Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang seluruhnya diperoleh dari sumber tertulis. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada cerkak Suryadi WS yang berjudul “Pedhot Neng Sungginan”. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan aspek sosiologi sastra dalam cerkak karya Suryadi WS ,dan hubungan pengarang dan karyanya. Pemilihan cerpen ini didasari oleh persoalan kritik soaial masyarakat bersikap acuh terhadap perempuan kaya yang sombong yang tercermin dalam cerkak tersebut. teori yang digunakan adalah sosiologi sastra.

Abstract

Negara kita Indonesia kaya akan budaya lokal yang membuat Nusantara menjadi memiliki keberagaman dalam berbudaya. Dalam penelitian ini meneliti tentang ragam budaya Nusantara yaitu salah satunya tentang upacara adat mitoni yang bisanya sering dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jawa pada umumnya. Dengan mengupas apa itu mitoni dan segala unsur yang terkandung di dalam upacara adat mitoni dikupas dalam penelitian ini guna untuk menselaraskan perspektif orang asing yang tidak mengenal apa itu yang disebut dengan mitoni. Di Era milenial seperti ini budaya Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan rasa syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa hampir terkikis karena budaya modern yang sangat cepat sekali menggerus kebudayaan Nusantara terutama budaya Jawa. Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang fungsi kebahasaan, tujuan sosial, dalam teks yang berjudul upacara adat mitoni  dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan gambaran lengkap dengan memuat unsur sosial sebagai eksplorasi dan klarifikasi yang terjadi pada sosial masyarakat. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu dari buku yang berjudul Marsudi Basa lan Sastra Jawa Piwulangan Basa Jawa Muatan Lokal Wajib Jawa Tengah Kelas IX.    Kata Kunci : Teks Deskriptif, Kebahasaan, Deskriptif Kualitatif, Eksplorasi

Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to fulfill lecture assignments in order to develop writing skills and describe a person's character based on interactions between characters in a short story literary work or it can also be called cerkak. The story comes from a Javanese-language magazine published in 2019. However, what will be discussed in this scientific paper is the one with the title Didongake Malah Nesu which was created by Djaid Belor. The method used in this research is qualitative. Research data in the form of cerkak texts sourced from Javanese-language magazines published in 2019 tells of the reality of a husband and wife as officials who were accidentally prayed for by foreigners. The theory used is literary psychology that focuses on the behavior of characters that clearly describe the character's character. The results of this study are to find out the inner conflict that occurs in each character, to know the psychological condition of the character and the psychology of the author through the plot of the short story. Each character has a different role and response to the events they face to make the story interesting. This behavior becomes a reference for knowing the character's character through conversations and interactions between characters.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of diction, language style, imagery and figure of speech in the lyrics of the campursari song entitled Sewu Kutha by Didi Kempot. The theory used is a stylistic study. This study aims to: (1) describe the diction (2) describe the imagery (3) describe the figure of speech or language style contained in the lyrics of the campursari song entitled Sewu Kutha by Didi Kempot. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is reading and note-taking technique and data analysis technique using descriptive analysis technique which includes description, classification and analysis. The results of this study are in the lyrics of the campursari song entitled Sewu Kutha created by Didi Kempot using denotative diction, connotative diction, tactile imagery, visual imagery, auditory imagery, comparative language style, affirmation style.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the structural cerkak Cobaning Asmara which aims to describe and explain the author's worldview regarding the existence of Poerwadhie and the concept of true love contained in the cerkak Cobaning Asmara. This research is an analytical research to examine the contents of the cerkak, the author's worldview, and the concept of true love from the cerkak by using a qualitative descriptive method through a sociological approach to literature. The script used to examine the content is the Cobaning Asmara cerkak. This analysis stage starts from the reading stage, document recording, to document analysis. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data presentation, and conclusion. Data collection techniques using textual techniques (library). The results of the study show that the author's worldview in cerkak cobaning romance includes (1) the Javanese view related to oneself, (2) the Javanese view related to others, (3) the concept of true love. The results of this study are structural in the cerkak cobaning romance, namely: Theme, this cerkak takes the theme of the struggle of a Titinastiti and Poewardhie in going through various trials in their relationship to the point of being together following their love and ideals. Characters and characterizations, the main character in this novel is Poewardhie, and the characterizations are described physically and physically. Setting, this story takes place in Yogyakarta. The plot used is mixed, but it is more advanced with a third-person omniscient point of view. This cerkak mandate is to be diligent and serious in dealing with life, not to give up and be determined to do something.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to uncover the theory of feminism contained in the novel "Sindhen Padmi".  This research is about the reality of feminism contained in the novel "Sindhen Padmi". One form of reality contained in the novel "Sindhen Padmi" is gender equality in the social sphere. Javanese people have basic principles about the right inner attitude, namely controlled, calm, level-headed, patient, smooth, tolerance, being simple, honest, sumarah, subtle and not pursuing self-interest. Javanese women are often considered inferior in degree than men. His more passive, meek attitude, and so on are often analogous to women being weak creatures. The image of Javanese women is the main female character and efforts to maintain the image of Javanese women on the main female character. The source of this research data is the novel "Sindhen Padmi" by Tulus Setiyadi published by CV. Weed Library in 2018.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to fulfil lecture assignments and to describe allegorical language style and units of style in the geguritan entitled Kori by Krishna Miharja. As a poet, Krishna Miharja not only writes geguritan, but also short stories (cerkak). Although he wrote a lot of geguritan, Krishna is better known among Javanese writers as a witty writer. Because of the cerkak Krishna's works, which tend to be surrealistic and contain social and political criticism, they are considered as other colours in Javanese literature. The method used in this research is the content analysis method. The research data is in the form of Kori's geguritan text which tells the number of choices that must be chosen in life by being expressed using an allegorical language style. The theory used is a stylistic study which explains the style of language used in literature to reveal the message or meaning conveyed by the author in his literary work. The result of this research is that there is a story about the way of life that must be chosen among the many choices of life paths that exist. Life has many choices and humans are only trying to get the best and worthy choice for their lives.

Abstract

The purpose of making this article is to find out the incompatibility of the work of Javanese literature on Geguritan Budi Palopo with the title "Dungo Mupload Rank" to be applied in daily life practice. This research based on the theory of the sociology of literature uses qualitative research, which is in line with the opinion (Ratna, 2013: 47) in (Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil, 2021) that the sociology of literature focuses on social signs that have to do with society as is the general characteristic of qualitative research. . Based on the sociological theory of literature, this research is descriptive in nature, because it explains clearly what is the content of this geguritan text, as the author wants to present to the reader. In making this article using the type/approach of research in the form of library research or library research. Literature study is a study that is used to collect information and data with the help of various materials in the library such as documents, books, magazines, historical stories, etc. Library research or library search, namely research carried out through data collection or scientific writing aimed at the object of research or data. In accordance with the title of this geguritan, the poet shows a way so that his prayers or hopes for his promotion can be fulfilled. The first stanza describes how to deal with the ruler so that things run smoothly, namely by fawning. People who have a desire to increase in rank and rank are advised to be able to sort out and immediately humble themselves before the ruler, lick the ruler's feet, and make the authority of the ruler continue to grow.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur sosial serta konflik sosial cerkak “Anak Lanang” karya Dyand D. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa cerkak dari Majalah Jayabaya, minggu IV September 2020. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa sinopsis serta kutipan kalimat pada cerkak yang mengandung permasalahan sosial yang terdapat dalam cerkak “Anak Lanang” karya Dyand D. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data meliputi membaca cerkak “Anak Lanang” secara intensif, lalu menganalisis unsur sosial dan konflik sosial dalam cerkak dan mendeskripsikannya. Metode ini merupakan suatu proses pengumpulan data untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai unsur-unsur sosial serta konflik sosial dalam cerkak “Anak Lanang” karya Dyand D menggunakan pendekatan teori sosiologi sastra. Unsur sosial yang terdapat dalam cerkak meliputi unsur sosial kebudayaan, pendidikan, religi dan moral. Konflik sosial dalam cerkak ini ditunjukkan ketika tokoh Nanang bertanya kepada Ami mengenai ia anak kandung Ami atau bukan, dan ditunjukan bahwa Nanang bukanlah anak kandung dari Ami. Setelah melalui proses penelitian analisis sosiologi sastra berupa unsur sosial serta konflik sosial yang terdapat pada cerkak, terlihat upaya pengarang yang memadukan unsur serta konflik sosial dengan baik, sehingga makna serta pesan yang terkandung dalam cerkak bisa sampai pada pembaca.Kata kunci: Analisis Sosiologi sastra, Cerkak, Karya Sastra, Konflik Sosial, Anak Lanang.

Abstract

The Ki Gede Sebayu folktale was one of the most renowned stories from Tegal and one of the founding figures of Tegal city. This study aimed to examine the depiction of nationalism and religiosity values in Ki Gede Sebayu folklore through three main aspects: infrastructure development, the role of religion, and community capacity building. A descriptive-qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through literature study and directed observation and analyzed using Levi-Strauss structuralism theory. The results indicate that the folklore of Ki Gede Sebayu reflected a number of values associated with nationalism, including love for the country, togetherness, mutual cooperation, courage, sacrifice, social justice, loyalty to the country, and exemplary leadership. Additionally, the value of religiosity is reflected through the spread of Islamic propagation as well as the construction of mosques and Islamic boarding schools. The conclusion of the Ki Gede Sebayu folklore was that it reflects the values of nationalism and religiosity. As a result, it was an important source of inspiration in the construction of the unity and pride of the Indonesian nation.
