Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai secara parsial, simultan dan mana yang berpengaruh dominan pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja terlihat dari nilai thitung > ttabel atau (2,410 > 1,992). Variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja terlihat dari nilai thitung > ttabel atau (8,533 > 1,992). Kemudian, variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (46,698 > 3,11). Variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karena besarnya koefisien regresi variabel bebas motivasi kerja (X2) (0,814) > lingkungan kerja (X1) (0,283).

Abstract

To deal with these business developments, maturity is needed in aspects of its entrepreneurial orientation and the adoption of social media as one of its marketing channels. If these two aspects can be applied properly, this is believed to increase a sustainable competitive advantage. The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and social media marketing on sustainable competitive advantage. The sample in this study amounted to 170 respondents, who were determined by a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis using the SPSS application displays data processing results through research instrument testing with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that entrepreneurial orientation and social media marketing have a positive and significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage. The research implication explains that MSME actors should be passionate about doing something so that creativity can emerge if you, as an entrepreneur, are passionate about doing or discovering new things. The next implication is recommending that MSME business actors be advised to integrate marketing channels traditionally based on modern marketing

Abstract

The development of digital marketing today has the potential to change economic patterns in Indonesia, changes in economic patterns can be in the form of an increase in people's purchasing power and changes in people's consumptive behavior. It is necessary for someone to know and learn this digitalization era to accelerate economic growth. Currently, digital marketing is a crucial element in business marketing strategies. In addition, digital marketing plays an important role in the development of MSMEs, one of which is MSMEs in the creative economy. Marketing strategies with digital marketing tend to have higher revenue growth compared to those that do not use digital marketing as a marketing strategy. Abstract

Digital transformation has become a global trend that affects all aspects of human life. In Indonesia, digital transformation can accelerate economic growth, especially in the creative economy sector. One of them is efficiency in the use of technology, investment in digital infrastructure and increasing financial access. The aim of this research is to analyze the opportunities and challenges related to the policy of accelerating digital transformation in the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The research found that there are various opportunities that can be exploited in developing the creative economy in Indonesia through accelerated digital transformation policies, challenges that must be overcome, such as low technological accessibility and inadequate infrastructure. Research shows that accelerated digital transformation policies can be a driver of creative economic growth in Indonesia which must be adapted to local conditions and accompanied by efforts to increase technological accessibility and adequate infrastructure. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kualitas pendidikan, dan salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut adalah komunikasi yang efektif serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 pegawai di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan, sementara itu lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara keseluruhan, kedua faktor ini terbukti saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen sekolah untuk memperbaiki kualitas komunikasi internal serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The implementation of sustainable business models is increasingly considered important in the business world which focuses on environmental, social and economic sustainability. This study aims to review the existing literature on the application of sustainable business models in management with a focus on the approaches applied and solutions adopted by organizations to address sustainability-related challenges. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) , where relevant articles are collected through searches in several leading databases. The research results show that sustainable business models are more often implemented with the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) approach , which includes economic, social and environmental aspects in business strategy. The main obstacles faced by companies are limited resources, uncertainty in measuring impact, and organizational cultural resistance to change. Solutions identified include collaboration between the public and private sectors, the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies, and training to increase understanding of sustainability among stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di sebuah SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Malang, Indonesia. Dengan desain eksplanatori kuantitatif dan teknik sensus (N = 56), data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (β = 0,354), stres kerja (β = 0,247), dan beban kerja (β = 0,888) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan kontribusi simultan sebesar 75,6% (R² = 0,756). Beban kerja menjadi prediktor paling dominan. Meski sebagian besar instrumen menunjukkan reliabilitas baik, skala beban kerja hanya mencapai nilai α = 0,554 yang menunjukkan keterbatasan pada konsistensi pengukuran. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia pendidikan dengan menekankan pentingnya pengaturan beban kerja dan penguatan kepemimpinan suportif, serta secara teoritis menguatkan kerangka stressor challenge–hindrance. Namun, belum dilakukannya analisis mediasi atau moderasi serta tidak adanya prosedur cross-validation menjadi catatan yang membatasi generalisasi temuan.

Abstract

Prestasi kerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kualitas pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai maupun manajemen. Dalam lingkungan kerja yang kompetitif, setiap individu berusaha mencapai prestasi terbaik. Etos kerja yang tinggi menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong pegawai untuk bekerja dengan penuh semangat dan tanggung jawab. Di samping itu, disiplin kerja yang mencakup ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan terhadap aturan, dan konsistensi dalam menyelesaikan tugas, memiliki peran signifikan dalam menunjang pencapaian prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Negeri 2 Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai sejumlah 30 orang. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier serderhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) etos kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. 2) displin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. 3) etos kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. 4) etos kerja adalah variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada SMP Negeri 2 Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Education is one of the most important platforms to add insight into the world. Entrepreneurship education has many benefits for everyone in developing knowledge that has not been known before to be known. Furthermore, Entrepreneurship Education discusses a lot about an idea related to competence in the business world besides tending to provide the ability to develop creativity and innovation. Furthermore, entrepreneurial innovation creates entrepreneurial success and becomes an opportunity to start a business venture as well as the support services that are already available in the form of career offerings the form of a means to contribute to the economy by creating a job This study uses content analysis on some articles that have been published in national and international journals from 2017 to 2023, with entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial innovation as the main focus of research. This latest study reveals that in the last three years, the number of publications focusing on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial innovation has increased. Among these publications, the most dominant research design is qualitative research. In addition, the research subjects were high school students and university students, respectively, who were targeted in the most articles and material variables. T-test data analysis is the most commonly used instrument and data analysis method in series. In light of the findings of this study, several recommendations have been proposed for future research with entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial innovation as the main focus. Some of these recommendations include increasing the diversity of research types and selecting more appropriate data analysis techniques

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara perusahaan rintisan (startup) menjalankan strategi pemasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis praktik pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh startup melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan meninjau 35 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pendekatan, alat, strategi, serta tantangan yang umum dihadapi dalam konteks pemasaran digital startup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial, konten pemasaran, SEO, dan email marketing menjadi alat dominan, sementara keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya keahlian digital, dan perubahan algoritma menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi akademis dengan memetakan tren riset dan memberi wawasan praktis bagi pelaku industri startup.
