Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan profil kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini pada TK Darma Wanita Ngampel pada tahap sosialisasi, adaptasi, dan implementasi permainan tradisional Betengan. (2) Membuktikan ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan pada kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini pada TK Darma Wanita Ngampel antara tahap sosialisasi, adaptasi, dan implementasi permainan tradisional Betengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, dengan desain pre-eksperimen mengunakan tiga kali treatmen, yaitu pada tahap sosialisasi (T1), tahap adaptasi (T2) dan tahap sosialisasi (T3). Setiap tahap dilakukan observasi menggunakan lembar observasi kecerdasan kinestetik. Lokasi peneitiannya di TK Darma Wanita Ngampel, Kecamatan Mojoroto, Kota Kediri. Waktu penelitian selama 5 bulan pada semester gasal 2013/2014. Instrumen pengumpul datanya menggunakan lembar observasi kecerdasan kinestetik yang terdiri atas 3 indikator: gerak lomokomosi, nonlokomosi, dan gerak manipulasi. Analisis datanya mengunakan teknik analisis deskriftif kuantitatif, dan analisis statistika dengan Anova 1-jalur. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Profil kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini pada TK Darma Wanita Ngampel pada tahap sosialisasi permainan tradisional Betengan adalah sedang atau cukup baik. Profil kecerdasan gerak memang tinggi pada tahap sosialisasi, namun itu diduga karena factor campur tangan guru yang dominan. (2) Profil kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini pada TK Darma Wanita Ngampel pada tahap adaptasi permainan tradisional Betengan adalah sedang. Indikator setiap gerak baik lokomosi, nonlokomosi, maupun manipuasi cenderung meningkat. (3) Profil kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini pada TK Darma Wanita Ngampel pada tahap implementasi permainan tradisional Betengan juga sedang. Namun kecenderungan meningkatnya setiap indikator gerak baik lokomosi, nonlokomosi, maupun manipuasi makin nampak jelas. (4) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini pada TK Darma Wanita Ngampel antara tahap sosialisasi, adaptasi, dan implementasi permainan tradisional (nilai F = 20,293, sign.= 0,000).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji korelasi antara Dukungan Sosial dan Konsep Diri dengan AgresifitasRemaja. Subyek Penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPN 1 Purwoasri Kediri. Subyek dalam penelitian ini 100 orang.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik quota sampling dengan karakteristik subyek : 1) remaja awalberusia 13-16 th  2) berjenis kelamin laki laki dan perempuan.Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah: Skala Dukungan Sosial, Skala Konsep Diri dan Skala Agresifitas Remaja.Ketiga skala inimenggunakan model skala likert yang terdiri dari 5 alternatif pilihan jawaban. Sedangkan metode analisis datayang digunakan adalah analisa regresi. Hasil dari analisa regresi menunjukkan ada korelasi antara DukunganSosial dan Konsep Diri dengan agresifitas remaja dengan nilai R= 0,437  pada p=0,001, artinya ada korelasiyang sangat signifikan. Sedangkan pada korelasi parsial didapatkan ada korelasi negatif yang sangatsignifikan antara Dukungan Sosial dan agresifitas remaja dengan nilai rpar = x1y = - 0,265 dengan p = 0,000dan tidak ada korelasi  antara Konsep Diri dengan  Agresifitas remaja dengan nilai rpar = x2y = -0,075dengan  p = 0,141 (p>0,05) Kata kunci :  Dukungan Sosial, Konsep Diri, Agresifitas

Abstract

The research study examines how classroom management practices together with digital literacy skills together with school environmental conditions create an effect on educational service delivery at higher education institutions. The research background establishes the need for higher education service improvement because of international competition and educational digital transformation. The researchers conducted their study through a quantitative explanatory approach which used survey data collected from 200 active students who were selected through purposive sampling. The researchers performed data analysis through multiple linear regression after they established both validity and reliability and validated their classical assumptions. The study results show that educational service quality benefits from classroom management practices and digital literacy skills and school environmental conditions which create positive substantial effects. The study presents theoretical contributions which enhance research on educational management and higher education service quality through its empirical demonstration of factors that determine educational service quality. The research findings provide higher education institution managers with strategic guidance which they can apply to create policies and practices that will improve learning together with educational technology and campus environment management, thus enhancing educational services.

Abstract

Background: Education on clean and healthy living habits from an early age is an important foundation for developing children’s character and future health quality. However, the implementation of healthy school programs in early childhood education (PAUD) institutions still faces various challenges, including limited educator understanding and the suboptimal management of healthy learning environments. Objectives: This article aims to describe the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of healthy school technical guidance (BIMTEK) activities for PAUD educators. Methods: The study employed a qualitative descriptive method with a participatory approach through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation of the BIMTEK activities. The participants consisted of PAUD teachers and administrators who were actively involved in the training program under the supervision of the Education Office of Kediri Regency. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: The results showed that the healthy school BIMTEK activities improved educators’ understanding and skills in implementing healthy school principles, including sanitation management, environmental cleanliness, and the habituation of clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) among children. In addition, positive changes were identified in learning practices that became more integrated with health values. The evaluation also indicated an increased institutional commitment to creating healthy and child-friendly PAUD environments. Conclusion: Therefore, the healthy school BIMTEK program was considered effective as a strategic effort to support the sustainable implementation of healthy school programs in PAUD institutions.
