Abstract

Customer loyalty is a crucial variable in sustainable business strategies. A company’s success depends not only on acquiring new customers but also on its ability to maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that can build and enhance customer loyalty. This study aims to examine whether product quality has a positive effect on satisfaction, whether e-WOM has a positive effect on satisfaction, whether product quality has a positive effect on loyalty, whether e-WOM has a positive effect on loyalty, and whether satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Additionally, this study investigates the role of satisfaction in mediating the relationship between product quality and e-WOM towards customer loyalty. The population involves all students from the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo, who are TikTok Shop users, with a sample size of 180 respondents. Data were collected using Google Forms and analyzed using SmartPLS. The analysis results show that product quality positively influences satisfaction, e-WOM positively influences satisfaction, product quality positively influences loyalty, e-WOM positively influences loyalty, satisfaction positively influences loyalty, and satisfaction mediates the relationship between product quality and e-WOM towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

Climate change is an increasingly urgent environmental issue, driven by global warming due to rising carbon emissions and greenhouse gases. This study aims to explore the impact of green investment and media exposure on carbon emissions disclosure by companies. This research uses a quantitative approach that relies on data collection through literature review and documentation. The focus of the study is on companies in the oil, gas, and coal subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2021-2023. A purposive sampling method was used, involving 28 companies over a period of 3 years, resulting in 84 observation data points. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, autocorrelation tests, coefficient of determination, t-tests, and f-tests, processed with IBM SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that green investment does not have a significant effect on carbon emissions disclosure. In contrast, media exposure has a negative impact, where greater media attention to the issue correlates with a lower tendency for companies to disclose carbon emissions transparently. These findings emphasize the need for policies that support transparency in carbon emissions disclosure, as well as more effective communication strategies to encourage companies to be more transparent about their carbon emissions.

Abstract

Media is something that cannot be separated from a learning process. When using media, there needs to be variety so that students do not get bored. This research aims to prove that using Animaker media as a medium in learning can produce animated video works that are easy to understand and interesting for students and can be used as teaching materials that are effective for use in the learning process. This research is a quasi-experiment (one group pretest-posttest design). The main instrument in the researcher's own research was carried out to test the validity and effectiveness of the learning videos used, validity trials were carried out using questionnaires, questionnaires were given to respondents and then analyzed by the researcher, as well as the results of student tests which were carried out using pretest and posttest then The participants' pretest and posttest results were taught for analysis by the researcher in tabular form. The subjects of this research were class III students at SDN 07 Sntuk Toboh Gadang, totaling 20 students. Based on the results of data analysis, the results obtained were 1) the average score from the pretest test results with a percentage of 59.6% which was included in the "sufficient" category; 2) the average score from the posttest results with a percentage of 76% which is included in the "good/decent" category; 3) the average score from the results of using a questionnaire to measure the level of effectiveness of the application used with a percentage of 95.375% which is included in the "very feasible" category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas dan efisiensi jalur penyeberangan kapal feri dan jalur darat dari Desa Sungai Raya menuju Banjarmasin. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan masyarakat setempat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jalur kapal feri lebih unggul dalam waktu tempuh, dengan rata-rata 48 menit, dan biaya perjalanan yang lebih rendah, yaitu Rp 8.000 per motor. Sebaliknya, jalur darat menawarkan kenyamanan dan fleksibilitas yang lebih tinggi, meskipun memerlukan waktu lebih lama (1 jam 25 menit) dan biaya yang lebih besar (Rp 50.000 per orang). Survei mengungkapkan bahwa 70% masyarakat lebih memilih jalur kapal feri karena efisiensi biaya dan waktu, sementara 30% memilih jalur darat untuk kenyamanan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi kedua jalur, seperti keterbatasan jadwal kapal feri dan kondisi jalan yang buruk. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pilihan moda transportasi bergantung pada prioritas pengguna, baik efisiensi maupun kenyamanan. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur dan layanan transportasi diharapkan dapat mendukung mobilitas masyarakat secara lebih efektif.  Kata kunci: Efektivitas transportasi, jalur kapal feri, jalur darat.  Abstract: This research analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of ferry crossings and land routes from Sungai Raya Village to Banjarmasin. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews with local communities. The results show that the ferry route is superior in travel time, with an average of 48 minutes, and lower travel costs, namely IDR 8,000 per motorbike. In contrast, the land route offers greater comfort and flexibility, although it takes longer (1 hour 25 minutes) and costs more (IDR 50,000 per person). The survey revealed that 70% of people prefer the ferry route because of cost and time efficiency, while 30% choose the land route for convenience. This research also identified obstacles faced by both routes, such as limited ferry schedules and poor road conditions. The conclusion shows that the choice of transportation mode depends on the user's priorities, both efficiency and comfort. It is hoped that recommendations to improve transportation infrastructure and services can support community mobility more effectively.  Keywords: Transport effectiveness, ferry routes, land routes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran IPS yang diterapkan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Metro Barat dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan modul ajar dari Kemendikdasmen yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa, serta menerapkan model pembelajaran aktif seperti Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL), Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL), dan diskusi. Sumber belajar yang digunakan bersifat variatif dan kontekstual, seperti artikel, berita terkini, dan video pembelajaran. Sekolah mendukung proses pembelajaran karakter melalui program nyata seperti bakti sosial dan kerja bakti. Penilaian karakter dilakukan secara holistik melalui observasi, refleksi, dan evaluasi proyek, serta didukung keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pembelajaran IPS yang aktif, kontekstual, dan kolaboratif dapat membentuk karakter siswa secara efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru dan sekolah dalam merancang pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan pendidikan karakter

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika ekonomi masyarakat yang berada di kawasan padat mahsiswa, tepatnya di kawasan Cendrawasih, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti karena banyak sekali dampak dari keberadaan mahasiswa terhadap perekonomian para pedagang di sekitar kampus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung, serta dokumentasi. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Kriteria informan meliputi pedagang dan mahasiswa. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan mahasiswa memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap ekonomi pedagang, terutama dalam hal meningkatan penjualan selama musim akademik, diversifikasi produk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa, dan penggunaan strategi pemasaran yang lebih agresif.Selain itu, studi ini juga menyoroti tantangan ekonomi yang dihadapi pedagang di sekitar mahasiswa, seperti fluktuasi musiman dalam penjualan, persaingan yang ketat, dan kebutuhan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan tren konsumen.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the implementation of community service activities teaching traditional religious arts (Habsy and Burdah) to children in Terawan Village. It aims to enhance children's skills, preserve cultural heritage, and empower the community. Method: Qualitative descriptive research using Field Research methodology is employed. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. Practical Applications: The research informs community service organizations, educators, and policymakers about the effectiveness of engaging children in traditional arts. It highlights the significance of cultural preservation and community involvement, suggesting potential for similar programs elsewhere. Conclusion: This research demonstrates the positive impact of traditional arts activities on children's development and community cohesion. It emphasizes the importance of cultural preservation and community engagement, advocating for broader implementation of such initiatives.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan seksual merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dikenalkan pada anak sejak usia dini untuk melindungi anak dari ancaman kejahatan seksual, namun masih banyak tantangan dalam penyampaiannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media activity book yang interaktif dan menarik untuk mengenalkan pendidikan seksual kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE dan dikombinasikan dengan evaluasi formatif Tessmer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan walkthrough. Validasi oleh ahli materi dan media menghasilkan skor rata-rata 97% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji coba produk tahap one-to-one evaluation dengan melibatkan 3 anak menunjukkan hasil skor sebesar 89% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan ditahap small group evaluation dengan melibatkan 9 anak mendapatkan skor sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa activity book pendidikan seksual dapat digunakan sebagai media pengenalan pendidikan seksual untuk anak usia 4-5 tahun.Kata Kunci: Activity Book, Pendidikan Seksual, Anak Usia DiniABSTRACTSex education is an important aspect that needs to be introduced to children from an early age to protect children from the threat of sexual crimes, but there are still many challenges in its delivery. This study aims to develop interactive and interesting activity book media to introduce sex education to children aged 4-5 years. This study is a development research or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model and combined with Tessmer's formative evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and walkthroughs. Validation by material and media experts produced an average score of 97% with a very valid category. The results of the one-to-one evaluation product trial stage involving 3 children showed a score of 89% with a very practical category and in the small group evaluation stage involving 9 children got a score of 93%. The results of the study indicate that sexual education activity books can be used as a medium for introducing sexual education for children aged 4-5 years.Keywords: Activity Book, Sex Education, Early Childhood

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini : (1)untuk mengetahui sebaran dan komoditi unggulan holtikultura di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Tahun 2018-2022, dan (2) mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian lahan untuk komoditas hortikultura. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui sebaran dan sektor potensial holtikultura digunakan analisis Location Quotient (LQ). Kesesuaian lahan dianalisis secara spasial menggunakan software geographical informasion system (GIS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan LQ yang memiliki potensial basis di daerah Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yaitu kecamatan Enam Lingkung yang memiliki lima komoditas unggulan dengan nilai LQ Durian 2,73, manggis 5,69, jambu biji 1,97, mangga 1,58, sawo 6,68. (2) Kelas kesesuaian komoditas manggis, sawo, dan mangga, (S2), (S3) dan (N), faktor pembatasnya adalah tekstur tanah, curah hujan, lereng. Durian dan jambu biji termasuk dalam kategori kesesuaian lahan (S2) dan (S3) dimana faktor pembatasnya adalah tekstur tanah dan curah hujan.

Abstract

Speech Act is communication activity which contains the intent to be conveyed when speaking (the illocutionary power of an utterance) and the effect the speaker wants to achieve (perlocutionary speech). In the sale and purchase of sand mining on the banks of the Sariak River, Padang Pariaman Regency, there is a speech act between the miner and the buyer of the sand. The researcher wants to reveal the lexicon and meaning in speech acts as linguistic documentation and the richness of the lexicon. The purpose of this research is to develop linguistics in a sociopragmatic perspective. The theory used in this study is the theory of speech acts in sociopragmatic science. In this study the author uses a qualitative approach. The researcher found the syntactic aspect in the form of words and sentences. The syntactic form found is in the form of nouns that turn into adverbs due to changes in meaning in speech acts based on the context. Then find the sentence mode in the speech act of request by using declarative and interrogative sentences/questions, and using terms and language that are in accordance with the social context of interaction and culture of the community, so that efficient communication is achieved.
