Abstract

This community service program is motivated by the teacher's obligation to prepare learning tools including question scripts that will be given to students. The preparation of the question script must be accompanied by a question grid and question card so that the questions used are in accordance with the criteria. Therefore, the PGRI Silampari University service team carried out the preparation of the question script along with the grid and question cards. Question papers, grids and question cards are used to give tests to students according to level. The output target to be achieved by the proposing team is the improvement of values, knowledge and publications. In its implementation, it uses theoretical and practical methods starting with the preparation stage, providing material and the practice of preparing question texts, question grids and question cards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Guide Inquiry terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas XI dalam pembelajaran biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang termasuk pada rancangan quasi-experiment (rancangan semu) dengan desain pre-test and pos-test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau, kemudian sampel penelitian dipilih melalui metode simple random sampling. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas XI IPA2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui instrumen tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent t-test dengan taraf signifikasi 5%, kemudian dilakukan uji N-gain untuk mengetahui signifikansi peningkatan pree test dan post test. Sebelum dilakukan analisis data, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas sebaran dan uji homogenitas varian. Hasil analisis data dari uji independent t-test, memperoleh nilai sig. (2tailed) < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran guide inquiry efektif terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the large amount of waste from bean plants in Tongkok Village, Lahat Regency which has not been used optimally, especially as liquid fertilizer. Waste from the bean plant is disposed of, burned and not used . This causes a high volume of waste and environmental pollution. Therefore, the pkm stkip pgri lubuklinggau team tried to socialize the use of bean plant waste (phaseolus vulgaris, l) as liquid fertilizer in tongkok village. This PKM has been carried out by involving partners, namely the Tongkok village community and is enthusiastically followed. The output target to be achieved by the PKM team is to increase community values ​​and publications. In its implementation, it uses theoretical and practical methods starting from the preparation stage, providing materials and practices for making liquid fertilizer for bean plant waste

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of pteridophyta, abiotic factors and the benefits of pteridophyta in PT Bina Sains Cemerlang Plantation, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by surveying the research location and then determining the place by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with the steps of the methods of observation, documentation, taking pteridophyta and identification. The results of the study of the inventory of pteridophyta at PT Bina Sains Cemerlang Musi Rawas Regency there are 9 families, 19 species, namely Asplenium nidus, Dyplazium pynocarpon, Davallia denticulate, Davallia solida, Nephrolepis biserrata, Nephrolepis cordifolia, Nephrolepis exisplis, Nephrolepis exis. Stenochlaenae palustris, Gleichenia linearis, Lycopodium cernuum,Diplazium esculentum, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Vazaria esculentum, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Vittaria lineculum, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Vittaria lineate, Drymoglossum piloselloides, Drynaria quercifolia, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Pteris biaurita, Selaginella plenary. Soil moisture 8% -68% and soil pH of 7.08-8.00. Benefits of pteridophyta in PT Bina Sains Cemerlang Plantation, Musi Rawas Regency as ornamental plants and as vegetables.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the types of Pteridophyta and to determine the index of diversity, dominance, and evenness in the Botak Hill. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques in this study were exploratory methods and purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study found as many as 1620 individual, consist of 24 species, 16 genera, 8 families and 4 orders. The results of the analysis of the diversity index of 2.851 (medium category), the dominance index value of 0.06 (low category), the evenness index of 0.679 (high category). There were 24 species of ferns found in Botak Hill, diversity was in the medium category, dominance was in the medium category and evenness was in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks keanekaragaman jenis capung yang ada di Bukit Cogong kabupaten Musi Rawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi dan deskripsi dengan menggunakan teknik menjelajah transek. Stasiun pengamatan ditentukan menjadi 3 stasiun dengan 5 buah transek secara sistematis dengan luas transek 100m X 100m. Penangkapan menggunakan jaring net, pengidentifikasian dengan melakukan pengamatan ciri-ciri morfologi capung. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh data 112 Individu capung dari 10 Spesies capung dan dari 6 famili capung yaitu Libellulidae, Aeshnidae, Euphaeidae, Protoneuridae, Platycnemididae dan Lestidae. Komposisi jenis yang paling rendah yaitu Gynachanta bayadera dan Nososticta insignis sebesar 1,8%, sedangkan yang paling tinggi yaitu Orthetrum sabina sebesar. 34,23%. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis capung di Bukit Cogong Kabupaten Musi Rawas berkategori rendah dengan nilai sebesar 1,96. indeks keseragaman pada seluruh stasiun berkategori tinggi, komunitas stabil dan indeks dominansi (C) pada seluruh stasiun berkategori rendah.

Abstract

There are many kinds of fauna in the waterfall Curug Panjang Muara Beliti, Musi Rawas Regency. One of the types of fauna found in this area is insects. Dragonflies is insects whose habitats live in water and in the air. This study aims to determine the types of dragonflies and abiotic factors carried out in the Curug Panjang waterfall area by using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and identification. Sampling using insects net. The results of the study have been obtained by 2 sub-orders, 4 families and 12 different species namely Diplacodes trivialis, Orthetrum pruinosum, Orthetrum sabina, Orthetrum pruinosum, Crocothemis servillia, Neurothemis ramburii, Trithemis aurora, Pantala flavescens, Tholymis tillarga, Orthetrum pruinosum, Crocothemis servillia, Neurothemis ramburii, Trithemis aurora, Pantala flavescens, Tholymis tillarga, Ictinogrius, Agriocnemis pygmaea, and Copera marginipes. Abiotic factor measurement results are with an average air temperature of 27,75ËšC, 76% air humidity and 396,5 lux light intensity.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya limbah buah dan sayur yang tidak dimanfaatkan dan menjadi sampah baik di sekitar rumah maupun pasar. Selain itu, dampak dari banyaknya limbah tersebut adalah berkurangnya lahan terbuka dan menimbulkan bau busuk dan mendatangkan penyakit. Sampah organik yang setiap hari dihasilkan dan dibuang ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk dijadikan Ecoenzym. Eco-enzyme merupakan hasil olahan limbah dapur yang difermentasi dengan menggunakan gula. Limbah dapur dan pasar yang diolah adalah yang berupa ampas buah dan sayuran. Oleh karena itu Tim pengabdian Universitas PGRI Silampari mencoba menerapkan pemanfaatan limbah buah dan sayur menjadi eco-enzim. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai oleh tim pengusul adalah perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat serta publikasi di jurnal pengabdian dan media massa. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui cara pengolahan tumbuhan obat di Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara I. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara I. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi tumbuhan obat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif yaitu data hasil wawancara dikelompokkan. Hasil penelitian ditemukana 202 jenis tumbuhan obat yang terdiridari 26 famili. The date collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation of medicinal plants. The date analysis technique used a qualitive descriptive technique, namely the date from interviews. The results of the study found 202 types of medicinal plants consisting of 26 families. Abstract

The Mesat River is one of the rivers that cross the City of Lubuklinggau. Community activities around the river Mesat less maintain the river can disrupt the river ecosystem Mesat itself. The purpose of this study is to explore the microalgae in the Mesat River Lubuklinggau City. This research uses survey method, carried out on three stations with three repetitions in the waters of the Mesat River Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II Lubuklinggau Town and identified in the Biology Laboratory STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the study found microalgae in the Mesat River of Lubuklinggau City consisting of 4 Divisions, 6 Classes, 15 Orders, 19 Famili, 27 Genus and 32 Species. Mesi Abiotik Factor Measurement Results: mean temperature value 250C, average PH value 7.2, average brightness value 18.2 cm and Average Dissolved Oxygen Value 4.64 mg/L. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the type of microalgae found in the Mesat River consists of: Ankistrodesmus sp, Micrasterias radiata, Coelastrum sp, Zygnema sp, Chroococus sp, Xanthidium sp, Dictyosphaerium sp, Chlamydomonas sp, Carteria sp, Lyngbya sp, Rhizoclonium hieroglyphicum, Cylotella sp, Surirella elegans, Spyrogira sp, Eunothia sp, Gonatozygon sp Chlorella sp, Oscillatoria limosa, Oscillatoria sp, Tabellaria sp, Pediastrum singulex, Pediastrum duplex, Closterium sp, Cosmarium sp, Mougeotia sp, Phacus triqueter, Phacus lomgicauda, Euglena viridis, Euglena mutabilis, Scenedesmus sp, Scenedesmus acuminatus, and Scenedesmus opaliensis.
