Abstract

Kinerja adalah penyelesaian tugas dan tanggung jawab oleh sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner (daftar pertanyaan) kepada responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS version 23 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Variabel Motivasi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel = 5,319 >1,999 dan nilai signifikansi < α = 0,000< 0,05. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel = 3,348 >1,999 dan nilai signifikansi < α = 0,000< 0,05. Variabel Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel = 76,094 > 4,00 dan nilai signifikansi < ∝ = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 71,4% maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel bebas berpengaruh kuat terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

Communication plays a crucial role in influencing employee performance. Performance decline is often caused by communication issues, particularly in the hotel back office, such as the lack of effectiveness in information delivery and miscommunication among employees. This study aims to analyze the impact of communication on employee performance at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. The data used includes quantitative data from employee performance evaluations in 2023, the number of employees, employee communication levels from 2019-2023, and qualitative data from interviews with human resources. The study population consists of 241 employees at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. Data was collected using documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, heteroskedasticity testing, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The study findings show that the calculated t value (38.728) is greater than the t table value (0.1264) with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. The coefficient of determination value of 0.863 indicates that 86.3% of the impact on employee performance is due to communication, while 13.7% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan metode sampling purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 4 poin untuk mengukur 27 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan Uji-t yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 23 version for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Bali yang dapat dibuktikan oleh hasil Uji-t gaya kepemimpinan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel dimana bernilai 10,082 > 1,660. Selain itu nilai signifikansi dari uji ini sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diproleh angka sebesar 0,509 yang mempunyai arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh sebesar 50,9% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya 49,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which leadership (X) influences employee turnover intention (Y) at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 112 employees of The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, using a saturated census sampling method. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to measure 14 statements from the leadership and turnover intention variables. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 23 version 23 application for windows. By using simple linear regression, it can be obtained that leadership has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention with a value of -tcount < -ttable, namely -10.898 < -1.659. Leadership has a negative value with a beta value of -0.459 on turnover intention.

Abstract

Lake Aur is a popular tourist destination in Musi Rawas Regency, with an increasing number of visitors every year, mainly from the Musi Rawas area. Despite its popularity among locals, Lake Aur lacks visibility outside the region and needs better branding. The focus is on designing a logo to visually brand Lake Aur, using methods like consultation, observation, interviews, and logo development. The designed logo incorporates colors, slogans, elements, and ideas, and has been successfully applied to merchandise like mugs, key chains, and t-shirts. The aim is to introduce Lake Aur to a wider audience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Adiwana Bisma Hotel employees analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The type of data needed by researchers is quantitative data with an experimental research approach. This survey involved 42 employees, supervisors, and managers. This study took a sample of 42 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and assessed for validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and basic linear regression. At the Adiwana Bisma Ubud Hotel, work discipline significantly improves staff performance.

Abstract

Job stress is an important factor that can affect employee performance in a company, especially in the hospitality industry which faces high pressure and consistent service demands. This study aims to examine the effect of job stress on employee performance at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 110 respondents with a total sampling method, namely saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing digital questionnaires through Google Forms, which used a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, simple linear regression, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The job stress variable is negative with a beta value of -0.496 An increase in job stress (X) will result in a decrease in employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan di TED Bali. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan uji hipotesis (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung (20,097) lebih besar daripada t-tabel (1,294), sehingga H1 diterima. Nili koefisien deerminasi sebesar 86 % menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap kemampuan penyelesaian konflik karyawan di The LUUR. Responden penelitian berjumlah 125 orang dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah laki-laki (54.40 %), dan sebanyak 55,20 % responden pernah mengalami konflik kerja. Analisis regresi membuktikan bahwa self efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan resolusi konflik, sedang kan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyelesaian konflik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on repurchase intention and customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, in five-star hotels located in the Losari Beach area of Makassar. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling, involving 390 customers as respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction significantly influences both repurchase intention and customer loyalty. In addition to the direct effects, customer satisfaction acts as a partial mediator that strengthens the effect of service quality on repurchase intention and customer loyalty. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the development of marketing management studies, particularly in the five-star hotel sector in Indonesia, by emphasizing the strategic role of customer satisfaction in shaping repeat consumption behavior and loyalty. The practical implications of this research suggest that the management of Hotel Aryaduta Makassar and The Rinra Hotel Makassar should prioritize enhancing the dimensions of assurance, responsiveness, and empathy as key strategies to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
