Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of provisions of the domestic air transport regulations provided in the 2009 Civil Aviation Act. The method is a library research that study the scheduled air transportation including the requirement of the establishment of airlines; capital of air transport business entities, aircraft ownership and operation requirements, share holder composition, bank guarantee requirements, aviation human resources; tarif’s regulations including passenger’s tariff, passengers’ protection, best practices; non-scheduled air transportation; general aviation and air transportation pioneer has been fully implemented and compliances with the airlines. It is concluded that the provision of air transport regulation provided in the Civil Aviation Act of 2009 has been fully implemented and compliances with the airlines in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract

The study aimed at analyzing the data and information about the effect of service quality and brand trust of Garuda Indonesia to the passengers’ satisfaction and retention. The method used was descriptive and associative. The path analysis was used to analyse the data. The primary data was taken from 245 passengers who have been flying with Garuda Indonesia at least 1 time. The survey was conducted in DKI Jakarta. The result shows that the quality of service and the trusted brand effect simultaneously and partially to the passengers’ satisfaction while those three factors effect simultaneously and partially to the passengers’ retention

Abstract

  ABSTRAKLimbah kulit jeruk dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pektin dengan cara diekstrak. Pektin banyak digunakan pada industri pangan, salah satunya stabilizer. Penelitian bertujuan mengeta­hui konsentrasi pelarut dan lama waktu yang optimum pada proses ekstraksi untuk mendapat­kan rendemen, total pektin, dan tingkat kecerahan yang terbaik. Rancangan penelitian meng­gunakan Response Surface Methodology dengan Central Composite Design melalui software Design Expert 7.1.5. Kombinasi faktor perlakuan yaitu, konsentrasi asam oksalat (%) dan lama waktu ekstraksi (menit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai optimum konsentrasi pelarut asam oksalat sebesar 0,22% dengan lama waktu ekstraksi 90 menit 16 detik, menghasilkan 16,78% rendemen; 10,59% total pektin; dan 63,56 (L) tingkat kecerahan pektin. Kemudian, dilakukan karakterisasi pektin optimasi dengan hasil untuk kadar air 9,87%, berat ekivalen 901,60; kadar metoksil 5,59%; kadar asam galakturonat 51,45%; dan derajat esterifikasi 61,69%. Pektin yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dengan standar International Pectin Producers Association (IPPA), kecuali pada berat ekivalen. Pektin hasil optimasi termasuk pektin metoksil rendah.Kata kunci : Ekstraksi; Kulit Jeruk Manis (Citrus sinensis); Pektin; Response Surface Methodology  ABSTRACTOrange peels waste can be utilized by extracting the pectin. Pectin used by food industry as stabi­lizer. This research aims to determine the optimum solvent concentration and duration in the extraction process to get the best yield, total pectin, and brightness level of pectin. Design of this study uses Response Surface Methodology with Central Composite Design through Design Expert 7.1.5 software. Combination of factors used are oxalic acid solvent concentration (%) and extraction duration (minutes). Results of opti­mum concentration of oxalic acid solvent used for extraction is 0.22% and optimum time of extraction is 90 minutes 16 seconds, resulting 16.78% for yield; 10.59% for total pectin; and 63.56 (L) for brightness level of pectin. The characterization of the optimized pectin are as follows : water content of 9,87%; equivalent weight of 901.60; methoxyl content of 5.59%; galacturonic acid level of 51.45%; and esterification content of 61.69%. The result of characterizations pectin fitted accordance with the International Pectin Producers Association (IPPA) standard, except for equivalent weight. Abstract

Operations and supply chains of logistics companies can be disrupted by unplanned or unanticipated events. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of SCDM, customer satisfaction, and reputation of logistics companies in Jakarta, and to confirm the direct and indirect effects of SCDM on customer satisfaction and reputation of logistics companies in Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. This study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with intervals of 1-9. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study are (1) SCDM positively affects customer satisfaction; (2) SCDM affects corporate reputation directly and through customer satisfaction; and (3) customer satisfaction affects corporate reputation. Logistics companies can focus on the flexibility aspect of SCDM to adapt quickly to changes in demand or supply activities. In strengthening customer satisfaction, logistics companies need to emphasize the communication aspect, especially in ensuring the effectiveness of communication with consumers so that the level of customer satisfaction can be maintained and even improved. Reputation logistics companies can focus on the innovation aspect by utilizing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of overall supply chain management.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is one sector that has great potential to improve the economy. To increase the role of the government and the income of fruit and vegetable farmers, the government and farmers need to better manage their business results for marketing or sale. The level of welfare of fruit and vegetable farmers is still low, this is not because the selling price of fruit and vegetables is low, nor is it because of the large number of imported fruit and vegetables, but rather because of the government's lack of attention to the fruit and vegetable sub-sector, especially durian. snakefruit. Oranges, bananas, mangoes and papaya. This research used a descriptive method, which was carried out in Ngawi Regency. The selection of the research area and determination of samples was carried out deliberately. Data collection uses the interview method using questionnaires to obtain primary data and documentation methods to obtain secondary data. The data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis using the Location Quotient approach which tests the validity of the data using methods, sources and theories. The results of the research show that the factors that have a real influence on the income of fish farmers in Nagari Andaleh, Luak District, Limapuluh Kota Regency, are the leading commodities for the Fruits and Vegetables sub-sector, namely Salak with an LQ value of 4.19 and Durian with an LQ value of 2.36. Other types of commodities such as Oranges with an LQ value of 0.64 also have the potential to be developed, in contrast to non-seeded commodities, namely Bananas with an LQ value of 0.03, Mangoes with an LQ value of 0.05 and Papaya with an LQ value of 0.06.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supply chain management on SME's performance mediated by competitive advantage. The method in this study uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) which is a multivariate data analysis method for complex relationships among constructs and indicators. Researchers used the PLS.3.0 application. The population of this study is SMEs located in Yogyakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling where the SMEs included in the study are SMEs registered in SiBakul and the results obtained as many as 100 research samples. For model feasibility using the Goodness of fit test of 69%. The results obtained are directly supply chain management and competitive advantage have a significant and positive effect on SME's performance. Indirectly supply chain management has a significant and positive effect on SME's performance mediated by competitive advantage. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan etos kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai di PMI Kota Malang. Lokasi penelitian adalah Palang Merah Indonesia Kota Malang yang terletak di Jl. Buring No. 10, Kota Malang untuk unit transfusi darah (UTD) dan di Jl. Buring No.19 Kota Malang untuk unit markas PMI Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh pegawai PMI Kota Malang dengan jumlah 120 orang. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan probability sampling dengan proportional random sampling, berdasarkan rumus Slovin didapatkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2022 didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh secara langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PMI Kota Malang; (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh secara langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PMI Kota Malang; (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PMI Kota Malang; dan (4) kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan etos kerja memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PMI Kota Malang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyse the influence of SHE (safety, hygiene, and environment) and service quality on purchase intention, which mediates pricing policy on scheduled domestic airlines in Indonesia. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to consumers via Google Forms to 250 respondents containing demographic questions and 43 statement items. The research method used is hypothesis testing. We measured the respondents' answers using a Likert scale, scoring from one to five, use Smart-PLS version 3.0 software with multivariate analysis methods. Structural Equation Model (SEM). It is directly proven that there is a significant positive influence between service quality and purchase intention. However, SHE to purchase intention is not proven to have a significant effect. Meanwhile, based on indirect hypothesis testing, it is proven that there is a significant influence between service quality and purchase intention mediated by pricing policy. And SHE variables mediated by pricing policy do not have a significant influence on purchase intention. In this research, researchers have limitations that future researchers can develop further by adding new variables or using other research methods. As a conclusion, the researcher has provided suggestions that may be useful for other researchers.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah serius di Desa Pengatigan, Kecamatan Rogojampi, akibat rendahnya asupan gizi dan keterbatasan akses pangan bergizi. Potensi ubi ungu yang kaya nutrisi belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai pangan fungsional. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih masyarakat, terutama ibu-ibu dan kader Posyandu, dalam mengolah ubi ungu menjadi puding bergizi guna mencegah stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah bimbingan teknis melalui pelatihan pengolahan makanan berbahan dasar ubi ungu. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran gizi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat serta menunjukkan komitmen peserta untuk menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh. Dengan mengolah ubi ungu menjadi puding, masyarakat dapat menyediakan makanan bergizi yang mudah disajikan bagi anak-anak, meningkatkan asupan nutrisi mereka. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model bagi desa lain dalam pencegahan stunting dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.
