Abstract

Abstrak: Organisasi-organisasi seperti lembaga pendidikan, perusahaan dan berbagai institusi lainnya baik milik swasta maupun pemerintah pada umumnya menyediakan anggaran untukinvestasi dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi. Investasi tersebut diharapkan memiliki timbal balikyang positif khususnya dari sisi peningkatan efisiensi, efektifitas dan kinerja organisasi. Tingkatketergantungan berbagai organisasi terhadap Teknologi Informasi semakin besar dan komplekssejalan dengan perkembangan jaman, sehingga tanggung jawab pengelolaannya pun tidakdapat lagi sepenuhnya dibebankan kepada bagian/divisi TI yang sebenarnya lebih cocok untukmenangani TI dalam bidang Teknis (IT Function), sehingga pengelolaan TI juga harus menjaditanggung jawab berbagai pihak manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi. IT Governance (TataKelola Teknologi Informasi) merupakan sebuah istilah yang merupakan paradigma baru yangmuncul akibat semakin besar dan kompleksnya pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi. Tata Kelola TImerupakan suatu komitmen, kesadaran dan proses pengendalian manajemen organisasiterhadap sumber daya TI yang terdiri dari software, hardware, brainware, database dan faktorfaktor lainnya yang berhubungan dengan TI. Elearning sebagai bagian dari sebuah metodebaru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar juga memerlukan Tata Kelola TI yang baik agar dalampelaksanaannya dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuannya. Untuk itulahpenulisan ilmiah ini mencoba mengukur apakah Tata Kelola TI dalam Elearning yangdiselenggarakan di STMIK Bina Insani sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai standar yang diaturdalam INDEKS KAMI atau masih ada beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki. Kata kunci: Tata Kelola, Elearning, Indeks KAMI Abstract: Organizations such as educational institutions, corporations and various otherinstitutions, both private and government-owned, generally provide a budget for investment inthe field of Information Technology. The investment is expected to have a positive reciprocal interms of improving the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the organization. Thedegree of dependence of various organizations on Information Technology is increasingly largeand complex with the development of the era, so that management responsibilities can nolonger be read into the IT division / division that is more suitable for IT in the IT (IT Function)field, so IT management should also be Responsibility of the various parties within theorganization. IT Governance is a term that is a new paradigm that arises due to the greater andcomplex management of Information Technology. IT Governance is a commitment, awarenessand process of management control over IT resources consisting of software, hardware, brains, databases and other factors related to IT. Elearning as part of a new method of teaching and learning also requires good IT Governance so that it can run well and be in line with its goals.For the purposes of scientific writing is trying to measure corporate governance i n STMIK Bina Insani is running well according to standards incorporated in INDEX KAMI or there are still some shortcomings that need to be given. Abstract

Abstrak: Media pembelajaran berbasis video untuk mata kuliah Pengantar Sistem Informasi belum ada dan perlu dikembangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa semester satu dalam memahami materi kuliah Pengantar Sistem Informasi khususnya bagi mahasiswa kelas shift atau kelas blended learning. Materi Pengantar Sistem Informasi berisi pengenalan konsep sistem informasi yang bersifat teoritis dan saat ini belum ada alat peraga yang digunakan untuk memperdalam pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai materi. Hal ini menyulitkan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi terlebih bagi mahasiswa yang kelas shift karena tidak adanya tatap muka dengan dosen pengampu matakuliah seperti kelas konvensional sehingga mahasiswa kelas shift dituntut untuk mandiri dalam belajar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka penulis mencoba merancang media pembelajaran berbasis video. Model pengembangan media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yaitu terdiri dari 5 (lima) tahapan yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Media pembelajaran yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Powtoon. Diharapkan media pembelajaran berbasis video dapat membantu mahasiswa kelas blended learning lebih memahami materi Pengantar Sistem Informasi secara mandiri. Kata kunci: media, pembelajaran, video, animasi, powtoon Abstract: Video-based learning media for courses Introduction to Information Systems does not yet exist and needs to be developed. The purpose of this research is to help first semester students in understanding Introductory Information System lecture especially for students of shift class. Introduction Material Information System contains introduction of concept information system that is theoretical and currently there is no props used to deepen the understanding of students about the material. This makes it difficult for students to understand the material especially for students who are shift class because there is no face to face with lecturers such as conventional class lecturer so that shift class students are required to be independent in understanding the introductory material of information system. To overcome these problems then the author tries to design video-based learning media. Learning media development model used is the ADDIE model that consists of 5 (five) stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Learning media created using the powtoon application. It is expected that video-based learning media can help shift class students in comprehending Introductory Information System materials independently. Abstract

This study aims to design an action-arcade web-based picture card matching video game for memory improvement. Picture cards to be matched are animals that usually exist in zoos and farms, like monkey, cow, dog, pig, chicken, zebra, elephant, owl, and mouse. This research uses the prototyping process model with the communication stage, quick planning, modeling, construction, and launching. The results of this study are web-based video games for memory improvement training. From the results of the user experience testing, 68% of respondents informed that they felt it was easier to remember. Abstract

Klinik adalah sebuah lembaga yang memiliki fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan memberikan layanan layanan medis dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan rumah sakit. Salah satu fasilitas yang ada dalam sebuah klinik adalah apotik karena apotik adalah tempat kedua yang dicari seorang pasien setelah dia berobat ke dokter. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada apotik di klinik ini adalah pelayanan dalam penyediaan obat, khususnya dalam hal informasi stok obat, waktu tunggu, serta banyaknya penggunaan kertas. Untuk memberikan pelayanan penyediaan obat yang efektif dan efisien yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien setelah berobat di klinik diperlukan suatu sistem yang baik agar pengolahan data obat yang mencakup, permintaan, pengeluaran, pemesanan, penerimaan obat, pencatatan dan pelaporan data dapat dilakukan dengan sistematis dan terkomputerisasi, selain itu diperlukan juga implementasi konsep paperless untuk menghemat penggunaan kertas. Permasalan inilah yang menginspirasi peneliti untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web agar pelayanan penyediaan obat kepada para pasien dan keluarganya menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya, serta untuk meminimalisir penggunaan kertas sebagai implementasi konsep paperless. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Obat berbasis Web ini akan memudahkan dan sangat membantu sistem administrasi penjualan obat di apotik sehingga pelayanan menjadi lebih berkualitas dan memuaskan.

Abstract

A Purchase Order is a document ordering goods or services from a buyer to a supplier/supplier, almost all companies have a purchasing or purchasing department where the department will issue a goods ordering document or purchase order, the purpose of this writing is to make it easier for the purchasing or purchasing department team to distribute purchase order documents or purchase orders and store these documents digitally to make it easier to find these documents at a later date. in collecting data the author uses primary data, namely data obtained, collected and processed by the researcher directly from the subject or research object, the data collection method carried out by the researcher is carried out through: observation, interviews and participant observation. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based e-document application and distribution of purchase order documents to suppliers in a digital and structured manner so that it makes it easier for both parties to send information.

Abstract

Human Resource Information System is an important part of human resource management in modern organizations. In an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS, many organizations are turning to web-based solutions. This study aims to design web-based HRIS using the Waterfall method as its development life cycle. The Waterfall method is a linear and sequential approach to software development. The stages in this method include needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. By using this method, it is possible to identify user needs, analyze and design system architecture, implement web-based Human Resource Information System solutions and test the system as a whole. The result of this research is a web-based Human Resource Information System that allows efficient management of employee information, personal data, attendance, payroll and performance evaluation. This Human Resource Information System also provides easy accessibility via a web browser, allowing users to access the system from anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Database Management is the main job that is part of the development of Information and Communication Technology. Along with the very rapid development of the world of Information and Communication Technology, the data and transaction management system has also experienced developments in its management. In the information age like today, a database management system must be run in a computerized system so that data can be managed better and faster. One of the systems that requires computerization to run better is the payroll system. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based payroll system that is able to be integrated with mail archive applications so that it can increase the effectiveness of calculating salaries from the work of employees. This study uses the Systems Development Life Cycle method, namely the stages of work carried out by systems analysts and programmers in building information systems and also methods in developing them. This payroll system will be easier and more efficient than the payroll system that has been running before. The results of this study are a payroll system that is integrated with a web-based mail archive application created using the PHP programming language for freelancer staff at CV Loka Media.

Abstract

Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang literasi digital skill mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nusantara. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada sampel mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei deskriptif dan analitik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan berharga bagi pihak akademis dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dan efektif, sekaligus memperkuat peran mahasiswa dalam menghadapi perubahan global yang terus berlangsung. Dengan memahami tingkat literasi digital skill mahasiswa, lembaga pendidikan tinggi dapat merancang program-program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual dan tuntutan dunia kerja modern. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang literasi digital di tingkat perguruan tinggi pada umumnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia, a large garment industry company located in Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN), North Jakarta, focusing on stock management and recording processes within the inventory system of the Sample Room. Currently, the inventory system used is manual, leading to potential recording errors, discrepancies between physical stock and documentation, and time inefficiencies. To address these issues, this study developed a web-based information system to automate the recording and management of stock items, allowing for more efficient and accurate data storage and easier stock monitoring through informative data visualization. In designing the web application for the inventory system, the authors employed the waterfall method, a software development approach that follows a linear and sequential order. The development process was carried out in stages, starting with requirements analysis, followed by design, implementation, and testing. The research results indicate that this system successfully enhanced employee productivity, operational efficiency, and reduced recording errors. The implementation of the web-based information system provided an effective solution for improving accuracy, efficiency, and ease of inventory monitoring, demonstrating that digitizing inventory processes significantly benefits the company's performance and operations.
