Abstract

Network building and collaboration between entrepreneurs is one of the main factors that plays an important role in supporting business growth. A strong network can open wider market opportunities, introduce access to important resources, and speed up the innovation process. Meanwhile, collaboration between entrepreneurs provides space to share experiences, reduce operational costs, and create more effective business solutions. This article explores how entrepreneurs can leverage networking and collaboration to accelerate business growth and provides real-world examples of best practices. This research also discusses the challenges faced in building networks and collaboration and how to overcome them.

Abstract

Innovation and creativity have a crucial role in entrepreneurship to achieve competitive advantage. This article discusses the concept of innovation in product and service development, as well as strategies for encouraging creativity in entrepreneurship. Innovation includes updating methods and technology that can add economic and social value, while creativity is considered the skill of creating new ideas. With a qualitative approach based on literature review, this research summarizes the importance of model adoption Diffusion of Innovations which includes stages from knowledge to confirmation, as a guide for entrepreneurs in understanding the process of accepting and implementing innovation. Research shows that internal factors, such as an organizational culture that supports creativity, as well as external factors, such as developments in digital technology, can encourage innovation. Social media plays an important role in increasing consumer engagement and strengthening brands. Strategies to increase creativity include training, incentives, collaboration, as well as the use of technology and ongoing evaluation. It was concluded that a work environment that supports freedom of thought and exploration, together with these strategies, can increase creativity and innovation in a sustainable manner. The recommendations provided include creating a collaborative work environment, innovative skills training, adopting data-based technology, and utilizing social media for marketing.

Abstract

Background: In an increasingly competitive digital era, digital marketing strategies are the key to increasing a company's competitiveness. Digital media platforms must be able to be utilized by companies more effectively in order to reach a wider audience and have closer networks with consumers. This research aims to identify effective digital marketing strategies in increasing company competitiveness in the digital era. By understanding the latest trends and technology in digital marketing, companies can develop strategies that are more focused and responsive to the rapidly changing business environment. Method: This research uses a literature review method to collect and analyze various literature related to effective digital marketing strategies. Results: Digital marketing is a key element in modern marketing strategies. The use of digital platforms and media is able to reach audiences effectively. The lives of consumers are starting to experience a paradigm shift, triggering a consumer mindset that is all connected digitally, using mobile first, the internet and social media to search for information about a product brand digitally before making a purchase. Various uses of an effective digital marketing strategy are increasing brand visibility, expanding market reach, increasing consumer engagement, and optimizing user experience. Digital marketing trends continue to grow, with the use of social media, video-based content, AI, and machine learning as factors or influencing the way companies market their products or services.

Abstract

This research examines the main risks that entrepreneurs often face, namely financial, operational and market risks, as well as strategies to reduce the impact of these risks. Financial risks include unstable cash flow problems and limited capital which can affect the smooth running of the business. Operational risks include problems in the supply chain, human error, and equipment failure that can disrupt business activities. Meanwhile, market risks are related to changes in consumer interests, competition and changing trends. The method used in this research is in-depth interviews with ten small and medium enterprise (SME) owners in various sectors, as well as a literature review from various sources. The results show that several strategies are effective in addressing these risks. For example, for financial risks, cash flow planning and reserve funds help entrepreneurs deal with financial fluctuations. In terms of operational risks, having backup suppliers and providing regular training to employees can reduce disruptions in production. Finally, for market risks, product innovation and regular consumer surveys help businesses stay relevant and competitive. This research concludes that identifying and mitigating risks from the start can increase business resilience to various challenges. These findings are expected to help business owners to manage risks and make their businesses stronger.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian literatur ini untuk mengetahui pemikiran Bourdieu, sebagai pandangan tentang kajian Pendidikan sosiologi olahraga. Penelitian literatur ini memperkenalkan gagasan dasar pemikiran Bourdieu dalam memahami bagaimana individu berelasi sehingga membentuk “praktik”. Bagaimana ‘praktik’ tersebut terjadi dan apa saja yang “terlibat” dalam ‘praktik’ itu, dan bagaimana relasi habitus, arena, kapital, praktik dan kuasa dalam pandangan Bourdieu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pierre Bourdieu, adalah salah satu teoritis terkemuka yang pemikirannya digunakan dalam cultural studies. Pemikiran Bourdieu banyak dipengaruhi oleh Aristoteles, Thomas Aquinas, Hegel, Marx, Durkheim, Max Weber, Picasso, Franz Fanon, Jean Paul Sartre, Husserl, Ferdinand de Saussure, Levi Strauss, Wittgenstein, Martin Heidegger, Michel Foucault, dll. Simpulan penelitian bahwa Bourdieu meramu pemikiran beberapa pemikir tersebut menjadi bentuk pemikiran baru yang menekankan peran aktor atau subyektivitas yakni yang dikenal dengan metode strukturalismekonstruktif. Bourdieu dikenal dengan pengembangan kajian sosiologi kultural dan sosiologi reflektif atau metasosiologi.

Abstract

Residents of small island villages are typically classified as low-educated. This study used Liukang Loe Island as a case study to learn the truth about children's education in small island settlements. This study aims to determine how the fishing community understands the importance of education and how to increase public awareness about children's education on Liukang Loe Island. This study, which uses a descriptive qualitative technique with research informants, focuses on the "Harapan" fishing group community on Liukang Loe Island. Information was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of analysis that was carried out by qualitative through taxonomic analysis, drawing conclusions using the Miles and Hubberman model, as well as directions to increase public awareness about the importance of education through AHP. The findings demonstrated that the Liukang Loe Island fishing community prioritized children's education, as seen by the community's, particularly families', efforts to ensure that children's education was completed. This is reinforced by the family's commitment to earning a living and covering all the children's educational demands. The fishing communities support their children's ability to advance to the highest level possible. Although there are only elementary and junior high schools on Liukang Loe Island, with limited facilities and infrastructure, children's enthusiasm and motivation to attend school are high. This does not deter the fishermen's children from continuing their high school and graduate education outside the island to obtain a better education. There are two options for raising awareness about education in fishing communities: community training and empowerment programs through NGOs, local governments, and educational institutions; and educational assistance programs in the form of notable scholarships for fishing communities in small islands.Keywords: Community Awareness, Fisherman, Education, Small Island

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teori ilmiah berbasis filsafat ilmu dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai disiplin ilmu, seperti teknologi, sosial, dan budaya, dalam konteks studi resonansi, perkembangan manusia, dan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang melibatkan pencarian dan pemilahan artikel terkait dari database akademik untuk menganalisis literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan interdisipliner yang menggabungkan filsafat ilmu dengan disiplin ilmu lain dapat menghasilkan teori yang lebih holistik dan aplikatif, dengan memperhatikan implikasi sosial, etika, dan budaya. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi celah dalam penerapan teori ilmiah yang mengabaikan faktor sosial dan budaya, seperti dalam teori resonansi antena dan teori sejarah hidup. Integrasi filsafat ilmu dapat memperkaya pengembangan teori-teori ilmiah, dengan memberikan kerangka yang lebih sensitif terhadap dampak sosial dan etika dari penerapan teknologi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menggabungkan filsafat ilmu dalam teori ilmiah untuk menghasilkan pendekatan yang lebih inklusif, yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan dimensi sosial dan budaya.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about major changes in the world of education, including the increased use of gadgets by students as learning aids. This study aims to analyse the impact of gadget use on student learning achievement, both positive and negative. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through a literature review of the latest journals, books, and research reports, which were then analysed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, findings, and conclusions related to the relationship between gadget use and learning achievement. The results of the study show that the targeted use of gadgets can increase motivation, expand access to information, and encourage student creativity. However, excessive and uncontrolled use has the potential to reduce concentration, trigger addiction, and have an impact on declining academic achievement. These findings emphasise the importance of parental and teacher guidance in regulating the duration, type of activity, and purpose of gadget use in order to provide optimal benefits for the student learning process.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan memiliki warisan sosial–budaya maritim yang kaya, yang mengandung nilai-nilai kolektivitas, disiplin, tanggung jawab ekologis, serta ketangguhan. Artikel ini merupakan kajian literatur sistematis (2014–2025) yang menganalisis potensi sosial–budaya maritim sebagai sumber pembentukan pendidikan karakter pelajar Indonesia melalui kerangka Pierre Bourdieu (habitus, modal budaya, field). Analisis tematik terhadap 48 publikasi menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai kultural maritim sangat relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan karakter, tetapi proses konversi nilai tersebut menjadi modal budaya yang diakui dalam ranah pendidikan terhambat oleh: (1) keterbatasan bahan ajar terstandar; (2) kapasitas guru dalam pedagogi kontekstual; dan (3) mekanisme asesmen yang tidak selaras dengan kompetensi kultural. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal maritim, pengembangan asesmen performatif, kolaborasi sekolah–komunitas pesisir, serta pilot project berbasis bukti sebagai langkah mengubah aturan ranah pendidikan agar modal budaya maritim memperoleh legitimasi simbolik. Temuan literatur menunjukkan bahwa integrasi budaya maritim dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan, rasa tanggung jawab, kepedulian lingkungan, ketangguhan psikologis, serta identitas pelajar sebagai bagian dari bangsa bahari. Model ini juga berpotensi menjadi strategi dekolonisasi pendidikan, karena mengangkat epistemologi lokal yang selama ini termarginalkan dalam paradigma pendidikan modern. Dengan demikian, budaya maritim bukan sekadar warisan antropologis, tetapi dapat berfungsi sebagai basis pedagogis yang strategis untuk membangun karakter pelajar Indonesia di era global. Integrasi nilai kemaritiman dengan pendekatan Bourdieu memberikan dasar teoretis yang kuat untuk memahami proses pembentukan karakter sebagai praktik sosial yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: Rancangan kesiapsiagaan bencana di lingkungan sekolah menengah, dengan fokus pada aspek koordinasi, manajemen informasi, penggunaan sistem peringatan dini, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan. Kesiapsiagaan bencana di sekolah sangat penting untuk mengurangi risiko dan dampak bencana yang dapat mengancam keselamatan siswa, guru, dan seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan menganalisis literatur terkait kesiapsiagaan bencana di sekolah, meliputi teori dan praktik mengenai koordinasi antar pihak, pengelolaan informasi bencana, serta penerapan sistem peringatan dini di lingkungan sekolah menengah. Metode studi pustaka ini melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap berbagai sumber, seperti literatur akademik, laporan kebijakan, dan dokumen relevan lainnya, untuk mengidentifikasi elemen penting dalam perancangan kesiapsiagaan bencana di sekolah menengah. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data sekunder dari buku, artikel ilmiah, dan dokumen resmi yang berhubungan dengan koordinasi, manajemen informasi, sistem peringatan dini, serta program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Informasi yang di dapat kemudian dianalisa dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengidentifikasi pola, strategi,  rekomendasi yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa koordinasi yang efisien antara pihak sekolah, pemerintah, dan lembaga terkait sangat penting untuk membangun sistem kesiapsiagaan yang efektif. Pengelolaan informasi yang cepat dan tepat menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan bahwa warga sekolah memahami langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil saat terjadi keadaan darurat. Pemanfaatan sistem peringatan dini yang terintegrasi, seperti perangkat komunikasi dan pelatihan rutin, dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapan warga sekolah dalam menghadapi bencana. Selain itu, pendidikan dan pelatihan yang terstruktur serta berkesinambungan bagi siswa, guru, dan staf sekolah terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam menghadapi bencana, sehingga dapat meminimalkan dampak kerugian yang terjadi Kata Kunci: Kesiapsiagaan, Bencana , Lingkungan Sekolah.
