Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) is an important foundation in shaping the quality of human resources because early childhood is in the golden age period, which requires optimal stimulation to support all aspects of development, especially social-emotional development. Children’s social-emotional development still faces various challenges, such as limited ability to control emotions, difficulty interacting with peers, and low ability to express feelings appropriately. This study aims to analyze the implementation of special service management through collaboration with parents in improving early childhood social-emotional development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a library research approach through collecting data from books, scientific journals, academic articles, and other relevant official documents. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, relationships, and main findings. The results show that special service management in Early Childhood Education includes counseling services,transportation, school health services, extracurricular activities, cooperatives, and other supporting services that cansupport children’s development. Collaboration between teachers and parents through active communication, involvement in school programs, and consistent stimulation at home has been proven to support children’s social-emotional development optimally. Therefore, synergy between Early Childhood Education institutions and parents is an important factor in the success of early childhood education services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan inovasi manajemen keuangan pada lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan prinsip Systematic Literature Review (SLR) sederhana terhadap jurnal nasional periode 2020–2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan PAUD umumnya telah dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pembukuan, serta pelaporan. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti sistem pembukuan manual, keterbatasan sumber pendanaan, dan ketergantungan pada dana pemerintah serta kontribusi orang tua. Di sisi lain, integrasi nilai kewirausahaan dalam PAUD terbukti mampu meningkatkan kreativitas, kemandirian, serta keterlibatan anak dan orang tua. Berdasarkan sintesis literatur, dikembangkan konsep Program Kewirausahaan Tahunan PAUD sebagai inovasi dalam manajemen keuangan. Program ini melibatkan seluruh stakeholder melalui kegiatan produktif yang bernilai ekonomi dan edukatif. Dengan demikian, program ini berpotensi meningkatkan kemandirian finansial lembaga sekaligus memperkaya proses pembelajaran anak secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in detail the implementation of the SMART-TENDIK PAUD innovation as a model for managing educators and educational personnel based on reflection, collaboration, and the use of simple technology, as well as to analyze its impact on improving teacher professionalism in early childhood education settings. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method to explore relevant theories and previous research findings. Data collection techniques include document analysis and systematic online searches from various credible academic sources. Data analysis is conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to ensure comprehensive and accurate interpretation. The results indicate that the implementation of SMART-TENDIK PAUD enhances teachers’ reflective awareness, strengthens collaboration through active participation in learning communities, and improves the effectiveness of educational personnel management through the practical use of simple and accessible technology. Furthermore, this innovation contributes significantly to improving the quality of learning, making it more creative, adaptive, and innovative. Therefore, SMART-TENDIK PAUD can serve as an alternative model of effective, applicable, and sustainable management innovation in enhancing the professionalism of early childhood education teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the model of curriculum innovation management based on character and contextual approaches in improving the quality of early childhood education (PAUD). The background of this research is based on the suboptimal implementation of the Independent Curriculum, particularly in systematically integrating character values and contextual approaches in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Data was obtained from various scientific sources, including journals, with a minimum focus on SINTA 5 ranked journal, as these journals have undergone a process that meets established scientific standards. Additionally, data was obtained from books and previous research relevant to the topic discussed. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation studies, while data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results show that character-based and contextual curriculum management innovation plays a significant role in creating learning that is more meaningful, adaptive, and relevant to children's lives. The integration of character values through habituation, role modeling, and the utilization of local wisdom has been proven to support the holistic formation of children's character. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, such as limited teacher competence, infrastructure, and less than optimal environmental support. Therefore, innovative strategies are needed in the form of improving teacher competence, strengthening collaboration between parents and the community, and optimizing the use of the environment as a learning resource.

Abstract

Technological advances have significantly impacted various aspects of human life. Especially in education, numerous innovations have been implemented, including in the management of educational staff to improve teacher discipline. Improving teacher discipline is achieved through the use of digital attendance applications to facilitate principals' supervision. However, because these applications are developed by each region, the existing features are very different, and there is no feature to provide motivation for teachers. Therefore, innovation is needed in the form of a reward feature, which can take the form of webinars or specific competency training for teachers who maintain 100% attendance. This research method uses a literature study by analyzing journals, books, and previous research. The purpose of this study is to determine changes in teacher discipline after the introduction of the exclusive reward feature. This research is able to contribute theoretical updates in the field of educational staff management with the innovative concept of providing rewards for teachers who are able to discipline themselves in carrying out digital attendance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis best practice Total Quality Management (TQM) berbasis perbaikan berkelanjutan di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar PK Kartasura. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah dan kepala tata usaha sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TQM di sekolah ini telah berjalan secara sistematis melalui siklus perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Perencanaan dilakukan melalui rapat kerja berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sebelumnya, pelaksanaan didukung oleh program seperti Focus Group Discussion (FGD), supervisi pembelajaran, dan pelatihan guru, sedangkan evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala melalui rapat koordinasi dan evaluasi semester. Praktik terbaik yang menonjol adalah digitalisasi pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dalam konsep digital school, didukung oleh program unggulan seperti kelas ICT dan Tahfidz. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dan adaptasi guru terhadap teknologi, sekolah telah melakukan berbagai upaya melalui pelatihan dan inovasi pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan TQM memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, budaya kerja, serta kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) plays a fundamental role in shaping the quality of human resources, as this stage represents a critical period for children's cognitive, social-emotional, and moral development; however, financial management in ECE institutions often faces challenges such as limited funding, non-standardized systems, and low transparency, which may affect service quality. This study aims to analyze financial management strategies and examine their effectiveness and efficiency through the integration of digital and participatory approaches in improving ECE service quality. This research employs a library research method by reviewing relevant literature, including books and scientific journal articles, with data analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach through reduction, categorization, and synthesis. The findings reveal that effective financial management is achieved through integrated managerial functions, supported by digital systems that enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency, as well as participatory approaches that strengthen accountability and stakeholder involvement. In conclusion, the integration of strategic, digital, and participatory financial management contributes to more adaptive, transparent, and sustainable governance in ECE institutions.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pada lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, pengelolaan fasilitas yang masih manual, serta belum terintegrasinya sistem pembelajaran dengan teknologi digital. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya efektivitas pengelolaan dan kurang optimalnya kualitas lingkungan belajar anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep Digital Smart Management sebagai inovasi strategis dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana PAUD guna meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (studi kepustakaan). Data diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen pendukung yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Smart Management mampu menjadi solusi inovatif melalui pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana berbasis digital yang terintegrasi, real-time, transparan, dan berbasis data. Sistem ini mendukung proses inventarisasi, pemantauan fasilitas, pengaturan penggunaan sarana, serta evaluasi pengelolaan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, penerapan sistem ini berpotensi menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman, interaktif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Dengan demikian, Digital Smart Management dapat menjadi strategi yang relevan dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan PAUD di era digital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Early Childhood Education (ECE) represents a crucial stage in supporting children’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development, thereby requiring high-quality institutional management, including financial management. Transparent and accountable financial governance remains a major challenge for ECE institutions in maintaining the sustainability of educational services and strengthening public trust. This study aims to evaluate innovative approaches to financial management in ECE institutions based on Good Financial Governance principles to enhance institutional transparency and accountability. The study employed a qualitative approach through a literature review by analyzing various relevant scientific sources related to educational financial management. The findings indicate that the implementation of Good Financial Governance can be achieved through participatory budgeting, the utilization of technology in financial management, the presentation of accessible financial reports, the establishment of professional financial teams, and well-directed and sustainable fund management. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the integration of Good Financial Governance principles with innovative financial management practices in ECE institutions as a strategy to improve educational service quality. The conclusion confirms that the implementation of sound financial governance enhances transparency, accountability, and community participation, thereby supporting the sustainable improvement of ECE service quality. ABSTRAK Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan fase penting dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik, kognitif, sosial, dan emosional anak sehingga memerlukan pengelolaan lembaga yang berkualitas, termasuk dalam aspek keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel menjadi tantangan bagi lembaga PAUD dalam menjaga keberlanjutan layanan pendidikan serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pendekatan inovatif dalam pengelolaan keuangan PAUD berbasis prinsip Good Financial Governance guna memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan terkait manajemen keuangan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Good Financial Governance dapat diwujudkan melalui penyusunan anggaran partisipatif, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan, penyajian laporan keuangan yang mudah dipahami, pembentukan tim keuangan yang profesional, serta pengelolaan dana yang terarah dan berkelanjutan. Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada penekanan integrasi prinsip Good Financial Governance dengan inovasi pengelolaan keuangan PAUD sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penerapan tata kelola keuangan yang baik mampu meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat sehingga mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan PAUD secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Early Childhood Education (PAUD) curriculum plays an important role in shaping young children’s learning experiences. However, in practice, there are still several challenges, such as a lack of meaningful learning and the suboptimal integration of nationalism values. Therefore, curriculum innovation is needed to incorporate approaches that align with children’s characteristics.This study aims to analyze and develop the concept of transforming the PAUD curriculum based on a multisensory music approach as an effort to strengthen nationalism values in early childhood. The method used is a library research approach by reviewing various sources, including scientific journals, books, and relevant previous studies. The data analysis technique is conducted descriptively and qualitatively through processes of organizing, categorizing, and interpreting data.The results of the study indicate that a multisensory music-based approach can enhance children’s engagement, participation, and understanding in learning. The integration of audio, visual, and kinesthetic elements has proven effective in stimulating children’s motor, cognitive, and affective development. In addition, the use of audio-visual media helps children understand nationalism values in a more concrete and meaningful way.In conclusion, transforming the PAUD curriculum through a multisensory music-based approach is an effective strategy to create enjoyable and holistic learning experiences while strengthening the internalization of nationalism values from an early age.
