Abstract

This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of promotions on the level of sales of halo card products at PT. TELKOMSEL Sul-sel Makassar. The sample in this research is total promotional cost data and sales level data. The analytical method used is correlation coefficient, linear regression. This shows that there is a very strong and positive relationship between the amount of promotional costs and the increase in the number of halo card sales. This can be seen below, namely r = 0.99. This is based on if r is equal to 1 or close to 1, the relationship between X and Y is very strong and positive..

Abstract

This study aims to determine work flexibility and employee commitment to employee turnover of PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The research method used is a statistical analysis method using SPSS 21 (Statistical Program For Social Science). The data used is in the form of quantitative data, the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire method, namely by distributing questions (questionnaires) that have been compiled and refer to the variables studied in PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work flexibility (X1) and employee commitment (X2) had no influence on the dependent variable, namely employee turnover. From the results of the work flexibility reliability test (X1) with a value of 0.621 > 0.60 and for the employee commitment variable (X2) with a value of 0.788 > 0.60 while for the employee turnover variable (Y) 0.891 > 0.60, the three variables are reliable or consistent if measured repeatedly.

Abstract

Company value is the perception of investors and shareholders on the company's success rate which is often associated with the stock price. Because by maximizing the value of the company, it is agreed as the goal of every profit-oriented company and by increasing the value of the company means the same as maximizing the company's stock price. One of the factors that affect the value of the company is the ups and downs of profitability obtained by the company because profitability is believed to be able to determine the value of the company. Profitability is one of the most important ratios for investors when making investment decisions, this profitability ratio can describe a company's ability to use its resources to generate profits over a period of time. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size on company value in the consumer cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis with a population of 41 companies and the number of samples used as many as 10 companies. The results of this research analysis show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, while liquidity and company size have a negative and insignificant effect on company value in the consumer cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

Corporate stakeholders, including owners and managers, have different interests, often becoming obstacles in implementing good corporate governance and achieving corporate goals. Conflicts of interest can lead to unfair practices in decision-making and adversely affect the company's image and performance, especially if morals and business ethics are ignored. No matter how good a system is in place in the company, if employees or management behave deviantly and violate a business ethic, fraud can occur which is very detrimental to the company and ends in bankruptcy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of indicators of good corporate governance mechanisms on financial performance in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, normality test, partial significance test (t test), determination test (r2), multicolinerity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test with the help of SPSS. The samples used in this study amounted to 8 companies. With the observation period carried out is 4 years from 2015 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, the number of boards of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on financial performance and the number of boards of directors has a negative and significant effect on financial performance

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. This can be seen from the implementation of the HR development policy for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service. The policy of developing human resource capabilities for the apparatus has goals and objectives, namely development and improvement as well as carrying out the main tasks and functions as government officials so that they can meet predetermined standards while being able to make decisions independently and professionally based on a spirit of service and changes in attitudes that lead to further development. openness, attitude of serving and protecting the public as the main duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Technology causes many changes both in society and in the family. The most common change in families is the change in communication behavior. Due to the busyness of each family, they rely on family chat applications to provide information between them. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out 1) How does the family communicate in the family group when chatting? 2) Is there an ethical impact felt by the family by chatting through the application?This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and the theory used is phenomenological theory. The results of this study are 1. Chats conducted by families through the application do not experience obstacles in conveying messages. In general, they feel happy because the purpose of their message can be conveyed even without having to meet face to face. 2.Ethics in the family unwittingly become eroded due to the lack of face-to-face communication. The humanity of the family slowly diminishes due to the lack of nonverbal communication such as gaze, caress, touch, hug, or kiss between parents and children.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui remaja suku Bugis memaknai nilai Tenricau ke dalam dirinya dan ingin mengetahui alasan remaja suku Bugis di Makassar menjadikan Fear of Missing Out (FoMo) sebagai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian ini adalah 10 remaja yang masih memegang nilai-nilai lokal serta memahami makna Tenricau. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Interaksi Simbolik yang dicetuskan oleh George Herbert Mead yang merujuk pada Mind, Self and Society. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa remaja suku Bugis yang berperilaku FoMo berlandaskan pada nilai Tenricau yang dimaknai secara salah dan telah mereka dapatkan sejak kecil.. Nilai Tenricau sendiri memiliki makna bahwa jangan menyerah sebelum berjuang dan berusaha menjadi yang terbaik. akan tetapi, kebanyakan orang tua mereka berbeda budaya menyebabkan mereka salah memaknai Tenricau yaitu selalu menjadi nomor satu dalam segala hal. Remaja sebagai seorang individu yang masih mencari jati dirinya, belum bisa memilah apa yang harus dipersaingkan dan apa yang harus dibiarkan sehingga hal ini ia jadikan landasan dalam berperilaku di masyarakat dan berdampak pada hubungan sosial mereka. Ada yang bisa menerima namun ada yang tidak bisa menerima. Alasan remaja suku Bugis yang tinggal di Makassar menjadikan perilaku FoMo sebagai salah satu kebutuhan karena suku Bugis dikenal dengan gengsi sehingga memiliki daya saing yang tinggi dengan selalu ingin menjadi pemenang di segala hal. rasa gengsi dan ingin diakui, membuat remaja senang melakukan pamer (flexing) di media sosialnya. Perilaku tersebut menjadikan tujuan mulia dari tenricau menjadi bergeser maknanya dan FoMo menjadi budaya baru.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari (bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa pengiriman barang pada PT. TIKI cabang Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa pengiriman PT. TIKI cabang Makassar yang berjumlah 257 pelanggan. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 72 responden yang diperoleh dari formulasi slovin. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. TIKI cabang Makassar.  Kata Kunci: bukti fisik; kehandalan; daya tanggap; jaminan; perhatian; kepuasan pelanggan. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) jointly and partially on customer satisfaction using goods delivery services at PT. TIKI Makassar branch. The population in this study is customers who use the delivery service of PT. TIKI Makassar branch, totaling 257 customers. The number of samples used was as many as 72 respondents obtained from the solvent formulation. Data sources are primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data in this study will be tested with several stages of testing, including descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests consisting of (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and testing all hypotheses through the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f test). Simultaneous test results show that independent variables consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.
