Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research are: 1) To know how Supervision Principal around district Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City? 2) To know how the Working Educator's Educational Work ethic in Marpoyan Damai District of Pekanbaru? 3) To find out whether there is a Principal Supervision Relation with the work ethic of Kindergarten Educator in Marpoyan Damai around district, Pekanbaru? So it can be formulated the problem of this research are: 1) How Supervision Principal around district Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru? 2) How is the Working Educator's Educational Work ethic in Marpoyan Damai Sub-district Pekanbaru? 3) Is there a Principal Supervision Relation with the work ethic of Kindergarten Educators in Marpoyan Damai Sub-district Pekanbaru City? This research was conducted in Kindergarten of Sub-district of Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City. This research is a correlation research. Population of this research is educator which exist in Kindergarten of Marpoyan Damai Sub-district of Pekanbaru Town which amounts to 196 educators. The sample in this study as many as 132 respondents are the kindergarten educators in the sub-district Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City. From the sample taken 20 people to be tested samples of research instruments and the rest of 132 people educators used as research samples. Based on the research results, it can be concluded: 1) Supervision Principal obtained percentage of 89.97% with Excellent category. 2) Educational Worker Educational Work ethic is obtained percentage of 61,37% with Good category. 3) There is a correlation between educators' perceptions of the principal's supervision with the work ethic of Kindergarten Teachers in Marpoyan Damai Sub-district, Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Supervision, Work Ethic

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of outbound stepping carpet on interpersonal intelligence in children aged 5-6 years in TK Bina Mandiri Rambah Hilir District Rokan Hulu District. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used in this study were 18 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 23. The research hypothesis is that there is influence of outbound stepping carpet toward interpersonal intelligence in children aged 5-6 years in TK Bina Mandiri Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on data analysis known tcalculated = 15,605> ttable = 2,110 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. Because Sig <0,05 it can be concluded that there are differences of interpersonal intelligence before and after done outbound stepping carpet. It can be interpreted that there is influence of outbound stepping carpet activity toward interpersonal intelligence in children aged 5-6 years in TK Bina Mandiri Subdistrict Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu significant as much as 48.26%.Keyword: Interpersonal Intelligence, Outbound Stepping Carpet Activities

Abstract

Abstract : The background of the problem of this study aims to determine the relationship of socio-economic status with prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years in Pekanbaru Taman Raudah Kindergarten. This study is a correlation study using the chi square technique through the observation sheet of children's prosocial behavior. The sample used in this study were 30 children with a population of children aged 5-6 years with 30 children. The data collection techniques used are observation. The data analysis technique uses the chi square test using the SPSS Statistic Ver program. 22 which is done through the results of the analysis of the description of each variable and the results of correlation analysis between variables. The results of the analysis and processing of data obtained by the average score, standard deviation, mode value and median value. Based on the results of data analysis obtained Next to find out how much the relationship of socio-economic status of parents with prosocial behavior of children, researchers conducted a test of correlation analysis with Chi Square test. On the results of the correlation test obtained a probability number of 0,065, where 0,065 is smaller than 0,05 (0,065 <0,05), then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between socio-economic status and prosocial behavior. The correlation coefficient produced is equal to 0,435. Then it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the socio-economic status of parents with prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years in Taman Raudah Kindergarten in Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the magnitude of the relationship between socio-economic status and the prosocial behavior of children using the chi square formula that is equal to 59,17% in the fairly good category.Keywords: Prosocial Behavior, Parents' Socio-Economic Status

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to (1) to determine the level of prosocial behavior in children aged 4-5 years in Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten Tampan District, Pekanbaru City before the application of relay games (2) To determine the level of prosocial behavior in children aged 4-5 years in Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten Tampan Sub district, Pekanbaru City after the application of relay games (3) To determine the magnitude of the effect of relay play on prosocial behavior of 4-5 year old children in Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was 4-5 years of age at the Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study was group A totaling 15 children, consisting of 8 women and 7 men. Data collection used in this study was by pretest and posttest observation. The data analysis technique in this study used the t test using SPSS version 25. This research was an experimental study using the design of one group pretest posttest design. Based on the analysis of the data and the results of percentages on a significant effect, it can be seen from the results of the pretest (before treatment) obtained a value of 121 with an average of 8.07. Then do the experiment using relay games, so that the posttest obtained 192 values with an average of 12.8. To find out how much the influence of the relay game on the level of prosocial behavior of children used ideal scores where the use of relay games on the level of prosocial behavior of children aged 4-5 years in Islamic Fatimah Kindergarten in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City was 59.66 and 40.34% was influenced by other factors. Conclusion: with relay games can improve prosocial behavior of children aged 4-5 years in Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten Tampan District, Pekanbaru City.Key Words: Relay Games, Prosocial Behavior

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of rentak bulian dance against gross motor skill in children aged 5-6 years in TK Zamrad Tenayan Raya District Pekanbaru. This research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample which is used in this research is 18 children in TK Zamrad The data Collection technique used in this research is observation. While the data analysis technique used in this study using T-test analysis. In this hypothesis test of this research, there is an influence of rentak bulian dance against gross motor skill in children aged 5-6 years in TK Zamrad. The result of tcalculated is about = 18,495 > ttable = 2,110 with sig 0,000, because the sig <0,05. It can be concluded that there is an influence of rentak bulian dance against gross motor skill in children aged 5-6 years in TK Zamrad Tenayan Raya District Pekanbaru which is significant as big as 59,59%. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims is know the effect of secure attachment to theindependence of young children in TK Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was32 early childhood. The sampling technique is saturated by means of nonprobabilitysampling. Survey method with correlation techniques to see the secure attachmentvariable with the independence variable. Observation data collection techniques usingobservation sheets. The data analysis technique uses correlation test with SPSS forWindows ver. 23. The results of the study show that the safety of early childhood is inthe sufficient category with a value of 68.8% and the independence of early childhood is in the sufficient category with a value of 62.5%. Based on the hypothesis test obtained there is a positive relationship and significance between secure attachment with the independence of young children in kindergarten Mutiara Kota Pekanbaru. This is known from the value of the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.678 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The level of influence of secure attachment with independence is included in the strong category with the resulting coefficient of determination of 45.9%, meaning secure attachment gives an effect of 45.9% of independence.Key Words : Secure Attachment, Independence,Children.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this observation is to analyze the effect of stick puppets media toward the ability of numeral concept recognizing of children age 5-6 years. This observation held in TK Al-Fajar Tampan Districts Pekanbaru City during May 2017. The observation was using the experiment method by one group pretest protest design of 21 children in total. The kind of instrument used in this observation was using observation sheet to record the activity during it. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS 20.0. Research hypothesis is the activity of the use of stick puppets media has an effect to toward the ability of numeral concept recognizing of children age 5-6 years in TK Al-Fajar Tampan Districts Pekanbaru City. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained thitung = 24,216 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 it can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability of numeral concept recognizing of significant of students after the use of stick puppets media in learning. The hypothesis test can be seen thitung= 24,216 > ttabel= 2,086. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiments by applying the use of stick puppets media. The effect of stick puppets media toward the ability of numeral concept recognizing of children age 5-6 years in TK Al-Fajar Tampan Districts Pekanbaru City of 50,20%.Keywords: The ability of numeral concept recognizing, Stick Puppets Media.

Abstract : The background of this research is the problem of independence of children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru as there are children who have not been able to do toilet training independently, Still found a child who can not open the pants zipper, there are children who have not Can use “mukena” properly and still assisted by his teacher, still found a child who does not want to tidy up his toys after playing. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of economic status of parents with the independence of children aged 5-6 years in TK Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative research using correlation technique. The sample used in this study was 93 children. The data collection technique is done by observation sheet. Data analysis technique using scale test and statistic method analysis with SPSS For Windows Ver.22 program. Based on the result of the study of child self-reliance based on the economic status of the parents, 31 people are in high category (33.33%), 47 children with medium category (50.54%), and there were 15 children in the low category (16.13%). Based on hypothesis test results obtained there is a relationship of economic status of parents with independence of children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. This can be determined from the results of chi square test showing the significance of 0,000 <0.05.Keywords : Economic Status of Parents, Independence

Abstract

Abstract :According to the observations, the authors found that the problem occurs in early childhood teachers play group (KB) in District Rumbai Pekanbaru among many teachers who did not complete the task is not in time, such as making the design of learning activities during the ongoing learning activities, a mismatch between the developmental aspects to be developed with the media, the lack of variation in instructional media, and less varied assessment instruments for students. The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Contributing to Low Teacher Pedagogic Competence Paud Se-Rumbai District of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all early childhood teachers play group (KB) in District Rumbai totaling 58 people. However, from the results of observation unknown D2 educated teachers numbered 42 people. In this study, namely saturated sampling wearing a sampling technique used when all members of the population as the sample is numbered 42 teachers. Based on the survey results revealed that early childhood Teacher Pedagogic Competence group play (KB) Se-Tassel District of Pekanbaru classified as moderate. This means that the group of early childhood teachers play (KB) Se-District of Pekanbaru City Tassel good enough to have the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate learning though not maximized. Factors causing low pedagogical competence early childhood teachers play group (KB) Se-Tassel District of Pekanbaru, the educational background factors, education and discipline. The main factors affecting the low dominant pedagogical competence early childhood teachers play group (KB) Se-Tassel District of Pekanbaru is the educational background factors.Key word: teachers perception about principal supervision.
