Abstract

Administrative and organizational management has a central role in the management of entities, including companies, government organizations, and non-profit institutions. The focus involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring administrative activities to achieve goals efficiently. This research explores various aspects related to administrative and organizational management, with an emphasis on in-depth understanding of challenges and innovation in approaches to solving them. This research also identifies novelties in holistic approaches to administrative and organizational management, enriching management literature and practice. Through mixed-methods, this research combines qualitative and quantitative elements to provide a comprehensive picture of the factors that influence management, administration and organizations. In the discussion, this research highlights the urgency of organizational efficiency by considering factors such as vision and mission, organizational structure, strategy, human resources and organizational culture. Controlling is the key to building organizational efficiency by implementing appropriate management functions, economical use of resources, and sustainable organizational direction and dynamics. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that organizational efficiency and effectiveness are fundamental to achieving goals. Therefore, this research makes a new contribution to management literature and practice by detailing the factors that influence organizational efficiency and offering a new outlook on the management of modern organizations.

Abstract

Educational leadership and management are strategies that determine the emergence of institutional changes towards the better. Therefore, the quality of leadership and management must be improved from time to time in an effort to improve the quality of national education. In educational units, especially at the elementary school level, one of which is SD Negeri Malinggut, Sukabumi Regency. All principals are significant factors that enable the vision, mission and goals of education to be realized in this era of globalization.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to prove whether there is a relationship between knowledge of norms and adherence to norms in class VII students of SMPN 8 Surakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational quantitative research types. The variables in this study are knowledge of norms and adherence to norms. The population of this study were all class VII students of SMPN 8 Surakarta, totaling 254 students. The sample in this study was 60 students in classes VII D and VII H. The sampling technique was Cluster Random Sampling. The validity test used the Biserial Point test and the Product Moment test. The reliability test used the Spearman-Brown test and the Cronbach Alpha test. Test the hypothesis using the Spearman rank test and look for the regression equation. The results of this study, there is a value of Sig. that is 0.00 and R that is 0.413. From these values, is that students who have knowledge of high norms, these students will also have an obedient attitude toward high norms as well. These results reinforce the theory of Stimulus Organism Response and Cognitive Affective Consistency. The process of the occurrence of a relationship is described through the Elaboration Likelihood Model. and The Assimilation-Contrast theory.--------AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat hubungan pengetahuan tentang norma dengan sikap patuh terhadap norma pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 8 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis kuantitatif korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan tentang norma dan sikap patuh terhadap norma. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII SMPN 8 Surakarta yang berjumlah 254 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 60 siswa kelas VII D dan VII H. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Cluster Random Sampling. UJi validitas menggunakan uji Point Biserial dan uji Product Moment. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan uji Spearman Brown dan uji Cronbach Alpha. Uji hipotesis melalui uji Spearman Rank serta dicari persamaan regresi. Hal penelitian yaitu terdapat nilai Sig. yaitu 0,00 dan R yaitu 0,413. Nilai tersebut menunjukan bahwa siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang norma tinggi, maka siswa tersebut juga akan memiliki sikap patuh terhadap norma yang tinggi juga. Hasil tersebut memperkuat teori Stimulus Organisme Respons dan Cognitive Affective Consistency. Proses hubungan dijelaskan melalui Elaboration Likelihood Model dan The Assimilation-Contrast theory.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role and model of Islamic religious education in young married families in Banjaran Village, Bandung Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach and uses primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the role of Islamic religious education in young marriage families carried out in Banjaran village, Bandung Regency is that there is still minimal outreach to teenagers. This is because the majority of their education is low so in terms of Islamic religious education, those who marry at a young age only receive formal education. However, as parents of children, young people who marry are already carrying out their role as families, the first place of education for children.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. To determine the factors that cause underage marriage. 2. To determine the impact of underage marriage on acts of domestic violence and Broken Homes. 3. To find out the steps in dealing with underage marriage. Research method with a qualitative approach. Observational data collection techniques, the compiler directly goes into the field (2). Interviews, using direct dialogue with several elements of society such as Religious Affairs Office Officers and Religious Figures. Documentation, namely collecting data from documents such as archives and related files. Conclusion The factors that cause underage marriage in Bandung Regency are economic factors, pregnancy out of wedlock, lack of awareness about the importance of education, shame factors, environmental factors, and promiscuity factors. The impact of child marriage on Broken Homes and domestic violence. This can be seen from several phenomena that occur in Bandung Regency

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the implementation of legal protection for children in polygamous families. To determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of legal protection for children. To find out efforts to overcome the obstacles that occur. The research method uses qualitative methods that describe phenomena occurring at the research location. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Conclusions on the implementation of legal protection for children of polygamous families in Bandung Regency. Because it has not been implemented very well, Factors that hinder the implementation of legal protection for children in polygamous families and efforts to overcome obstacles faced by families who practice polygamy. To find additional work for the wife, the children who can work help their father.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peranan strategis dalam menyiapkan generasi muda suatu bangsa yaitu generasi yang berkualitas yang ditujukan untuk kepentingan masa depan bangsa dan negara. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the cooperative learning model STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) in Islamic Education (PAI) learning at SMP Ma'arif Bandung. The research uses a qualitative method that describes the phenomena observed in the field. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, in-depth interviews with respondents, and documentation studies of relevant materials. The findings indicate that effective lesson planning is crucial for teachers to achieve the learning objectives. This planning includes various activities involving both teachers and students, such as selecting appropriate methods, media, and learning resources to support the learning process. In the implementation phase, the lesson begins with greetings and prayers, followed by checking student attendance and asking about their well-being. The teacher then motivates students to stay engaged in the learning process. The evaluation of the STAD model's application at SMP Ma'arif Bandung is conducted by assessing student participation in discussions, task completion, and presentation performance.

Abstract

MDT education Model in Indonesia today in reality that the existence of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah not dimasifkan quantity. The problem is whether the community is interested in sending (learning) to MDT? From the background of the above problems, the researchers want to analyze about: (1) How the implementation of non formal Islamic education standards MDT in Indonesia. (2) What obstacles are faced, and how the solution.Research methods are descriptive analytical, where research sources obtained through the study of literature.The results prove that the implementation of non formal Islamic education standards MDT in Indonesia there are several obstacles in its implementation include: (1) funding. (2) The Power of teaching. (3) facilities and facilities, as well as. (4) Time / Lesson Hours. So it takes a solution or effective steps in optimizing Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah in Indonesia.The solution is: (a) the need to improve the quality of academic by equipping students with the ability to religion properly and correctly. (b) the need to install human resources by selecting qualified teachers and optimal management. (c) maximization of the role, in addition to the collection of funds as a quality controller Madrasah Diniyah, also needed donors or donors who participated in helping in terms of funding. (d) the need to increase the role of parents, and local communities as objects as well as subjects of Education.Keyword: Implementation Educational Standards; Non Formal Islamic Education; Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah. Abstrak Model pendidikan MDT di Indonesia dewasa ini secara realita bahwa keberadaan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah tidak dimasifkan kuantitasnya. Masalahnya adalah apakah masyarakat berminat untuk menyekolahkan (belajar) ke MDT? Dari latar permasalahan di atas, maka peneliti hendak menganalisis tentang: (1) Bagaimana Implementasi Standar Pendidikan Islam Non Formal MDT di Indonesia. (2) Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi, serta bagaimana solusinya. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitis, dimana sumber penelitian diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Implementasi Standar Pendidikan Islam Non Formal MDT di Indonesia terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaanya diantaranya meliputi: (1) Pendanaan. (2) Tenaga pengajar. (3) Fasilitas dan sarana, serta. (4) Waktu/Jam Pelajaran. Sehingga diperlukan solusi atau langkah efektif dalam pengoptimalan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah di Indonesia.Adapun solusiyna yaitu: (a) Perlunya peningkatan kualitas akedemik dengan membekali siswa terhadap kemampuan Agama dengan baik dan benar. (b) Perlunya memasang sumber daya manusia dengan menyeleksi guru-guru yang berkualitas serta manajemen yang optimal. (c) Pemaksimalan peran, selain pengumpulan dana sebagai pengendali mutu Madrasah Diniyah, juga dibutuhkan penyumbang dana atau donatur yang turut serta membantu dalam hal pendanaan. (d) Perlunya meningkatkan peran orang tua, dan masyarakat setempat sebagai obyek sekaligus subyek pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Standar Pendidikan; Pendidikan Islam Non Formal; Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas konsep-konsep terkait strategi pengambilan keputusan dan membandingkannya dengan praktik-praktik yang terjadi di lapangan, serta menggali aspek-aspek yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi seorang kepala satuan pendidikan (kepala sekolah) untuk mengambil keputusan baik keputusan operasional maupun keputusan strategis yang berdampak pada masa depan satuan pendidikan terutama peserta didik, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur. Adapun hasil dalam tulisan ini menemukan bahwa dasar pertimbangan dan strategi pengambilan keputusan dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan sudah baik dan sesuai dengan teori.
