Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru SMP Mambaul Ulum adalah kurangnya penggunaan media interkatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih minimnya pemahaman mereka tentang perlunya penggunaan media dalam pengajaran. Padahal dalam proses belajar mengajar, sangat penting untuk menggunakan media agar siswa lebih terpacu dalam belajar dan dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar. Hal inilah yang mendasari program kemitraan stimulus Pelatihan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Pada Guru SMP Mambaul Ulum Lamongan dirancang agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. PKMS ini akan dilakukan menjadi tiga tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan tahap pasca kegiatan. Adanya PKMS ini dapat memberikan gambaran pada guru SMP Mambaul Ulum dalam menghasilkan media pembelajaran sehingga proses belajar mengajar lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed at describing the errors in writing narrative texts made by the stu-dents of SMAN 2 Lamongan. The study employed descriptive cross-sectional quantitative research design. The subjects of this study were students from grade X, XI, and XII of SMAN 2 Lamongan. The main instruments of the study were the writing prompt and narrative guidelines. The students’ writings were scored based on the scoring scale adapted from Cohen and Coffin, et.al; Hyland. The findings showed that the students made errors in moral value, content, organization, grammar, and vocabulary. Grammar is a dominant error because it is found in each grade and each program. The most dominant error in grammar was simple past tense. Key Words: error, narrative writingAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kesalahan dalam menulis teks naratif yang dibuat oleh siswa SMAN 2 Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional kuantitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa dari kelas X, XI, dan XII SMAN 2 Lamongan. Instrumen utama dari penelitian ini adalah writing prompt dan narrative guidelines. Tulisan-tulisan siswa dinilai berdasarkan skala penilaian yang diadaptasi dari Cohen dan Coffin, dkk.; Hyland. Te-muan menunjukkan bahwa siswa membuat kesalahan pada nilai moral, isi, organisasi, tata bahasa, dan kosa kata. Tata bahasa merupakan kesalahan yang paling dominan karena ditemukan di setiap kelas dan setiap program. Kesalahan yang paling dominan dalam tata bahasa adalah kesalahan ben-tuk simple past tense.Kata kunci: kesalahan, tulisan naratif

Abstract

A new language and term use new words that we can relate to the one of linguistics branches of the morphological aspect namely word formation process. The process of word formation in creation of new English words is called derivation. One of the language phenomenon is in the practice of language used in online news specifically Jakarta Post Website. The Jakarta Post is one of the daily Indonesian has language English. The Jakarta post presented with various of news, such as sport, entertainment, education, etc. The purpose of this study is identifying the most common type of derivation words that is used in the headline of ten education articles in Jakarta Post Website in October 2015 until April 2016. This study uses qualitative method. The result show that the most common of derivation words that is used in headline ten article educations in Jakarta Post Website in October 2015 until April 2016 is noun derivations. Abstract

The aims of this study were to find social interaction of autism in Life, Animated film. The autistic child in this film is the second son of Suskind Family. This study the writer uses descriptive analysis techniques. The data of this study are the conversation of Life, Animated film. Data analysis techniques used in this study is transcription, classification and analysis. Data source was Life, Animated Film. This study only focused on social interaction. The result of the research shows that Owen was confused and did not understand what people said, he was often smiling by himself, he also often gritting his teeth, he imitated word or sentence that had said by other people, not only sentence but he also imitates several scenes in Disney movie, closed with his mother, he prefers to have relation with older or adult than in age-mates, he shows his disappointment if he left by his friend and he expressed his feeling and what he wanted using different Disney movies. This study shows that autistic children want to be around people, but they are sometimes do not know how to connect with others. The conclusion from this study is supported by family, therapist and people around autism people, becomes important thing to realize their potential of autism. Abstract

The recent article intends to describe the application of grammatical cohesive devices on the articles of Bog-Bog Bali Cartoon Magazine and to figure out the effect of grammatical cohesive devices on text to be coherent and unified. The article uses library research with collected from written texts. The data are qualitative data taken from Bog-Bog Bali Cartoon Magazine which were published in 2003. The articles are written texts. The Text is realized by 38 ranks (non-embedded) clauses and 6 ranks shifted (embedded) clauses. There is also cohesion between elements in each text of Bog-Bog Bali Magazine. The use of reference such as personal (e.g., we, us, their, them, it, etc), demonstrative reference (one, the, that, this), comparative reference which shows degree of comparison (e.g., same, finest, most, latest) is often used in the articles. In fact, text one consists of 37 elements of anaphoric reference, 7 elements of cataphoric reference and 7 elements of exophoric reference. . In summary, it reveals that grammatical cohesive can make the text coherent and unified.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang tingkat pendidikan setiap daerah sangat diperlukan secara berkelanjutan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tingkat kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa SMA se-Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMA se-Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 sekolah yang berada di Kabupaten Lamongan, yaitu (1) SMAN 1 Mantup Lamongan; (2) SMAN 1 Paciran Lamongan; (3) SMAN 2 Lamongan; (4) SMA Mazroatul Ulum Lamongan; (5) SMAN 1 Babat Lamongan; (6) SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan; (7) SMAN 1 Kembangbahu Lamongan; (8) SMA Nurul Huda Lamongan; (9) SMA Khozainul Ulum Lamongan; (10) SMA Nusantara Deket Lamongan. Setiap sekolah diambil sampel 30 siswa untuk mengisi tes membaca pemahaman siswa. Dapat dikatakan bahwa jumlah siswa yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 siswa. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini digunakan metode tes. Penganalisisan data penelitian dilakukan dengan penentuan rata-rata nilai siswa. Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 60. Dari hasil penelitian, rata-rata kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa SMA Kabupaten Lamongan adalah 48.62. Jika dikaitkan dalam kriteria penskoran penilaian dalam penelitian ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa SMA Kabupatean Lamongan adalah sangat rendah. Kata kunci: Membaca Pemahaman, Pemahaman Literal, Pemahaman Inferensial, Pemahaman Kritis, Pemahaman Kreatif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat membaca pemahaman siswa SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan. Fokus penelitian ini terdiri atas tingkat membaca pemahaman (1) literal; (2) inferensial; (3) kritis; (4) kreatif siswa SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one-shot case study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan tes. Penilaian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP). Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan penghitungan presentase nilai rata-rata siswa dan persentasenya yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Kemampuan membaca pemahaman literal siswa SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan dinyatakan rendah dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai 58,67 dengan patokan nilai 60. Sebesar 90% siswa mampu menjawab pada soal tentang identitas tokoh dalam bacaan, sedangkan semua siswa tidak mampu menjawab soal tentang penghitungan waktu dalam bacaan. Tingkat membaca pemahaman inferensial siswa SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan dinyatakan sangat rendah dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai 40. Sebesar 90% siswa mampu menjawab pada soal tentang ide pokok dalam bacaan, sedangkan 3,33% siswa tidak mampu menjawab soal tentang penentuan simpulan dalam bacaan. Tingkat membaca pemahaman kritis siswa SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan dinyatakan rendah dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai 50. Sebesar 76,67% siswa mampu menjawab pada soal tentang perbedaan dua hal dalam bacaan, sedangkan 86,67% siswa tidak mampu menjawab soal tentang perbandingan dua aspek dalam bacaan. Tingkat membaca pemahaman kreatif siswa SMAN 1 Bluluk Lamongan dinyatakan sangat rendah dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai 36,67. Sebesar 76,67% siswa mampu menjawab pada soal berkaitan dengan melengkapi kata berimbuhan pada kalimat yang rumpang dalam bacaan, sedangkan 90% siswa tidak mampu menjawab soal tentang topik kelanjutan dan kalimat lanjutan dalam bacaan.

If we don’t know the latest information about what happens the in the world, the younger generations may lead, for instance, in e. This descriptive qualitative study focuses on the description of the English phonetic spelling system spoken by the speakers of JavathJava the backgroundconnotesconotes that such speakers of certain regional backgrounds possess the identic sound and preferential native language. This studescribeption of the phonetic spelling with the Java native language through the phonetic method to the villagers of Karangtapen village Lamongan. In this study, the researchers have three objectives: (a) to know the kinds of consonants and vowels features that are different, (b) to understand the common characteristics of pronunciation, and (c) to distinguish sh the effect of staying in a village and a often going for pronunciation.
