Abstract

MSME development service activities as a way or solution to increase people's purchasing power, which in turn can cover up from the economic crisis situation. The implementation method used is by holding a seminar on entrepreneurship and creative economy entitled "The Urgency of Business Legality and Technology-Based Marketing for MSME Actors" which was held at the Kepanjenkidul District Office, Blitar City. The benefits of the entrepreneurship and creative economy seminar "The Urgency of Business Legality and Technology-Based Marketing for MSME Actors" are to provide learning and insight to MSMEs regarding Business Legality, Digital Marketing and Intellectual Property Rights. The main focus of this work program is business legality, digital marketing and intellectual property rights. Legality itself is a business license that is given to business actors to start and run their businesses and/or activities. Digital Marketing is an activity of a business strategy to develop business opportunities by expanding the market to increase sales targets. IPR is an effort to protect a work with Copyright so that there are no competitors who use our work for profit.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Matahari, KWT Sri Rejeki, and Peanut micro industry Mrs. Ida are micro industrys located in the Tanggung Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City. They have the same problem with other micro industrys, namely their lack of understanding of digitalization and the importance of identity for a business so that consumers can recognize their business, this causes their marketing to be limited on direct orders. Therefore, we created a branding socialization and training program for these micro industrys as a form of fulfilling our duty to serve the community. Branding is expected to be able to overcome the problems faced by micro industrys, especially in terms of digitalization. This community service implementation method is carried out through socialization and branding training, namely making logos, packaging labels using the Canva application. The evaluation was carried out by conducting interviews with the Bank Sampah Matahari, KWT Sri Rejeki, and micro industry Peanut Mrs. Ida to determine the level of participants' understanding of branding and the use of the Canva application. With this program, the micro industrys of Tanggung Village can have a business identity and packaging label to attract consumers to buy their products. The sustainability of this activity requires ongoing collaboration between the Head of Social Departement Tanggung Village, local community groups and the micro industry who take part in the training to introduce and love local products from the micro industry of Kelurahan Tanggung.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk mayoritas muslim, sehingga pentingnya sertifikasi halal dilakukan oleh pedagang makanan untuk menjamin kehalalan produk yang diperjual belikan, karena pangan halal merupakan menjadi suatu kewajiban umat muslim. Tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah memberikan informasi kepada pedagang makanan pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan alur pembuatan sertifikasi halal. Metode kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan melalui ceramah dan diskusi dengan jumlah peserta 10 pedagang makanan. Berdasarkan kegiatan didapatkan hasil secara umum kegiatan sosialisasi ini berlangsung baik dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman pedagang terhadap alur sertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Kendala yang dihadapi saat pelaksanaan sosialisasi adalah keterbatasan waktu untuk sosialisasi. Kegiatan diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada pedagang sekitar kampus akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada produk makanan yang dijual belikan.   Socialization of halal certification flows in Indonesia to Pucangan Kartasura food traders   Abstract: Given that the majority of the population in Indonesia is Muslim and that eating halal food is a requirement for Muslims, food sellers in Indonesia must ensure that the products they are trading are in fact halal. This socializing activity's goal is to enlighten food sellers about the value of halal certification and the process involved in obtaining it. Ten food vendors participate in this socialization activity approach through lectures and debates. Based on the events, it was determined that the socializing activities generally went well and improved the traders' knowledge and comprehension of the flow of halal certification in Indonesia. The time constraints on socialization became a problem when it came to implementation. The purpose of the activity is to educate traders about the value of halal certification for food goods that are traded around campus.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia memunculkan inovasi bisnis dalam memikat publik melalui pemasaran digital. Pelaku bisnis beramai-ramai menggalakkan kampanye pemasaran digital guna memperkenalkan produknya di lingkup pasar dalam jaringan (daring) yang kini ramai peminat. Di tengah persaingan ini, ternyata masih banyak pelaku bisnis yang bahkan belum menginjak pasar digital, salah satunya UD Al Athyyah dengan merek unggulannya, Gardiano. Berdasarkan hal ini, program studi Manajemen FEB UPNVJT berusaha membantu UD Al Athyyah membangun basis bisnis digital dengan menciptakan kesadaran merek Gardiano di kalangan pengguna internet. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengetahui pola pemasaran di UD Al Athyyah, menemukan strategi pemasaran digital bagi merek Gardiano, dan mengimplementasikan pemasaran digital di UD Al Athyyah. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi presentasi dan diskusi dengan perantara mitra, diskusi dan wawancara dengan pemilik UD Al Athyyah, penyusunan rencana pengabdian dan studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, persiapan peralatan penunjang, pengerjaan tugas, dan sosialisasi pemasaran digital. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang sesuai terhadap fase Gardiano saat ini adalah berupa strategi pemasaran konten digital untuk membangun kesadaran merek.

Abstract

Perkembangan di era globalisasi telah menghadirkan teknologi baru yang semakin memudahkan manusia dalam mencari nafkah. Ini termasuk teknik perdagangan. Cara tradisional pergi ke toko penjual, membeli barang, dan membawanya pulang sudah tidak efisien lagi. Saat ini dengan kemajuan teknologi, belanja hanya bisa dilakukan melalui gadget, di mana orang tidak datang ke toko penjual, melainkan barang di antar ke rumah pembeli melalui perusahaan logistik, sehingga pembeli tidak perlu mencarinya. Pasar. Di era digital ini, penjual tidak perlu repot menawarkan produk karena pertemuan tatap muka tidak harus dilakukan, hanya melalui virtual atau marketplace, internet. Marketplace sangat memudahkan pembeli dan penjual untuk bertransaksi. Ada banyak pro dan kontra, tapi ini bukan masalah besar karena pasar menawarkan jual beli yang efisien dan efektif. Ada banyak marketplace yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia dan salah satunya adalah Shopee. Peneliti ingin menjelaskan pengaruh iklan pencarian produk dan produk terkait terhadap penjualan sepatu kulit di marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of sharing information in social media groups. This research also investigates the role that communication plays in the dissemination of information within groups and the formation of self-relevant values. The methodology was quantitative, and the sampling method was purposive. Using a survey to collect information from 807 students at SMAN 18 Bandung. In the analysis data section, the proposed model was evaluated utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model proposed was evaluated using AMOS 21. The model's fit indices demonstrate good fit. There are five accepted hypotheses in this study. It was discovered that 1) formal and 2) informal communications have a positive impact on transactive memory systems, 3) transactive memory systems have a positive impact on self-relevant value, and 4) transactive memory systems are an effective mediator between formal and informal communication and self-relevant value. The study suggests some strategic implications as well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the convenience and benefits of social media and E-wallets on the performance of SMEs. The study used quantitative analysis with SEM-PLS. The research sample was 30 SMES in Gunung Anyar District. The results showed that the ease and benefits of using social media and E-wallets were able to improve the performance of SMEs. The results of the study have implications for the use of social media and E-wallets as a form of the digital economy then increase economic growth, especially in MSMEs in Gunung Anyar and East Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the right strategy for SMES to prepare for economic recovery after the COVID19 pandemic. The results of the research through SWOT analysis show that business actors are in a position to develop their business or the right strategy is growth strategy, which is carried out in the form of product development and marketing networks. Network marketing can be done by developing several digital applications that are not only marketplace-based but can also be done in the form of a website to introduce new brands and business models with a franchise system and partnerships with industry (Business to Business). Business development can also be done through e-wallet payment transaction tools and strengthening marketing networks through social media.

Abstract

Tanaman sawi merupakan salah satu tanaman utama yang ditanam di Kelurahan Sentul. Hal ini dikarenakan tanaman sawi memiliki berbagai manfaat untuk menjadi konsumsi keluarga. Sawi mampu sebagai sumber antioksidan, detoksifikasi tubuh, menjaga sistem imun tubuh, mengontrol kadar kolesterol, mampu menurunkan berat badan, dan mencegah kanker. Salah satu kelompok tani yang memproduksi tanaman sawi adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani Sawunggaling. Selain itu, kelompok wanita tani menginginkan adanya inovasi produk terhadap hasil sawi yang mereka panen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh anak-anak masyarakat Sentul yang sulit untuk mengonsumsi sayur. Selain itu, inovasi produk olahan sayur sawi juga mampu meningkatkan nilai jual tanaman sawi. Melihat adanya potensi tersebut, produk inovasi stik sawi Kelurahan Sentul sangat cocok untuk dikembangkan hingga menjadi sebuah potensi wirausaha baru. Metode yang diterapkan pada pemberdayaan kewirausahaan masyarakat melalui metode ESD. Metode ESD mampu memberikan kesadaran dan dorongan agar berpikir kreatif serta konstruktif. Metode ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu menghadapi tantangan global serta menciptakan masyarakat yang tangguh dan mandiri secara berkelanjutan. Adapun lokasi kegiatan dilakukan di Jl. Sawunggaling Kelurahan Sentul, Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul, Kota Blitar. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari 23 Maret 2022 hingga tanggal 26 Maret 2022. Pelatihan yang diberikan oleh kelompok wanita tani meliputi pembuatan stik sawi, branding, dan pemasaran. Branding produk stik sawi dilakukan dengan membuat stiker kemasan dan foto produk. Adapun pelatihan pemasaran dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pelatihan promosi melalui Whatsapp business dan marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the phenomenon of information sharing that occurs in groups in social media by uisng formal and informal communication that affect Transactive Memory System (TMS). This research also examines how TMS’s role on sharing information in groups as well as in self-relevant values. This research imply that formal and informal communications positively affect TMS, so it has a positive effect on self-relevant value. Therefore, transactive memory systems became a good mediator between formal and informal communication with self-relevant value. By sharing information in the group, their image will increase in front of people outside the group (self-image congruity). The group is created for the purpose to re-share the information with the other group who successfully invite potential tourists will increase self-relevant value in other groups.
