Abstract

Era digital saat ini telah membuka banyak peluang penggunaan media digital guna membantu pemasaran produk maupun jasa. Banyak manfaat dan kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh media digital. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan media digital guna membantu memasarkan produk dan jasa usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah khususnya yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Berkah Rindang Kinasih (BRK) Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengambilan data kepada responden melalui wawancara singkat dan pengisian kuisioner skala likert 5 tingkat diperkuat dengan studi literatur terhadap penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. SmartPLS digunakan sebagai alat Analisa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap sikap positif pelaku usaha dan akan mendukung keberlangsungan usaha. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini adalah semakin efektifnya penggunaan media digital untuk memasarkan produk dan jasa UMKM sehingga akan menunjang keberlangsungan usaha pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Coconut as one of the plantation commodities in Indonesia which has been processed into various products, one of which is organic coconut sugar. Organic Coconut sugar is one of Indonesia's natural products that has high competitiveness in the domestic and international markets. However, the fulfillment of the needs of the large organic coconut sugar market is still met not by direct producers but through various sales intermediaries. KUB Central Agro Lestari located in Purbalingga Regency is one of the producers of organic coconut sugar with a production capacity of over 200 tons/month. One way of marketing that has been taken by KUB Central Agro Lestari is to use a website to educate consumers about organic coconut sugar as well as a model for receiving orders from consumers. This study aims to implement an e-marketing strategy in the organic coconut sugar group, especially at KUB Central Agro Lestari. The method used in making this system is the waterfall method where this method has 5 stages, namely user needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of the black-box test show valid results for all features which indicate that this website is as expected. From the results of black-box testing, it can be concluded that this website is appropriate to be used as a tool to implement e-marketing strategies at KUB Central Agro Lestari, Purbalingga.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membantu kelompok “Kriya Mandiri” dalam meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Secara Spesifik, tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini yaitu : 1) meningkatkan produktivitas kelompok dan 2) menambah ragam produk yang dihasilkan kelompok. Tahapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahapan perencanaan yang meliputi pertemuan dengan mitra, identifikasi masalah, koordinasi dengan tenaga ahli/narasumber dan pengaturan jadwal untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap pemberian alat produksi dan pelatihan ragam produk kerajinan bambu. Target luaran yaitu mitra memiliki mesin produksi, ragam kerajinan yang dihasilkan bertambah sesuai dengan minat konsumen.

Abstract

Penambahan hidrokoloid merupakan inovasi pada pengolahan daging ayam, yaitu produk nuget dan sosis yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas produk. Peserta pengolahan adalah istri Kelompok Tani Ternak (KWT) sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari 3 kegiatan yaitu pembekalan secara teori, praktik produksi nuget dan sosis ayam dengan penambahan hidrokoloid. Peserta dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok dengan menambahkan 3 jenis hidrokoloid yang berbeda (gelatin, karagenan, glukomanan) dan satu produk tanpa penambahan. Hasil produk berupa nuget dan sosis diujikan secara sensori pada 20 panelis semi terlatih. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan teori tentang produk olahan daging ayam sebanyak 64,7%; peningkatan keterampilan membuat nuget ayam dengan penambahan hidrokoloid sebesar 42,94% dan sosis sebesar 89,5%. Kesimpulan kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu peserta pelatihan sebesar 65,71%.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah operasional dan pemasaran bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) secara drastis, khususnya dalam kaitan terhadap platform digital dan media sosial. Studi naratif ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur yang ada dan memahami bagaimana UMKM di Indonesia mengadaptasi strategi pemasaran mereka melalui media sosial akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang meliputi artikel jurnal, laporan industri, dan studi empiris, penelitian ini menyelidiki dinamika perubahan strategi pemasaran digital yang diimplementasikan oleh UMKM. Temuan utama mengungkapkan bahwa adaptasi dalam strategi media sosial, termasuk peningkatan frekuensi posting, penggunaan konten yang lebih interaktif, dan pemanfaatan fitur-fitur yang ada pada media sosial telah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis UMKM selama pandemi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang efektivitas strategi pemasaran adaptif UMKM dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang masih dihadapi oleh UMKM. Hasil kajian ini dapat dijadikan panduan bagi UMKM dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran media sosial yang lebih efektif di masa depan, serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada pembuat kebijakan dalam mendukung sektor UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) profile of pre-service teachers at the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. This study used quantitative method with a survey research design. The sample of population were 111 respondents from 3rd, 5th, and 7th-semester. To measure TPACK, 50 statements were formulated based on the indicators of each TPACK component, categorized as valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results showed that the seven components of TPACK were categorized as good, two components are more prominent, namely Technological Knowledge (TK) and Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), while the lowest component was Content Knowledge (CK). These results suggest that during lectures, it's important to emphasize both mastering the material and integrating technology into learning.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences and effects of using the time token cooperative learning model on the activity and learning outcomes of class XI IPS students in economics subjects. The research was carried out in the 2022/2023 academic year at SMAN 2 Cilacap. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling technique, in which the determination consists of 70 respondents who are students of class XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 4 and will be tested using an active questionnaire of 19 questions and 15 multiple-choice questions. The results showed that there were differences in the learning activity of class XI IPS students at SMAN 2 Cilacap who were taught using the time token cooperative learning model and the lecture learning model. Second, there are differences in the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMAN 2 Cilacap who are taught using the time token cooperative learning model and the lecture learning model. Third, there is a positive influence of the cooperative learning model of the time token type on the active learning of class XI IPS students in economics at SMAN 2 Cilacap. Fourth, there is a positive influence of the cooperative learning model of the time token type on the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students in economics subjects at SMAN 2 Cilacap.

Abstract

Background. In the context of higher education, academic inequality is a serious obstacle in achieving equitable learning outcomes among students. Factors such as educational background, learning styles, and differences in mastery of material are the main triggers for this inequality. To overcome this challenge, innovative approaches such as adaptive learning based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) have emerged as a potential solution. Purpose. This research aims to investigate the potential of AI-based adaptive learning in overcoming academic inequality among students. By combining AI technology, this research seeks to provide personalized solutions tailored to each student's learning needs. Method. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey model. A total of 20 respondents were selected representatively to provide their views on learning experiences, preferences and views regarding adaptive learning. This survey provides relevant data to understand whether the implementation of AI-based adaptive learning can be considered an effective measure to reduce academic inequality. Results. The research results show that the majority of respondents face difficulties in understanding course material in general. However, most also expressed openness to the use of AI-based adaptive learning. This positive perception can be an indication of the potential success of implementing this technology as a solution to overcome academic inequality. Conclusion. Taking into account the research results, AI-based adaptive learning is promising as a solution that can align the learning needs of individual students. Although implementation challenges remain, this research provides initial impetus for further exploration of the application of AI technologies in achieving academic equity in higher education settings.

Abstract

Social media is the main choice for producers and sellers to massively market their products and services, one of which is by using advertisements provided by social media. The use of advertisements on social media is appropriate because producers or sellers can customize the desired target market in detail both from age, gender, location, hobbies, and others based on the social media user profile. This study will examine the extent to which social media advertising will be able to influence purchasing decisions for a product or service for consumers, especially among students. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting short interviews with 54 students from several study programs at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto. The results showed that the existence of product or service advertisements on social media had a positive effects on consumers in making purchasing decisions for a product or service. Consumers feel that advertisements on social media help in making purchasing decisions for a product or service. This is expected to encourage the motivation of producers or sellers to further optimize the use of social media advertising as one of the marketing media to support the marketing of their products or services.
