Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior on laptop purchasing decisions for Bina Darma University Palembang students. The variables examined in this study are cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data processing uses SPSS (software package f for t the social science). This study uses hypotheses tests, namely the objective test and the f test as a tool to find out whether cultural factors, social factors, personality factors, and psychological factors influence or do not influence purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of the study, t shows that partially cultural factors t counts (2.131) > | t table (1,985)| This shows that there is a significant influence of cultural factors on purchasing decisions and the P value is 0.036 < 0.05. social factors partially t count (2,677) > | t table (1,985)| so this shows that there is a significant influence of social factors on purchasing decisions and the P value is 0.009  < 0.05. personality factor partially t count (2,526) > | t table (1,985)| This shows that the significant influence of personality factors on purchasing decisions and p-value 0.013 < 0.05. Psychological factors partially t count (6.711) > | t table (1,985)| se so that this shows that there is a significant influence of psychological factors on purchasing decisions and the value of the p value is 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the results of the analysis show that the value of F counts (117,659) > | F table (5,666)| is so that the hypothesis is accepted and the value of the P value is 0.000 < 0.05 is so that cultural, social, personality, and psychological simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze To find out and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on employee performance at the oil palm company in ogan komering ilir, this research was conducted in one of the ogan komering ilir palm oil mill companies. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the palm oil mill company Ogan Komering Ilir. The data used were primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires through HRD Distributed with Googlefrom. The method used is Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The test shows that the first hypothesis is T test (Partial Significance Test) Work environment on employee performance has no effect, work environment variable has no effect on employee performance (Y) this is evidenced by a sig value of 0.62 > 0.05. Testing the second hypothesis shows that the T Test (Partial Test) of Workload on Employee Performance has an effect on the variable Workload has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) this is evidenced by the sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Testing the third hypothesis F test (simultaneous test) shows that it affects the employee performance variable (Y) this is evidenced by the sig value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

The development of technology changes the selection of public transportation services. Go-Jek is a public transportation service can be booked online through Smartphone. The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Service Quality and Price on Go-Jek Customer Satisfaction in Palembang City. The sample used in this research are 70 customers who use Go-Jek in Palembang City and sampling using Purposive Sampling. Technique of collecting research data is interview and questioner. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using the analytical tools thoseare the validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and test significance of T test and F test. From the statistical analysis known multiple linear regression, simultaneously quality of service and price have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The public's need for speed of information and communication demands a sophisticated cellular phone product to be more efficient. Access the internet, chat, e-mail is one of the needs of the community that must be fulfilled. Mobile phones that have all the ability called smartphone. Product Xiaomi is a popular smartphone because of its sophistication with an affordable price. In this study the author discussed about how product quality and brand image could influence consumer decisions in choosing the brand smartphone Xiaomi-4X. The respondents in this study were Xiome-4X hand phone users who lived in the city of Palembang. In this study the authors used descriptive quantitative analysis techniques using tabulation, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and significance test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product quality and brand image on the purchasing decision of Xiaomi-4X product in Palembang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising (X1), sales promotion (X2), public relations (X3) and personal selling (X4) on consumer decisions (Y) in purchasing a Simpati starter pack card. The population in this study were students of the University of Bina Darma Palembang in the first semester of the Management Department. The sample in this study amounted to 65 people. The results obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y= 0,669+0,338X1+0,123X2+0,199X3+0,197X4. From the results of the t-test (partial) shows that advertising (0.942>0.05) and public relations (0.153> 0.05) shows that partially there is no significant effect on consumer decisions (Y) in purchasing Simpati cards, while sales promotion (0.024<0.05) and individual sales (0.009<0.05) partially significant effect on consumer decisions (Y) in purchasing a Simpati starter pack card. The f-test (simultaneous) shows that there is a simultaneous significant effect of advertising, sales promotion, public relations and personal selling on consumer decisions in purchasing a Simpati starter pack card (0.000>0.05). Keywords: Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Selling, Consumer Decisions Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh periklanan (X1), promosi penjualan (X2), hubungan masyarakat (X3) dan penjualan perorangan (X4) terhadap keputusan konsumen (Y) dalam pembelian kartu perdana Simpati. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa universitas Bina Darma Palembang semester 1 Jurusan Manajemen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang. Hasil Penelitian di peroleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 0,669+0,338X1+0,123X2+0,199X3+0,197X4. Dari Hasil uji-t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa periklanan (0,942>0,05) dan hubungan masyarakat (0,153>0,05) menunjukkan secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen (Y) dalam pembelian kartu perdana Simpati, sedangkan promosi penjualan (0,024<0,05) dan penjualan perorangan (0,009<0,05) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan konsumen (Y) dalam pembelian kartu perdana Simpati. Untuk uji-f (Simultan) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perngaruh signifikan secara simultan periklanan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat dan penjualan perorangan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian kartu perdana Simpati (0,000>0,05). Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of the Organizational Culture Program, Situational Leadership and Organizational Communication on the Performance of Plantation Workers in the Mill Division at PT. Hindoli - Cargill Company. The sample in this study were workers in the mill division of PT Hindoli-Cargill Company, with 119 respondents. The sampling technique uses the quota sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Test the hypothesis for research variables with a partial effect using the T-test, while research variables with a simultaneous influence use the F-test. Data processing uses the SPSS V.20 program to produce a regression equation Y = 3.623 + 0.155X1 + 0.164X2 +0.031X3. The results of this study are the Organizational Culture Program, Situational Leadership, and Organizational Communication have a positive and significant effect on the performance of workers at PT Hindoli-Cargill Company, indicated by the Fcount value of 5.704 > Ftable 2.68 with a significant level of 0.001. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Situational Leadership, Organizational Communication, Performance Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Program Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Pekebunan Pada Divisi Mill di PT. Hindoli Cargill Company. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja divisi mill PT Hindoli Cargill Company sebanyak 119 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode kuota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis untuk variabel-variabel penelitian yang memiliki pengaruh secara parsial menggunakan uji T sedangkan variabel-variabel penelitian yang memiliki pengaruh secara simultan menggunakan uji F. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS V.20 dengan menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 3,623 + 0,155X1 + 0,164X2 + 0,031X3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Program Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja PT Hindoli a Cargill Company yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung 5,704 > Ftabel 2,68 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001. Abstract

Seluruh dunia saat ini mengalami tantangan yang serupa, yaitu penyebaran berita bohong yang meluas. Berita bohong muncul secara masif dalam berbagai konteks, mulai dari politik hingga kesehatan, dan dari urusan publik hingga kehidupan pribadi. Kehadiran internet, bersama dengan budaya yang tumbuh di ranah publik, membuat masyarakat kesulitan membedakan antara informasi yang faktual dan berita bohong. Langkah kunci untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menghadapi banjir informasi. Upaya ini dilakukan melalui peningkatan literasi media. Literasi media dapat diwujudkan dalam berbagai bentuk, terutama untuk menghadapi generasi muda yang tumbuh di era digital. Selain itu, pertukaran informasi terkait berita bohong dan diskusi juga sangat penting untuk membangun komunitas yang mampu melawan penyebaran berita bohong. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan literasi media adalah melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, seperti diskusi dan penyuluhan yang diselenggarakan di sekolah menengah atas. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman generasi muda dalam menghadapi berita bohong dengan memberikan contoh-contoh aktual dan informasi mengenai risikonya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan model pendidikan dan literasi media guna meningkatkan kemampuan generasi muda dalam mengidentifikasi dan merespons berita bohong.

Abstract

This research, employing a unique quantitative method, seeks to ascertain the influence of job characteristics and job satisfaction on employee performance in plantation companies. The data was collected through a comprehensive questionnaire distribution process. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, ensuring the inclusion of all population members as samples. The data analysis techniques included reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this research underscore the positive and significant effect of job characteristics and job satisfaction on employee job performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada Kantor DPRD Kota Palembang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Kantor DPRD Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 93 orang karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatifdan bantuan program SPSS 22. Pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa Uji T lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,003 < 0,05.Pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa Uji T disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapsemangat kerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa Uji F lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality provided by governmental institutions, particularly the Sembilan Sepuluh Ulu Subdistrict Office in Palembang City, on public satisfaction through indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3 method. The results indicate that Tangibles and Assurance positively influence Public Satisfaction, whereas Reliability and Responsiveness do not show a positive influence. Empathy is also proven to have a positive influence on Public Satisfaction. The managerial implications suggest that the Subdistrict Office can enhance public satisfaction by addressing and improving aspects that have been shown to have a positive influence. The theoretical implications of this research contribute to understanding the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction, particularly in the context of governmental institutions. For future researchers, it is recommended to conduct a deeper analysis regarding the implementation of solutions, particularly by considering the effectiveness of training, the application of service information systems, and continuous evaluation of the transparency and efficiency of services.
