Abstract

Teknologi yang berkembang secara pesat berdampak pada lini kehidupan manusia, termasuk didalam aktivitas suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Pemanfaatan teknologi seyogyanya diperlukan dalam membantu pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu teknologi yang membantu dalam proses pekerjaan di dalam lingkungan organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu dengan mengunakan sistem komputersasi. Melalui penggunaan sistem komputerisasi maka setiap unit kerja di kantor atau perusahaan mampu untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan efesiensi waktunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem komputerisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian korelasional dengan analisis secara kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem komputerisasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 56 responden, dan kemudian dianalisis dengan koefisien korelasi product moment dan koefisien determinan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian tersebut menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel tersebut, dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori rendah yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara sistem komputerisasi dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Ini dapat diartikan bahwa efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Enrekang dipengaruhi oleh sistem komputerisasi sebesar 19,7%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Edukasi anti-bullying di Sekolah Dasar (SD) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membangun budaya positif di kalangan siswa yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan mendukung perkembangan positif bagi siswa. Bullying dapat berdampak buruk pada kesehatan mental dan perkembangan sosial anak, sehingga upaya pencegahan sejak dini sangat diperlukan. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul “Edukasi Anti-Bullying di Sekolah Dasar: Membangun Budaya Positif di Kalangan Siswa” dilaksanakan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa mengenai pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang bebas dari bullying. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan di SD Inpres 8 Mamboro, yang terletak di Jalan Trans Sulawesi No 158 Kelurahan Mamboro Barat, Kecamatan Palu Utara, Kota Palu. Adapun Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas 5 dan 6, dengan jumlah total sekitar 49 siswa yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok di SD Inpres 8 Mamboro. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap utama, yaitu Persiapan, tim pengabdian akan melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah (guru dan kepala sekolah) untuk menentukan jadwal pelaksanaan dan materi yang akan disampaikan; Penyuluhan yang melibatkan pemaparan materi tentang jenis-jenis bullying, dampaknya, serta cara pencegahan melalui presentasi interaktif dan diskusi kelompok; dan kegiatan simulasi dan permainan edukatif yang bertujuan untuk melatih keterampilan sosial siswa dalam menghadapi bullying serta mempraktikkan nilai-nilai empati dan saling menghargai. Hasil dari PKM ini akan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa bagaimana Pencegahan Anti-Bullying di Sekolah Dasar dengan membangun Budaya Positif di Kalangan Siswa.

Abstract

There are still many students who need help with self-efficacy. This problem has an impact on the low interest in learning. One way to overcome these problems is to use appropriate learning media. This study aims to produce digital picture storybooks reviewed from the feasibility aspect based on the results of validation by experts and to know the practicality and effectiveness of digital picture storybooks in increasing self-efficacy and learning interest in fourth-grade elementary school students. This research is research and development with the Borg & Gall model. Data collection was carried out through interviews, scales, and questionnaires. Data analysis used the N Gain test, Independent Sample t-Test, Paired Sample t Test, and the MANOVA test. The results showed that digital picture storybooks were feasible to use based on the results of the validation of material experts and the results of validation of media experts and practical use based on the results of the teacher's response questionnaire and the results of student responses. The results of the N Gain test showed an increase in self-efficacy and student learning interest in the experimental group, which was higher than the control class. It was concluded that digital picture storybooks effectively increased the self-efficacy and learning interest of fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the positive character of elementary school students through digital literacy in the era of social media. The background of this activity is based on the increasing use of digital technology by elementary school children that has not been balanced with critical thinking skills, digital ethics, and social awareness, so that it risks triggering negative behavior such as bullying in the school environment and social media. This activity was carried out at SD Inpres 2 Talise, Palu City, using interactive lecture methods, group discussions, and educational video-based simulations. The evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the increase in students' understanding of character values ​​and digital literacy. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding, from 40% in the pre-test to 85% in the post-test. This activity shows that digital literacy can be an effective means of instilling positive character values, such as responsibility, empathy, and social media ethics. It is hoped that this activity can be an initial model for the development of a digital-based character strengthening program at the elementary school level

Abstract

Gadget use among elementary school students is increasing in tandem with the advancement of digital technology. This study aims to determine the relationship between gadget use and the level of digital literacy of elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Talise. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 36 students selected purposively. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale, consisting of 15 items for the variables of gadget use and digital literacy. Data analysis included normality tests, linearity tests, and Pearson correlation tests. The results of the normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed, while the linearity test indicated a linear relationship between the two variables. The Pearson correlation test showed a significant positive relationship between gadget use and digital literacy. This finding suggests that the more frequent and appropriate use of gadgets, the higher the students' digital literacy level. This study emphasizes the importance of mentoring and educational use of gadgets to improve digital literacy skills from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the mathematics learning motivation of second-grade students at SD Negeri 22 Palu through the implementation of interactive media. The research utilized Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with each cycle comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 30 second-grade students. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed descriptively both qualitatively and quantitatively. The success indicator was set if at least 80% of students demonstrated high learning motivation. The results showed a significant increase in students' learning motivation across all indicators, including active engagement, desire and willingness to learn, response to feedback, persistence in completing tasks, and enthusiasm for the subject matter. The average learning motivation increased from 47% in the pre-cycle, to 71% in the first cycle, and reached 91% in the second cycle. These findings demonstrate that the use of innovative and engaging interactive media can effectively improve students’ motivation in learning mathematics. This study recommends the broader use of interactive media in the learning process and encourages schools to provide adequate support and facilities.

Abstract

Objective: Primary education plays a strategic role in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, especially in shaping environmental awareness and improving students' well-being from an early age. However, the integration of SDGs in learning practices still faces structural and pedagogical challenges at the school level. This study aims to examine the implementation of SDGs values in primary school learning and analyze how education quality management contributes to the effectiveness of the implementation. Method: This study used a qualitative approach with a collective case study design involving 15 primary schools in Palu City. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed thematically. Results: Results showed that schools with structured quality management systems and participatory leadership were more successful in internalizing SDGs values in learning, particularly through thematic activities and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The impact is seen in the improvement of students' environmentally conscious behavior and social empathy. This research confirms the importance of a systemic approach that integrates pedagogical and managerial aspects in supporting the achievement of SDGs at the basic education level. Novelty: The findings contribute to the theory of sustainable education and offer practical implications for education policy at the local and national levels

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to students' difficulties in understanding Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning within the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Al-Khairaat Tondo. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of third-grade students and IPAS teachers.The findings indicate that students' difficulties are influenced by several factors, including limited understanding of abstract IPAS concepts, low student interest in IPAS subjects, a lack of interactive learning media, and learning strategies that are not yet fully aligned with the characteristics of the Merdeka Curriculum. In conclusion, there is a need to improve contextual learning approaches, utilize more varied media, and provide teacher training in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum to enhance students' understanding of IPAS materials.   Keywords: IPAS, Learning Difficulties, Merdeka Curriculum, Contextual Learning, Elementary School Students.

Abstract

Inovasi pembelajaran di sekolah dasar sering terkendala oleh minimnya kompetensi digital guru dan kurang optimalnya integrasi kearifan lokal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan menguatkan keterampilan guru SDN 8 Labuan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran Augmented Reality (AR) yang mengintegrasikan konten etnosains dan etnomatematika. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan 20 peserta melalui lokakarya intensif dan pendampingan. Peserta dilatih memproduksi aset 3D menggunakan kecerdasan buatan (Generative AI) dan merakitnya menjadi media interaktif pada platform Assemblr Edu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada literasi digital dan pedagogis guru, dibuktikan dengan terciptanya produk media AR berbasis budaya lokal, seperti visualisasi Rumah Adat Souraja. Evaluasi program mencatatkan skor kepuasan rata-rata 9,18 (kategori Sangat Baik), dengan apresiasi tertinggi pada relevansi materi terhadap pelestarian budaya.  Program pengabdian ini efektif meningkatkan keterampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkan media Augmented Reality (AR) berbasis etnosains dan etnomatematika. Integrasi AR, kearifan lokal, dan teknologi generatif berbasis AI mampu memvisualisasikan konsep abstrak secara kontekstual sekaligus menurunkan hambatan teknis guru. Pendampingan berkelanjutan direkomendasikan untuk memastikan konsistensi penerapan media AR dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the implementation of deep learning in elementary schools through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review focuses on five main aspects: the concepts and principles of deep learning, supporting instructional models and strategies, the role of teachers in pedagogical practice, the impacts of deep learning along with the assessment approaches employed, and implementation challenges as well as existing research gaps. The literature search was conducted using reputable academic databases, with publications limited to the last five years to ensure the relevance of findings to contemporary curriculum developments and educational practices. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and trends across the reviewed studies. The findings indicate that deep learning in elementary education is consistently understood as a pedagogical approach that emphasizes conceptual understanding, active student engagement, meaningful reflection, and the development of higher-order thinking skills. The depth of learning is found to be more strongly influenced by teachers’ pedagogical design, the quality of learning interactions, and the use of continuous formative assessment than by the adoption of specific instructional models or technologies. However, most existing studies remain short-term in nature and are predominantly conducted in urban school contexts. Therefore, further longitudinal and context-sensitive research, particularly in rural areas, is needed to strengthen the sustainability of deep learning implementation in elementary schools.
