Abstract

Game Edukasi memiliki pengaruh dalam membentuk pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan anak. Game Edukasi pengenalan terhadap beragam profesi pada PKM yang ada di masyarakat. Pengenalan profesi ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan kepada anak-anak mengenai berbagai pilihan karir di masa depan, tetapi juga membantu mereka memahami peran penting orang tua dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru-guru dalam memberikan materi tentang beberapa profesi melalui game edukasi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, di mana siswa dapat mengenal berbagai profesi, memahami tanggung jawab dan keterampilan yang diperlukan, serta menyadari pentingnya profesi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu para guru meningkatkan kesadaran anak-anak TK terhadap pentingnya mengetahui berbagai profesi di dalam masyarakat karena di masa depan anak-anak juga harus memiliki profesi untuk kehidupannya. Metode pelatihan mencakup analisis kebutuhan dan peserta, pengembangan aplikasi, pendekatan interaktif dengan anak-anak SD, pelatihan untuk guru SD dan evaluasi melalui tanya jawab dengan murid SD tentang profesi orang tua mereka dan profesi yang mereka inginkan di masa depan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa game multimedia edukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran anak-anak SD terhadap pentingnya pengetahuan tentang profesi sebagai penambah wawasan mereka tentang masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Point of Sale (POS) bagi Agen Aan Motor Bogor guna mendukung digitalisasi proses bisnis. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah operasional seperti kesalahan penulisan nota, ketidakakuratan perhitungan nota, dan manajemen stok yang kurang efisien. Metodologi Waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan ini mencakup tahapan pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan spesifik. Analisis kebutuhan memetakan fitur yang diperlukan. Desain sistem mencakup pembuatan use case, Activity diagram, dan rancangan database beserta relasi antar tabelnya. Pengkodean mengubah desain menjadi kode program, diikuti dengan pengujian black box untuk memastikan semua fitur berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi. Implementasi melibatkan pelatihan pengguna dan integrasi aplikasi ke operasional bisnis. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti pembuatan nota, pemantauan stok, riwayat stok, transaksi, laporan penjualan, mencetak nota, dan pengelolaan data transaksi, produk, dan member. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi memenuhi semua kebutuhan fungsional yaitu meningkatkan akurasi data, efisiensi waktu penjualan, dan manajemen persediaan. Aplikasi POS ini dapat memudahkan Aan Motor untuk menjalankan bisnisnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia, a large garment industry company located in Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN), North Jakarta, focusing on stock management and recording processes within the inventory system of the Sample Room. Currently, the inventory system used is manual, leading to potential recording errors, discrepancies between physical stock and documentation, and time inefficiencies. To address these issues, this study developed a web-based information system to automate the recording and management of stock items, allowing for more efficient and accurate data storage and easier stock monitoring through informative data visualization. In designing the web application for the inventory system, the authors employed the waterfall method, a software development approach that follows a linear and sequential order. The development process was carried out in stages, starting with requirements analysis, followed by design, implementation, and testing. The research results indicate that this system successfully enhanced employee productivity, operational efficiency, and reduced recording errors. The implementation of the web-based information system provided an effective solution for improving accuracy, efficiency, and ease of inventory monitoring, demonstrating that digitizing inventory processes significantly benefits the company's performance and operations.

Abstract

A Purchase Order is a document ordering goods or services from a buyer to a supplier/supplier, almost all companies have a purchasing or purchasing department where the department will issue a goods ordering document or purchase order, the purpose of this writing is to make it easier for the purchasing or purchasing department team to distribute purchase order documents or purchase orders and store these documents digitally to make it easier to find these documents at a later date. in collecting data the author uses primary data, namely data obtained, collected and processed by the researcher directly from the subject or research object, the data collection method carried out by the researcher is carried out through: observation, interviews and participant observation. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based e-document application and distribution of purchase order documents to suppliers in a digital and structured manner so that it makes it easier for both parties to send information.

Abstract

Human Resource Information System is an important part of human resource management in modern organizations. In an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS, many organizations are turning to web-based solutions. This study aims to design web-based HRIS using the Waterfall method as its development life cycle. The Waterfall method is a linear and sequential approach to software development. The stages in this method include needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. By using this method, it is possible to identify user needs, analyze and design system architecture, implement web-based Human Resource Information System solutions and test the system as a whole. The result of this research is a web-based Human Resource Information System that allows efficient management of employee information, personal data, attendance, payroll and performance evaluation. This Human Resource Information System also provides easy accessibility via a web browser, allowing users to access the system from anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Database Management is the main job that is part of the development of Information and Communication Technology. Along with the very rapid development of the world of Information and Communication Technology, the data and transaction management system has also experienced developments in its management. In the information age like today, a database management system must be run in a computerized system so that data can be managed better and faster. One of the systems that requires computerization to run better is the payroll system. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based payroll system that is able to be integrated with mail archive applications so that it can increase the effectiveness of calculating salaries from the work of employees. This study uses the Systems Development Life Cycle method, namely the stages of work carried out by systems analysts and programmers in building information systems and also methods in developing them. This payroll system will be easier and more efficient than the payroll system that has been running before. The results of this study are a payroll system that is integrated with a web-based mail archive application created using the PHP programming language for freelancer staff at CV Loka Media.

Abstract

The concept of Paperless or reducing the use of paper and digital transformation is a form of utilizing environmentally friendly technology, this will have a wider impact when applied to an information system at the RT (neighborhood unit) level. This is what inspired the author to conduct a study entitled Design of Citizen Data Management Information Systems as the Implementation of the Paperless Concept and Digital Transformation. The data collection method is done through observation, interviews and references from secondary data, the system development model chosen by the author is the Software Development Life Cycle Waterfall. The citizen data management information system developed by this author is not only useful in assisting the management of citizen data at the RT level, especially because of time efficiency when compared to conventional systems which require residents to meet with the head of the RT. This information system will also have a positive impact on the environment because this information system applies the concept of paperless and digital transformation so that it is environmentally friendly.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an effective and efficient learning media at Wipama Cikupa Vocational School, because this Vocational School faces obstacles in terms of limited classroom space and learning time which is divided into two shifts. To overcome this problem, the development of an LMS (Learning Management System) was implemented as a solution to provide learning without distance, place and time limitations. E-learning was chosen as the main approach in this research, because of its flexibility, self-learning ability, and cost efficiency for both administrators and students. The development of this LMS includes the stages of system requirements analysis, user interface design, database design, coding using the PHP programming language, and testing. The development method used is the Waterfall model to ensure planned and systematic development. The testing phase is carried out using a black box approach to ensure compatibility between the system being developed and the desired requirements. The result of this research is the implementation of the LMS (Learning Management System) which allows online learning through a website platform, so that this school can overcome the limitations of classrooms and time, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process in this school.
