien berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Nahdlatul Ulama (RSNU) Jombang guna meningkatkan responsivitas dan transparansi layanan pengaduan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan observasi, perancangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall, implementasi sistem berbasis web, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengaduan pasien berbasis web mampu mempermudah pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan secara daring dan memantau tindak lanjut pengaduan secara real-time. Dari sisi pengelola, sistem ini membantu petugas dalam mengelola pengaduan secara lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi. Implementasi sistem ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efektivitas pengelolaan pengaduan serta mendukung upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan berbasis digital di lingkungan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Currently, students' mathematical abilities are still relatively low and are found in several schools. This research aims to analyze students' mathematics learning outcomes based on school origin, reviewing the students' gender, weight, and height. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out at SDN Pasirbanteng, MI Ar-Ridhwan, and MIS Pasirpogor I with survey methods and Analysis of Variance tests to see differences and interactions. The population in this study was all students at SDN Pasirbanteng, MI Ar-Ridhwan, and MIS Pasirpogor I with a sample of 41 students at SDN Pasirbanteng, 33 students at MI Ar-Ridhwan, and 20 students at MIS Pasirpogor I for a total of 94 students. This research instrument uses a test that tests the data analysis requirements used, consisting of a normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The research results show no differences and interactions between gender, height, and weight of students on mathematics learning outcomes based on the student's school origin. This is based on the Two Ways ANOVA statistical test with data that has homogeneity and normality of the data received. So, for further research, it is hoped that an analysis of students' mathematics learning outcomes can be carried out based on the student's gender, distance from domicile to school, and parents' income to see whether there are significant differences and interactions with their learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of mathematics learning on the concepts of the Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) and the Least Common Multiple (LCM) on students' abilities at SDN Pasir Banteng, West Bandung Regency. The population consisted of all students at SDN Pasir Banteng, with a sample of 40 fifth-grade students. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach and a causal-correlational study design. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling, and the instruments included questionnaires and tests that had been validated and tested for reliability. Validity and reliability tests were conducted by comparing Cronbach’s Alpha with Cronbach’s Alpha if Item Deleted, using SPSS version 26. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method indicated that the data were not normally distributed, with significance values of 0.000 and 0.003 (p < 0.05). This was also supported by the analysis of the Normal Q-Q Plot, where the data points were not clustered around the diagonal line. Consequently, a non-parametric statistical analysis using Spearman’s correlation was conducted. The results showed a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant impact of GCD learning on students' abilities to understand LCM. The Correlation Coefficient value of 0.470 demonstrated a moderate relationship between the two variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that GCD learning has a significant correlation with students' understanding of LCM, emphasizing the need for teachers to integrate these two concepts effectively in the learning process.
