Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan sebelumnya, maka hasil penelitian bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Libureng Kab. Bone dengan tingkat singnifikansi sebesar (0,000) sangat kuat hubunganya. Segala keputusan selalu dibuat oleh pimpinan Kantor Kecamatan Libureng Kab. Bone perlu dikordinasikan dengan pegawai, setiap ada masalah dalam pekerjaan pimpinan Kantor Kecamatan Libureng Kab. Bone perlu melibatkan bawahannya dan perlunya pegawai bekerja sendiri sepanjang pekerjaan itu memungkinkan untuk diselesaikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 toword buses and the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tamalanrea sub-district, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method using data collection such as documentation and theoretical studies. Based one the results of research in the Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the culinary trade business, the culinary industry and handicrafts, SMEs have also experienced a decline income during the COVID-19 pandemic and some are even threantened with bankruptcy. The government must make policies that can help the economy of SMEs in the midset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this way, ME actors are able tu survive in their respective business despite the decline in income.

Abstract

This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill dan hard skill terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor sekretariat DPRD Maros. Artikel ini mengumpulkan data dan fakta melalui penelitian lapangan berupa kuesioner wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustkaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresis Linear Berganda dan Uji t dibantu dengan SPSS Software 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soft skill dan hard skill berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor sekretariat DPRD Maros. Soft Skill yang dimaksud adalah kemampuan interpersonal, komunikasi, kerja sama dan manajemen yang baik yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Adapun Hard skill merupakan kemampuan teknis yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan pelatihan. Kemampuan ini dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Maros

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic and global economic instability, such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict, have had a negative impact on the Indonesian economy, particularly the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. This impact is evident for MSMEs in Maros District, which have experienced a decline in sales and difficulty adapting to the changing digital landscape. One of the major problems faced is the low quality of digital marketing content and the lack of understanding in developing effective business strategies. This article discusses the empowerment of MSMEs in Moncogloe District, Maros Regency through creative content, Business Model Canvas (BMC) and digital photography training, as part of an effort to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. The training was designed to help MSMEs overcome marketing challenges by equipping them with practical skills to create more engaging content, map out the right business strategy through BMC and improve product image quality through basic photography techniques. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' ability to execute more effective marketing strategies, increase customer engagement through digital platforms, and strengthen their overall business activities. With better understanding and skills in digital marketing and business strategy, MSME partners are expected to increase their revenue and competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia: Di era digitalisasi, perbankan menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Intensitas persaingan yang semakin meningkat menuntut perbankan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dengan memberikan layanan dan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat memuaskan nasabah dibandingkan dengan bank lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas komunikasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Panakkukang Mas Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh kualitas komunikasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Panakkukang Mas Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh kualitas komunikasi dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Panakkukang Mas Makassar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dengan melihat hubungan antara kualitas komunikasi dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas komunikasi (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas komunikasi dan kualitas produk jika diuji secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah
