Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Problem-Solving learning model on students' Creative Thinking Ability with Number Patterns. This study involved 40 students as the research sample consisted of two classes, every 20 students in class A and 20 students in class B. The research method used was Experimental research with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The data collection technique was obtained through the pre-test and post-test results, and the data analysis technique used the covariance analysis test. The analysis results show that the creative thinking ability of students who are taught using the Problem-Solving model is better than the creative thinking skills of students trained using the direct learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat peningakatan hasil belajar matematis siswa dalam materi operasi bentuk aljabar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan menggunakan  model pembelajaran problem based learning. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. Instrumen digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu lembar obesrvasi kegiatan guru dan  siswa, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matematis siswa meningkat setiap siklusnya. Hasil observasi observasi guru  siklus I 75,16% meningkat 93,33% di siklus II. Hasil observasi siswa siklus I 70,83% meningkat 91,66% pada siklus II. Selanjutnya, Hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari siklus I dari 67,86% meningkat 89,29%. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar matematis siswa.

Abstract

Penyelesaian luas bangun datar segi empat cendrung hanya mengandalkan kemampuan menghafal siswa dan dalam penyempaianya masih bersifat satu arah serta belum memuat penyampaian konsep luas bangun datar segi empat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berorientasi pada konsep luas bangun datar segi empat kelas VII SMP melalui tahapan pengembangan model Borg and Gall dengan tujuan dapat menyelesaiakan masalah tersebut. Melalui tahapan Borg and Gall dihasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan hasil analisis pada tahap uji ahli dengan hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata persentase berturut turut 84,8% dan 96% yang dikategorikan “sangat layak”. Selanjutnya dari hasil uji coba skala kecil diperoleh persentase 83% kriteria sangat baik. Selanjutnya pada tahap uji coba lapangan utama diperoleh dari hasil guru dan siswa dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 96% dan 91% yang dikategorikan sangat baik, pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji keefektifan media berdasarkan penyelesaian quiz dengan rata rata yang diperoleh siswa yaitu 88,7% sehingga media pembelajaran dalam penelitian  ini dikatakan layak dari segi kevalidan, keprektisan dan keefektifan untuk dapat diimplementasikan atau digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas. harus jelas, ringkas, dan deskriptif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) melalui soal tipe Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo Utara pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dengan jumlah siswa 29 orang dan seorang guru matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi dan tes dengan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi kegiatan guru, lembar observasi kegiatan siswa dan tes essay. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 2 siklus. Hasil pengamatan kegiatan guru meningkat dari 63,34 % menjadi 83,33 % dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Selanjutnya hasil pengamatan kegiatan siswa meningkat dari 57,15 % menjadi 82,15 % dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Hasil belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dari 58,6 % menjadi 86,2 %. Dari penelitian diatas terdapat manfaat dalam mengaplikasikan soal tipe Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) ialah bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dan daya tangkapnya dalam  mempelajari matematika.

Abstract

This study is a development study that uses the 4-D model (define, design, develop, desiminate). Where the results of this study are learning media that can help students understand the material, especially on reflection material. The media developed is Canva media which has passed the validation stage of the readability test and the product cona test until Canva media can be said to be feasible as a learning media that can be distributed to students. The research location is SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Biru, where this media was developed there due to the lack of limited use of learning media and students tend to be taught using books in the absence of other learning resources. This attracted researchers to conduct research at the school. based on the results of the study, the Canva reflection media that has been developed gets a positive response from teachers and students with a teacher response of 100% and students 95%

Abstract

This study intends to develop interactive learning media based on relationships and functions. The type of research used is development research that aims to produce a product. This study uses the Plomp development model. The sample of this study was eighth-grade students at Public Middle School 1 Bonepantai. The media development instruments in this study were validation sheets for media experts, validation sheets for material experts, and response questionnaire sheets for students and teachers. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicated that validation from media experts and material experts showed that the media met the criteria for being worthy of being tested. In addition, the results of the student response questionnaire on the interactive learning media developed were also positive; this can be seen from the average percentage of the student response questionnaire, which reached 90% with an excellent category, and the results of the teacher response questionnaire reached 91% with an excellent category. Therefore, interactive learning media meets practicality and learning merit criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kemampuan siswa dalam penalaran matematika ketika pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu, terutama pada materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel. Penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif kualitatif yang memanfaatkan angket, tes, dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan mereduksi data, kemudian menyajikan data, dan akhirnya menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 27 siswa, sebanyak 8 siswa dengan gaya belajar visual mencapai rata-rata nilai 69, yang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Selanjutnya, dari 27 siswa, sebanyak 10 siswa dengan gaya belajar audiovisual memperoleh rata-rata nilai 73, yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Sementara itu, dari total 27 siswa, sebanyak 9 siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik mencapai rata-rata nilai 71, yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Siswa di kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 1 Tapa menunjukkan kemampuan penalaran matematika yang baik dalam materi sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel saat mengikuti pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Rata-rata nilainya mencapai 73, yang tergolong tinggi, dengan gaya belajar audiovisual yang paling menonjol.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of electronic worksheets based on live worksheets on student learning outcomes in the material of systems of linear inequalities with two variables. This research is an experimental study with research subjects classified into two groups: X-Gusdur class as the experimental group and X-ir. Soekarno, as the control group with the population, is SMA Negeri 1 Momunu, using a pre-test and post-test control group research design. Data collection techniques were test instruments based on indicators after the learning process. Pre-tests and post-tests were used to measure student learning outcomes. Data processing used descriptive analysis, showing that the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class were higher than in the control class. The results of the inferential analysis showed that both data were normally distributed and homogeneous; thus, the covariance analysis (ANACOVA) was continued, and results were obtained where Ho was rejected and H₁ was confirmed.From the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the average learning outcome score in the experimental group was 79.96, which was significantly higher than the average score in the control group, which only reached 69.19. Likewise, the results of hypothesis testing using the ANACOVA test also showed more favorable results for the experimental group with 𝛼 = 0.05 obtained by FcountFtable (12.024.04). Therefore, the research findings in heate that student learning outcomes are higher after being taught using ce on live worksheets than printed worksheets.

Abstract

Noise is a sound that is not desired because it is not in accordance with the context of activity, space, and time so it can cause disturbances to comfort and even human health. Twoof the basic ingredients of a silencer are husk and bran. This research aimed to determine the effect and model of the relationship of the density of the sample mixture of husks and bran on acoustic waves' reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient. The method used in this research is experimental, using a mixture of husk and bran samples whose density consists of 5 variations. The results showed that the husk and bran mixture's sample density strongly affected the reflection coefficient (r = 0.947 to r = 0.966) and the transmission coefficient (r = -0.962 to r = -0.999). These resultsshow that the greater the sample density of the husk and bran mixture, the greater the absorption intensity fraction produced. Statistically, the level of influence is indicated by the correlation coefficient, whose value is around r = 0.95 to r = 0.99. Based on the results, the reflection and transmission coefficients are influenced by the density of the mixture of husk and bran samples.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the motivation and learning outcomes of high school students at SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo for the 2022/2023 Academic Year through implementing android-based learning media on temperature and heat materials. The research method is a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The research sample consisted of 3 classes: class X IPA 2 as the experiment class and class X IPA 3, and X IPA 4 as a replica class. This research begins with preparing learning tools to implement learning media based on Android material on temperature and heat. The results of the validation show that the learning tools are valid and can be used in the learning process. Implementing the learning process in this study is in the very good category. It can increase student motivation and learning outcomes, where the N-Gain scores for the experimental and replica classes are in the high category.
