Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) pada SMA Katolik Rantepao. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana penelitian tersebut dianalisis, disimpulkan dan disajikan dalam bentuk perhitungan angka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian di lapangan serta melalui kepustakaan dimana pengumpulan data-datanya dilakukan dengan mempelajari buku-buku, skripi, jurnal yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dengan menggunakan rumus dan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa efektivitas realisasi pengelolaan dana BOS tahap I adalah 101,35 artinya pengelolan dana BOS pada SMA Katolik Rantepao sangat efektif dari anggaran tahap I sebesar 215.100.000, tahap II 100% dengan kriteria efektif dari anggaran Rp 286.800.000 dan tahap III persentasenya 72,51% dengan kriteria kurang efektif karena dari anggaran sebesar Rp 211.950.000 dan realisasinya pada tahap III adalah sebesar Rp 211.950.000.

Abstract

This study analyzes the patterns of transactional politics between candidates and donors in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Toraja Utara Regency. By adopting the perspective of social exchange theory, this research reveals the dynamics of the relationship between candidates and donors in soliciting financial support for their campaigns. A qualitative descriptive method was employed to gather data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the required funding for candidates ranged from 50 to 80 billion IDR during the 2020 regional elections. This study illustrates that fundraising through family/relatives is carried out based on the strength of emotional ties and shared values within Toraja culture, while businesspersons offer support in order to gain future political advantages and power. The theoretical implications of this research link the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic exchanges, highlighting their impact on political dynamics and social change in the region.

Abstract

The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a sample of 70 Sultan Coffee consumers. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test using SPSS version 25.0 The results of this study show that partially price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, location variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price and location variables simultaneously influence the purchase decision at Sultan Coffee

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the quality of public service at Telkom in Tana Toraja Regency by using the service quality dimension. The design of this research is descriptive. The data taken in this study usea a questionnaire method, observation and documentation conducted at Telkom in Tana Toraja Regency. The result of this study indicate that the quality of public services at Telkom in Tana Toraja Regency is of good quality. Where from the five dimensions of service quality used to measure service quality, namely the Tangiabel dimension is in the good attitude category, the Reability dimension is in the good attitude category, the Responsiveness dimension is in the good attitude category, the Assurance dimension is in the good attitude category and the Empathy dimension is in the very good attitude category.

Abstract

Community service is one of the three pillars of higher education, aiming to provide solutions to the problems faced by society, including in the aspect of economic empowerment. Panti Asuhan Kristen Tangmentoe is a non-governmental organization located in North Toraja, under the auspices of the Toraja Church. This orphanage has great potential in developing the creativity of its foster children, particularly in their skills in processing eco-friendly materials from bamboo waste. The challenge that arises is how to market the children's creative works. To ensure that these products can be enjoyed by a wider audience and generate positive economic impact, proper guidance is needed in marketing strategies. The stages implemented included product marketing training and mentoring, with evaluations conducted after each phase. This mentoring activity resulted in several positive impacts for Panti Asuhan Kristen Tangmentoe. The foster children and the orphanage staff were able to process bamboo materials into various creative products. These results not only pertained to improved skills and understanding of marketing strategies, but also included social and economic impacts on the orphanage. In terms of marketing, the training participants were able to implement the strategies taught. The products are now being marketed through social media and local e-commerce platforms, receiving positive responses from consumers.

Abstract

The Packaging Partnership Program is an initiative that aims to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through improving the quality of product packaging. Attractive and functional packaging is the key to attracting consumer interest and increasing market share. This program is carried out through a series of activities, including education, training, design assistance, introduction of environmentally friendly packaging materials, testing, evaluation, implementation and product promotion. Through this program, MSMEs can increase their competitiveness in the market, increase sales, increase environmental awareness, and gain new knowledge and skills in designing product packaging. Collaboration between government, non-profit institutions and the private sector is the key to success in supporting MSMEs and encouraging inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

The Onion Chips Business is one of the snack food home industries as the basic ingredients for making them are easy to get on the market. The justification for selecting the business object offered is a type of food that is delicious, tasty and easy to obtain, nutritious and economical. There is no innovation in the management of the garlic business itself. So this activity aims to develop the garlic business into processed onion chips and provide new knowledge in marketing products in Tampan Bonga Village.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Lembang (BumLem) Tallu Lolona faces challenges in financial management that affect the sustainability of its operations, which include credit provision and rice and coffee milling services. This study aims to enhance the capacity of its administrators and managers in financial management through mentoring and training. The methods employed include classical training, practical workshops, and group discussions. The results indicate that participants successfully grasped the basic principles of financial management, improved their ability to prepare financial reports, and identified solutions to financial issues through discussions. It is expected that this initiative will create new institutions, foster positive behavioral changes, and cultivate local leadership in BumLem’s financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy for the Suaya tourist attraction, Sangalla' District, Tana Toraja Regency, the research method used in this study is descriptive and SWOT analysis, the data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques were conducted by interview , observation and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the IFAS Matrix obtained a total score of 3.04, this indicated that the internal conditions at the Suaya tourist attraction were in a strong position. The EFAS Matrix obtained a total score of 3.19, this indicates that the external conditions at the Suaya tourist attraction are in a strong position. Based on the results of the IFAS, EFAS matrix analysis, the SWOT diagram shows that the Suaya tourist attraction is in quadrant I, so the right strategy is the SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy and supports aggressive growth policies by taking advantage of existing opportunities and internal strengths owned by Suaya tourism objects.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether service quality affects people's satisfaction at the Tana Toraja BPN Office. The data collection method used in this research is library research and field research. The population in this study were all of the people served at the Tana Toraja BPN Office as many as 38,761 people while the sample in this study was 100 people. The analytical method used is simple linear regression, the results of the study state that service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Tana Toraja BPN Office.
