Abstract

The coffee industry in Surabaya is facing fierce competition as people's enthusiasm for the habit of enjoying coffee increases. This study aims to investigate the influence of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on consumer choices to make repeat purchases at Fore Coffee located in Surabaya. The independent variables consist of Store Atmosphere (X1) and Service Quality (X2), while the dependent variable is the repurchase decision (Y). This study used a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). A total of 130 respondents who had purchased Fore Coffee products at least once in Surabaya participated in the study. The study revealed that store atmosphere and service quality had a positive and significant influence on repeat purchase decisions. This finding suggests that improving the store environment and service experience increases the likelihood of repeat purchases.

Abstract

Abstract Quality management in organizations becomes a necessity to improve performance and quality standards that have been set. Quality standards can be achieved when the organization has obtained ISO 9001 certification. This study aims to examine how the application of ISO 9001 quality standards in zakat and waqf institutions and how organizational performance can be optimized through the study of several journal articles related to ISO 9001 implementation and its role in improving performance in zakat and wakaf institutions which are expected to be amil zakat and wakaf institutions to be more optimal, efficient, quality and standardized. This study uses qualitative research, with primary and secondary data sources that fit this study. The results showed that the implementation of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards in zakat institutions was able to produce performance improvements that were measured through the satisfaction of muzakki and all levels of stakeholders as well as financial aspects and sustainable business processes. muzakki is able to encourage improvement in organizational governance that is good corporate governance. Abstrak Manajemen mutu dalam organisasi menjadi kebutuhan guna meningkatkan kinerja dan standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Standar mutu dapat dicapai ketika organisasi telah memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 9001. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan standar mutu ISO 9001 dalam lembaga zakat dan wakaf serta bagaimana kinerja organisasi dapat dioptimalkan melalui kajian beberapa artikel jurnal terkait dengan implementasi ISO 9001 dan perannya dalam peningkatan kinerja pada lembaga zakat dan wakaf yang diharapkan lembaga amil zakat dan wakaf menjadi lebih optimal, efisiensi, yang berkualitas dan terstandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan sumber data primer dan Skunder yang sesuai penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu sesuai dengan standar ISO 9001 dalam lembaga zakatmampu menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja yang diukur melalui kepuasan muzakki dan seluruh jajaran stakeholder serta aspek finansial serta proses bisnis yang berkelanjutan, Lembaga zakat yang memfokuskan pada stakeholder serta peningkatan layanan kepada mustahik dan muzakki mampu mendorong peningkatan tata keola organisasi yang bersifat good corporate governance.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the influence of religiosity and tourists' perceptions of halal tourism on their intention to visit halal tourist destinations. With the quantitative method, the research respondents were 100 tourists who had visited halal tourist destinations. Data was collected through a questionnaire and then processed using the Partial Least Square method to analyze the validity of the data and test the hypothesis. The results of the study show that perceptions of halal tourism are able to attract visits to halal tourist destinations. However, religiosity (moderating variable) is not able to attract interest in visiting and is unable to moderate the increase in visitor perceptions of halal tourist destinations.

Leadership is a form of leaders' efforts to shape culture within an organization or company, the application of a good leadership style aims to prosper the members. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kluster kesiapan teknologi ekonomi berbasis digital pada usaha kecil, mikro dan menengah (UMKM) di Surabaya Timur. Berdasarkan populasi penelitian sebesar 7158 UMKM di Surabaya Timur ditentukan sampel 174 melalui rumus slovin dengan batas toleransi 10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum UMKM di Surabaya Timur telah menerapkan penggunaan Aplikasi Digital berbasis sosial media dan e-wallet. Selain penelitian ini menjelaskan terdapat 3 kluster usaha yang terdiri dari 3 kluster antara lain kesiapan teknologi rendah sebanyak 102, menengah 20 Usaha dan tinggi sebanyak 52 usaha. Analisis kesiapan usaha menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas UMKM telah memilki kesiapan dalam penggunaan teknologi namun belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja bisnis secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penjadwalan produksi merupakan aspek krusial dalam industri manufaktur, termasuk pada usaha Digital Printing, untuk memastikan efisiensi dan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pesanan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja tiga metode penjadwalan produksi yang umum digunakan: First Come, First Served (FCFS), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), dan Earliest Due Date (EDD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan membandingkan efektivitas masing-masing metode dalam meminimalkan makespan, flow time, dan keterlambatan penyelesaian pesanan (tardiness) pada B21 Digital Printing. Data produksi aktual dari B21 Digital Printing digunakan sebagai studi kasus untuk simulasi dan perhitungan kinerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap metode memiliki karakteristik dan keunggulan yang berbeda. Metode FCFS, meskipun sederhana, seringkali kurang efisien dalam hal makespan dan flow time. Metode SPT cenderung menghasilkan makespan dan flow time yang lebih rendah, namun berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan pada pesanan dengan waktu proses yang panjang. Sementara itu, metode EDD efektif dalam meminimalkan tardiness, namun tidak selalu optimal untuk makespan dan flow time. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi B21 Digital Printing dalam memilih metode penjadwalan produksi yang paling sesuai dengan prioritas operasionalnya, baik untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi produksi maupun untuk memenuhi tenggat waktu pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Digital Printing, FCFS, SPT, EDD, Penjadwalan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh electronic word of mouth (EWOM) terhadap brand image, (2) pengaruh brand image terhadap minat beli dan (3) pengaruh EWOM terhadap minat beli  smartphone  Samsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel  purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 186 responden di kota Malang yang mengakses internet dan belum pernah melakukan pembelian  smartphone  Samsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EWOM berpengaruh terhadap  brand image  namun tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli sedangkan brand image memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli masyarakat kota Malang pada produk smartphone Samsung. Kata Kunci: EWOM, brand image, minat beli, smartphone dan Kota Malang.

Abstract

In the development of the business world, it is very important to be able to implement effective communication strategies, especially in the digital world era where product marketing is now all online. Because now consumers really see a product from its brand, in this case, brand awareness becomes important so that a business can compete in the market. To be able to increase brand awareness of a product, an effective communication strategy is needed so that it can be well received by consumers who will buy the product. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to be able to find out how to introduce or increase brand awareness to customers by using effective communication strategies in order to increase sales in the online market or marketplace. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interview techniques with sources as well as field observations and documentation which will later be described in detail as the results of this research

Abstract

Komunikasi adalah elemen paling krusial dalam suatu perusahaan yang memerlukan kolaborasi tim. Namun tanpa komunikasi yang jelas dan mendetail, hal ini akan mempengaruhi proses kerja divisi produksi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pola interaksi di antara karyawan di B21 mempengaruhi hasil produksi. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara karyawan di kedua divisi, dan pengumpulan informasi melalui jurnal elektronik seperti Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang tidak teratur dan minimnya standar dalam penyampaian informasi secara langsung mempengaruhi kualitas dan efisiensi kerja di bagian produksi. Pesan yang disampaikan secara setengah, tidak sesuai waktu, atau tanpa verifikasi, menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya miskomunikasi dan keterlambatan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif tidak hanya terkait dengan penyampaian pesan, tetapi juga tentang pemahaman dan tindak lanjut pesan tersebut secara kolaboratif. Komunikasi yang baik dan efisien tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan satu sama lain dalam kelompok.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of viral marketing, social media influencers, and online customer reviews on purchase intention for Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink products among UPN "Veteran" East Java students. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the student population of UPN "Veteran" East Java with a sample of 140 respondents. using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS software. The research results show that viral marketing does not contribute to purchase intention, while social media influencers and online customer reviews contribute to purchase intention. These findings indicate that influencer recommendations and customer reviews have an important role in shaping purchase intention towards cosmetic products among students compared to the success of viral marketing.
