Abstract

This study examines the integration of values from the Sirah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a foundation for educational innovation to build the character of today's generation. The main focus is analyzing the moral, ethical, and spiritual values contained in the Sirah Nabawiyah, such as honesty, compassion, and leadership, and their application in technology-based modern education. The research employs a qualitative approach with literature study, involving analysis of primary sources like the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as secondary sources including works of classical and contemporary scholars. Data analysis techniques include identification, classification, and interpretation of key themes. The results indicate that integrating the values of Sirah Nabawiyah into education can strengthen students' character through innovative approaches such as e-learning, gamification, and project-based learning. This implementation is relevant to addressing the challenges of the digital era, including moral degradation and weak social ethics. In conclusion, integrating Sirah values into the educational curriculum not only develops a generation with noble character but also enhances competitiveness in facing global challenges.

Abstract

Children’s right of participation legitimized in national and international instruments. It is giving children right be hear, to express their views and opinios in matters affecting them significantly, such as the climate crisis. However, exercising this rights still faces various obstacles. This study will describe an analysis of restrictions on children's participation as obstacles to fulfilling children's rights in the law-making process to assuring child involvement can be implemented. As a normative research, this study will examine legal literature materials. The finding shows that children's participation in the policy-making process is faced with the assumption of adults who use age and maturity as benchmarks. This is not in line with the meaning in the Convention on the Rights of the Child which has legally provided legal certainty for children to have the right to participate and make decisions without limiting them solely by age. The Convention only states that children are given the right to participate with a weight that is appropriate for the child. Therefore, policy makers should be able to provide a broader interpretation to children so that these restrictions do not become obstacles. It is necessary to take into account the perspectives of children and uphold the best interests of the child premise to achieve intergenerational equity as a whole.

Abstract

Writing procedure texts in English is an important skill for vocational students, especially those in practice-based programs. These texts are used in workplaces to give instructions or explain steps clearly and accurately. The Genre-Based Approach (GBA) is often used to help students write better by teaching them the structure and purpose of different types of texts. While many studies have shown that GBA helps students organize their writing, few have looked closely at the language mistakes students still make after learning with this method. Methods. This study used a qualitative descriptive design to analyze the errors in 30 procedure texts written by students in the Audio-Visual Editing program at AKN Putra Sang Fajar Blitar. These texts were collected after students completed two cycles of learning with the GBA. The errors were analyzed using the Surface Strategy Taxonomy, focusing on four categories: omission, addition, misformation, and misordering. Two raters checked and coded the data, and additional data from teacher notes and student feedback were used to support the findings. Results. The results showed that most students could follow the correct structure of a procedure text. However, many still made language mistakes. Misformation (wrong word forms) and omission (missing words) were the most common errors. These errors often affected the clarity and meaning of the instructions. This shows that while GBA helps students with text organization, it does not always help improve grammar or sentence accuracy. Conclusions. Genre-based instruction helps students understand how to organize their writing, but it should be combined with a greater focus on grammar and language use. Teachers should include grammar practice and give detailed feedback on errors. This combination can help vocational students write more precise and more correct texts for real-world communication.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era gloabalisasi saat ini tidak hanya membawa dampak positif namun juga dampak negatif bagi masyarakat khususnya dikalangan generasi muda. Beberapa dampak negatif tersebut diantaranya: masalah demoralisasi sikap-prilaku yang berujung pada rendahnya semangat kejuangan, rasa cinta tanah air di kalangan pemuda. Kondisi ini tentu bisa menjadi penghalang ketika bangsa ini ingin menjadi salah satu bangsa yang kuat dan maju. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, maka upaya internalisasi nilai-nilai jiwa dan semangat ’45 (jsn’45) di kalangan pemuda menjadi penting dan harus tetap terus  dilakukan di dalam kerangka Bela Negara guna membentuk mental dan karakter pemuda yang tangguh dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka Fakultas Hukum UPNVJ wajib berperan serta dalam melakukan desiminasi Bela Negara melalui internalisasi nilia-nilai JSN/45 di kalangan pemuda khususnya Pelajar Di SMU No. 07, Tambun Selatan, Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi, diskusi  serta survey kepada para siswa (audience). Melalui kegiatan ini, para siswa diharapkan bisa memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam mengenai konsep-konsep tentang nilai-nilia JSN’45 sebagai perwujudan bela negara, yang mana nilai-nilai ini harus terus diinternalisasi di dalam jiwa dan fikiran para pemuda kemudian diterapkan di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya pengamalan niai-nilai kejuangan, patrotisme, kesetiakawanan dan cinta tanah air di dalam mengisi dan mempertahankan kemerdekaan yang pada akhirnya mampu membentuk karakter pemuda yang tangguh dalam menghadapi tantantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

Salah satu kemampuan yang penting saat ini adalah pemecahan masalah serta pemikiran logis dan sistematis dengan menguraikan masalah menjadi bagian-bagian kecil sehingga mudah untuk dijalankan sesuai dengan konsep dari Computational Thinking. Kemampuan ini yang sangat berguna di banyak aspek dalam menjalankan kehidupan, baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun secara profesional. Dalam konteks Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar, stimulus untuk berpikir secara logis dan rasional dapat membantu untuk menyiapkan siswa yang siap untuk mempersiapkan masa depan yang menuntut kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik. Keterkaitan konsep Computational Thinking dengan kondisi pembelajaran di SDN 032 Tilil Bandung berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara awal dengan pihak sekolah yang menyatakan belum ada proses pembelajaran yang menstimulus konsep dan cara berpikir komputasional. Pihak sekolah menyatakan juga bahwa membutuhkan proses penyelarasan konsep Computational Thinking dalam pembelajaran, hal ini merupakan salah satu hal yang ingin diterapkan untuk mampu mewujudkan salah satu misi yang telah dicanangkan yaitu dengan melatih pola pikir anak agar mampu menumbuhkan kreativitasnya. Dalam rangka perwujudan misi SDN 032 Tilil ini dapat dilakukan dalam kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan game sederhana menggunakan game Scratch sebagai media ajar dalam proses penerapan dan integrasi konsep Computational Thinking. Kegiatan ini akan ditargetkan dalam pelatihan kepada guru yang diharapkan nantinya guru dapat memberikan pengajaran pembuatan game sederhana kepada murid dalam penerapan dan integrasi Computational Thinking.

Abstract

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which must be implemented. Lecturers and students at the Faculty of Law, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta collaborated in a community service activity with partners targeting the community around RPRA Malinjo, Pejaten, South Jakarta City. This service activity aims to improve the quality and legal awareness in the community regarding Intellectual Property Rights, especially Copyright. Of course, this service activity is expected to provide significant benefits to the community. In achieving its objectives, this service activity uses the latest and innovative methods, such as collaborating legal counseling methods and community character development methods to achieve the objectives of this work program.

Abstract

Untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pencegahan perundungan, sikap disiplin, dan tanggung jawab diperlukan adanya pemberian edukasi yang tepat dan terarah kepada peserta didik. Edukasi dengan cara edukasi menjadi salah satu langkah untuk mencegah adanya kasus perundungan khususnya di SDN Rawa Barat 05 Pagi, edukasi ini melibatkan 30 peserta didik. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah, edukasi, dan diskusi yang berjudul Edukasi Sadar Hukum Terhadap Bullying Serta Pendidikan Disiplin dan Tanggung Jawab. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar yang duduk di kelas 4 dan kelas 5. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membentuk sikap disiplin serta tanggung jawab agar tindakan perundungan di sekolah diminimalisasi. Peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik dapat dilihat dari hasil posttest yang memperlihatkan peserta didik dapat memahami materi yang dibawakan.
