Strategic transformation usually involves comprehensive changes in the way an organization operates, with a focus on larger long-term goals. Therefore, it requires in-depth research and studies to determine whether the transformation effectively contributes to the development of students' academic quality. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The method in data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The objectives to be achieved in this research include: (1) To understand and analyze how the transformation of strategies implemented by the Mudir (Dormitory Head) in fostering the academic quality of KIP-Kuliah students living in the dormitory; (2) To understand and analyze the impact of the strategy transformation on the academic quality development of KIP-Kuliah students in the dormitory. From this research, it was found that: (1) The transformation of strategies implemented by the Mudir in academic quality development includes: a) Improvement of learning quality by utilizing technological advancements, halaqah ta’lim, and the use of learning applications, b) Improvement of community service quality, c) Improvement of teacher quality, d) Improvement of services and facilities. (2) The transformation of these strategies has a positive impact on students' academic achievements, as evidenced by the numerous awards won in various competitions and an average GPA above 3. 25

This study aims to identify and analyze the managerial efforts undertaken by State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung in its pursuit of becoming a world-class university. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using both source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings reveal several managerial dimensions implemented by State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung in its efforts toward achieving world-class university status. In the planning phase, the university has developed a master plan, strategic plan, and operational plan. During the organizing phase, an international office was established. In the implementation phase, the university has focused on improving the quality of learning inputs, processes, and outcomes; enhancing research and community service; upgrading human resource quality; and strengthening infrastructure and financial management. In the monitoring phase, the Quality Assurance Unit and its staff are optimized to conduct monitoring and evaluation through self-assessments, quality audits, and the preparation of accreditation rankings, in accordance with the Higher Education Institution Accreditation standards. These standards cover education, research, community service, human resources, student affairs, governance, and infrastructure. This research contributes to the development of a distinctive management strategy that integrates Islamic values with international standards, supporting State Islamic Higher Education Institution in their journey to become World Class Universities.

The findings of the tracer study have the potential to strengthen the curriculum, but often the results are just administrative fulfillment, with regard to that this study aims to analyze the results of the tracer study as a basis for strengthening the curriculum of the Islamic education management study program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive study approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that Islamic education management graduates are relevant to industry needs, with high job absorption and suitability of fields. Stakeholders assess soft skills as good, but foreign languages and innovation need to be improved. Tracer study is important for curriculum evaluation, although it has not been maximized. Steps to strengthen the curriculum can include revising materials, improving training, and integrating labor market needs. The implication of this research is to contribute to the development of deeper insights into the use of tracer studies as an instrument for evaluating the effectiveness of curriculum strengthening, especially in the context of the Islamic Education Management Study Program.

There are many factors that influence teacher performance, not only because of the lack of teacher competence as many are addressed at this time. This study aims to analyse the influence of leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance in State Aliyah Madrasah in Malang Raya. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling. The research shows that effective leadership is characterized by the ability to create a conducive work environment. Organizational culture is influenced by integration, work motivation by achievement needs, organizational commitment by continuance commitment, job satisfaction by job fit with personality, and teacher performance by lesson planning. Good leadership helps teachers understand the institution's goals and promotes active and effective learning. Factors such as management closeness, affective commitment, and job satisfaction improve teacher performance. Recommendations are given to the Heads of State Madrasah Aliyah in Malang Raya and the Ministry of Religious Affairs to consider the importance of effective leadership in improving teacher performance. This research has implications for improving teacher performance.

The curriculum is present as a guide used by educators where the curriculum undergoes various changes as a form of adaptation to a dynamic era. One of them is by implementing an merdeka curriculum where this curriculum tends to be considered as a new one. This curriculum is still in the process of being implemented gradually. Nevertheless, there are some schools have implemented merdeka curriculum. Those schools have emphasized independent learning according to the needs and characteristics of students. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the merdeka curriculum at Public Elementary School 2 Pasuruan in improving religious morals. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. While the data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the merdeka curriculum at Public Elementary School 2 Pasuruan has started to run effectively in improving religious morals. The implementation of the independent curriculum is a very good breakthrough to be implemented, because in its policies it can make it easier for teachers to teach basic and important material to students without having to be burdened with other essential material.

This research aims to describe the strategy of fostering intra-campus student organizations at Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University. This research includes a type of qualitative descriptive research. The main data source was obtained from informants consisting of Vice Rector III and Vice Dean III from six Faculties and one of the staff of the student and academic section of Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University. Data collection methods include in-person interviews, non-participant observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. Data validity tests are used source triangulation techniques and triangulation methods. The results showed there are five strategies for fostering intra-campus student organizations at Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University: First, institutional development strategy. Second, The Strategy of Coaching the Field of Reasoning and Science. Third, The Construction Strategy of Areas of Interest, Talent and Favorites. Fourth, the Development Strategy for Welfare. Fifth, the Strategy of Development in the Field of Cooperation. Keywords: Intra-Campus Student Organization, Development, Strategy Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi pembinaan organisasi kemahasiswaan intra kampus di UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pokok didapat dari para informan yang terdiri atas Wakil Rektor III dan para Wakil Dekan III dari enam Fakultas dan salah satu staf bagian kemahasiswaan dan akademik UIN RIL. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara langsung, observasi non partisipan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima strategi pembinaan organisasi kemahasiswaan intra kampus di UIN Raden Intan Lampung: Pertama, Strategi Pembinaan Bidang Kelembagaan. Kedua, Strategi Pembinaan Bidang Penalaran dan Keilmuan. Ketiga, Strategi Pembinaan Bidang Minat, Bakat dan Kegemaran. Keempat, Strategi Pembinaan Bidang Kesejahteraan. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemukan besifat positif yakni peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih komprehensif tentang gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki kepala madrasah dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari. sehingga peneliti bertujuan menganalisis tentang kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. data diatas ditemukan melalui metode riset lapangan varietas kualitatif. Investigasi proses penalaran deduktif serta induktif, dan analisis dinamis dari ikatan antara peristiwa yang bisa diamati, lebih ditekankan dalam riset kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kepala madrasah di MAN Kota Bandar Lampung telah diimplementasikan dengan baik, gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah diimplementasikan dalam beberapa kebijakan seperti melaksanakan rapat rutin madrasah sebagai ajang komunikasi, diskusi dan konsolidasi, memberi ruang dan kesempatan kepada para guru untuk memberikan kritik dan saran yang konstruktif, memberi kebebasan kepada para guru untuk menyampaikan ide/gagasan nya untuk kemajuan madrasah, bertanggung jawab bersama atas persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi warga madrasah, memberi tugas kepada guru sesuai kemampuan, menetapkan visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah, mendorong para guru untuk melanjutkan studi, memberikan penghargaan kepada para guru yang berprestasi, berupaya keras untuk meningkatkan prestasi madrasah khususnya bidang akademik dan ekstakurikuler). kompetensi kepala madrasah. Kompetensi Manajerial diwujudkan dalam bentuk membuat perencanaan berupa Rencana Kerja Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM), melakukan pembagian tugas mengajar dan bimbingan guru sesuai kualifikasi akademik masing-masing, memimpin proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran, melaksanakan evaluasi belajar secara berjenjang seperti UTS dan UAS untuk peserta didik, UKG dan PKG untuk guru.

This study aims to analyze curriculum management in improving teacher professional competence in madrasahs. The research method used is a qualitative case study type, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that effective curriculum management, which is reflected in the active involvement of teachers in constructive planning and supervision, has a substantial impact on improving teacher professional competence. However, this study also shows that there are weaknesses in the sense of creativity in the development of teaching materials and the use of learning media. Teacher competence can be improved through structured and inclusive curriculum management with technology integration in the learning process. This will provide new insights into formulating education policies for other madrasah. This study provides important implications for the development of curriculum management in madrasahs. With structured, inclusive curriculum management and the active involvement of teachers in every stage of planning, teacher professional competence can increase significantly.
