Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of Ethical Leadership on Innovation Work Behavior with Lmx and Self Efficacy as mediating variables. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were employees of the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office and the Surakarta City Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELBANGDA) Office. The sample technique used in this research is purposive sampling. In this study, the minimum sample taken was 140 respondents based on malhorta calculation. Questionnaire distribution is the data collection method in this study. The survey was made using a frequency scale and Likert scale format. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis using SMARTPLS software is the method used in this study. The results of this study are Ethical Leadership has a significant positive effect on Innovation Work Behaviour. Ethical Leadership has a significant positive effect on Leader Member Exchange. Ethical Leadership has a significant positive effect on Self Efficacy. Leader Member Exchange has a significant positive effect on Innovation Work Behaviour. Self Efficacy has a significant positive effect on Innovation Work Behaviour. Ethical Leadership has a significant positive effect on Innovation Work Behaviour mediated by Leader Member Exchange. Ethical Leadership has a significant positive effect on Innovation Work Behaviour mediated by Self Efficacy.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on the business world, especially in terms of expanding market reach and increasing competition. In the growing digital era, information and communication technology has affected many aspects of human life, including the business sector. The development of digital technology has accelerated the pace of business and enabled access to global markets on a larger and more efficient scale. This study aims to analyze the effect of product knowledge and market orientation on firm business performance mediated by product innovation and omnichannel on MSMEs in Boyolali district. There were 100 respondents in this study through an online survey using google form with a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling using the slovin method. Data analysis using SmartPLS. Validity and reliability tests using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS inner model. The analysis results show that Product Innovation is able to mediate the relationship between Market Oriented and Firm Business Performance and Omnichannel is able to mediate the relationship between Market Oriented and Firm Business Performance.

Abstract

Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap produktivitas kerja ingin diketahui dan sebagai tujuan studi ini, bersamaan dengan gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan,dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, serta harmonisasi kerja sebagai variabel moderasi atas pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini berkontribusi tentang gaya kepemimpinan visioner dalam sebuah perusahaan. Kepemimpinan diyakini sebagai hubungan antara orang-orang dan bukan hanya sifat atau karakteristik individu, menurut salah satu teori kepemimpinan, yaitu Teori Perilaku Kepemimpinan (Behavioral Theory Leadership). Karyawan perusahaan jasa di kabupaten Gresik merupakan populasi penelitian untuk studi deskriptif kuantitatif ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengirimkan kuesioner kepada sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Probability sampling digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan sampel bersama dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara acak. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap produktivitas kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, dalam variabel kepemimpinan visioner terhadap disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dalam variabel disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara dalam variabel moderasi yakni harmonisasi kerja atas pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap produktivitas kerja tidak memiliki peran dalam memoderasi hubungan tersebut.

Abstract

Green Intellectual Capital refers to the collective value of intangible assets, including information, skills, and connections, related to environmental conservation and innovation. These assets contribute to the promotion of environmentally friendly ideas and practices at both the individual and organizational levels within a company (Chen, 2008). Green Intellectual Capital consists of three distinct elements: Green Human Capital, Green Structural Capital, and Green Relational Capital. Adopting the concept of GIC is a strategic step for organizations to achieve competitive advantage while upholding environmental sustainability. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between Green Intellectual Capital and Environmental Performance, with Green HRM serving as a mediator between the two variables. This study uses a quantitative methodology that utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, specifically the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research instrument used is SmartPls 4. The method used to select the sample is Probability Sampling, specifically utilizing the Simple Random Sampling strategy. This study uses a sample of 50 people who work in a company engaged in sharia-based financial services in the city of Surakarta. The results of this study indicate that Green Human Capital and Green Relational Capital have a significant impact on Green Human Resources, but have no impact on Environmental Performance. Green Structural Capital does not affect Green Human Resource Management, but has an impact on Environmental Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of servant leadership on firm performance with absorptive capacity and readiness to change as mediating variables. This research method is quantitative research. The data collection method that will be used in this study uses a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used a Likert scale as a research instrument. The population to be used in this study is Manufacturing Companies in the Wates Yogyakarta area. The sample of this study was 210 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Absorptive Capacity. Servant Leadership has no significant effect on Firm Performance. Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Readiness to Change. Absorptive Capacity has a significant effect on Firm Performance. Readiness to Change has a significant effect on Firm Performance. Absorptive Capacity mediates the effect of Servant Leadership on Firm Performance. Readiness to Change mediates the effect of Servant Leadership on Firm Performance.

Abstract

Pemimpin yang beretika atau berperilaku sebagai panutan dengan menunjukkan praktik moral dan etika, sehingga menginspirasi para pengikutnya untuk bersikap dan berperilaku positif. Hal ini pada gilirannya memengaruhi perilaku diskresi yang menguntungkan pekerja dan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah pengaruh ethical leadership terhadap innovative performance dengan intellectual capital dan social capital sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan produsen batik di kampung batik Solo Raya. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 100 karyawan produsen batik di kampung batik Solo Raya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini ialah Ethical Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intellectual Capital. Ethical Leadership berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Innovative Performance. Ethical Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Social Capital. Intellectual Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovative Performance. Social Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovative Performance. Intellectual Capital memediasi pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovative Performance. Social Capital memediasi pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovative Performance.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya persaingan antar perusahaan, perusahaan berupaya untuk menciptakan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Keberhasilan perusahaan di dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh leader-member exchange terhadap job performance dengan employee engagement dan innovation behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yaitu kuesioner, instrumen penelitian dalam pengumpulan data. Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Karyawan SFA Steak & Resto beberapa outlet di daerah karanganyar sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini ialah Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya organisasi adhokrasi terhadap kemampuan industri 4.0 dan komitmen karyawan, serta implikasinya terhadap fleksibilitas strategis. Di era industri 4.0, kebutuhan untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan pasar dan teknologi menuntut organisasi untuk mengadopsi budaya yang inovatif dan fleksibel. Melalui pendekatan analitis yang melibatkan kuantifikasi data dari responden di beberapa perusahaan di Boyolali, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (H1)budaya adhokrasi berpengaruh positif terhadap industri 4.0 dan (H2)budaya adhocracy berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen karyawan. Namun, (H3)tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara budaya adhokrasi dan fleksibilitas strategis, sementara (H4)industri 4.0 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas strategis dan (H5)komitmen karyawan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas strategis. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendukung inovasi dan kolaborasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dan daya saing organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the business landscape significantly, especially in terms of improving operational efficiency and customer experience. One strategy that companies are increasingly implementing is servitization, namely a shift from a product-based business model to a service that provides added value for customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of servitization on purchase intention and the role of digital technology and service business focus as mediators in this relationship. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents consisting of coffee shops and restaurant businesses in Solo Raya. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that servitization positively and significantly affects purchase intention, digital technology, and service business focus. However, digital technology does not directly influence purchase intention, indicating that digital technology alone is insufficient to increase customer purchase intention without an appropriate service strategy. Meanwhile, service business focus has been proven to significantly influence purchase intention and mediate the relationship between servitization and purchase intention. These findings confirm that companies that implement servitization and have a strong focus on business services are better able to increase customer purchasing intentions than relying solely on digital technology. Therefore, companies are advised to adopt digital technologies and ensure that their service strategies can increase customer value.

Abstract

The nature or behavior of a leader is a reflection for his subordinates or employees and the running of the organization or company itself. This study will discuss the role of ambidextrous leadership style which has a direct impact on workers' innovation capabilities or innovative work behavior. Ambidextrous leadership, which combines the ability to exploit existing resources and explore new opportunities, is considered a key factor in creating a work environment that supports innovation. This study uses a quantitative research type. In this study, primary data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to batik craftsmen in Solo Raya.The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between ambidextrous leadership and innovative work behavior in batik batik craftsmen in Solo Raya. In addition, innovative self-efficacy also had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. The role of Harmonious Work Passion as a mediator was proven to mediate the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and innovative work behavior, but did not mediate between innovative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior. This shows that harmonious work spirit can increase the influence of only one independent variable
