Abstract

Sabarang rice field tourism is in a very strategic area as a tourist destination because, its location located on the Sumatra Causeway (Bukittinggi-Padang Sidempuan) can be an attraction factor for tourists to visit. This study aims to: 1). Find out the tourism potential of sabarang rice fields through the Padang Bulan Mandailing Natal Regency miik Village enterprise (BUMDes). 2). Knowing the development of sabarang rice field attractions through BUMDes Padang Bulan village, Kotanopan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. 3). Knowing the results of the analysis of the potential and development of sawah sabarang Tourism Village through BUMDes Padang Bulan Village Mandailing Natal Regency with SWOT analysis. In this study the methods used are qualitative methods and data obtained using SWOT analysis. The results showed that : 1). Sabarang Rice Field tourism Padang Bulan Village Mandailing Natal Regency has a natural potential that is still very beautiful in the form of a vast expanse of rice fields, forests, waterfalls and also crossed by the Batang Gadis River. Then the place is strategic as a tourist destination because, its location is located on Jalan Lintas Sumatera (Bukittinggi-Padang Sidempuan) which is an attraction factor for tourists to visit. 2). efforts to develop the Sabarang Rice Field tourism object in Padang Bulan Village are how to achieve the empowerment of Tourism objects in Padang Bulan Village and can also obtain village revenue through the sabarang rice field tourism object also the padang bulan village government hopes that people who have household industries that have received training can market their products in sabarang rice field tourism and of course sabarang rice field tourism can open as many jobs as possible for young people and the Padang Bulan village community. 3). Based on SWOT analysis shows that sabarang rice field tourism is in a good position that is aggressive / developing (SO strategy). Where this position in a business has a strong position and the opportunity to grow. The strategy that must be implemented for tourism in this position is to support aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1)knowing the application of pottery making in sustainable pottery (2) knowing the application of pottery making in increasing sustainable pottery production (3) the application of sustainable Pottery digital marketing (4) the application of digital marketing in the perspective of Islamic economics. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that is by observation, interviews and documentation with 6 sustainable Potters. Facebook Instagram, Google business, and Lestari Pottery implement digital marketing through social media, namely Facebook, Instagram and Google Business. Digital marketing done in sustainable pottery is still weak, especially on Facebook accounts and on Google Business. Sustainable pottery applies digital marketing according to the perspective of Islamic economics, which is associated with this business is well interconnected in improving creative products that are in accordance with the principles that have been in the Al-Qur'an. Based on the results of digital marketing, sustainable pottery is more active on social media, which is used mainly on Facebook and Google business, so that more often upload product photos and videos so that more information is shared faster in promoting sustainable pottery products.

Abstract

Efficiency is a very important factor for the survival of a company or organization, both macro and micro and only focuses on the National Amil Zakat Agency (BASNAZ) of North Sumatra province and this study was only conducted from December 2020 to July 2021. This study aims to determine the level of efficiency BAZNAS North Sumatra province so that BAZNAS can evaluate, minimize errors and determine policies that will be done to improve the performance of BAZNAS seen from the input and output variables. This study uses a type of quantitative research using BAZNAS financial statements obtained from the official website sumut.baznas.go.id observation period 2016-2019. The method used in this study is the ratio approach and non-parametic Data Envelopement Analysis (DEA) with intermediation approach. The results of this study as a whole has reached the level of 100% efficiency in the period 2016-2019 through the DEA method with an intermediation approach. While in the ratio approach the level of efficiency is far from efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy undertaken by the State Museum of North Sumatra province as one of the historical tourism in order to increase the value of PAD (local revenue) by increasing the number of visitors. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques using the SOAR method (strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results).Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) the application of SOAR analysis at the State Museum of North Sumatra using internal and external factors analysis strategy. (2) calculation results on the comparison between strengths and weaknesses in the table IFAs and EFAS, IFAS calculation shows that Strenght (S) is greater than Opportunity (O). While EFAS calculation shows Results (R) is greater than Aspirations (a). (3) the results of the IE (Internal - external) matrix of the State Museum of North Sumatra province are located in Cell Number 1, namely concentration through vertical integration which indicates that the museum is in a strong state. And the results of SOAR obtained are in Quadrant II, a position that indicates a strong organization, but faces great challenges. (4) from the analysis that has been done, the State Museum of North Sumatra province is recommended to implement a diversification strategy by optimizing strengths to achieve measurable results.

Abstract

Islamic human resource development through training and human resource management not only in terms of increasing intellectual abilities, but also emphasizing moral depth that comes from spiritual or religious origins. Therefore, the material in training or development must contain the values of Etqan, Ihsan, and al-Falah and also is aimed at to determine the role and also the impact of coaching, training and mentoring from Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEsin improving the business performance of their assisted MSMEs through the Fast Track of Digitalization of 1000 Dignified MSMEs. The Implementation Method is chosen at this training. By taking 1000  assisted MSME actors who participated in the coaching, training and mentoring program provided by Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEsfor 3 months. This training is carried out directly through the process of training and mentoring MSMEs and other supporting things obtained online and offline.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the optimal approach for enhancing the competitiveness of halal culinary products.This research is qualitative research using quantitative tools, namely by using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) method. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were then processed using SOAR matrix analysis in 3 stages: identifying SOAR factors, determining IFE and EFA values, and determining strategy results using SOAR diagram matrix. The subject of this research is Tanjungbalai halal culinary MSMEs, while the object of this research is a strategy to increase competitiveness. The respondents to this study are all halal culinary MSME sellers in Tanjungbalai.The result of the SOAR method is SA, which is a strategy that uses all aspirations to increase the competitiveness of halal culinary MSME sales. Strength Aspirations Strategy. The strategy carried out is to improve product quality, improve the quality of labels and packaging, and diversify marketing.

Abstract

Handling efforts by reusing palm oil industry waste in accordance with the green economy concept are considered capable of minimizing the negative effects of industrial activities. The aim of this research is to explore green economy opportunities in overcoming the negative impacts of the industry. Data collected through field observations, interviews and questionnaires, was tested using EFAS and IFAS techniques and then formulated using the SOAR matrix. The results of analysis found that the S-A strategy in green industrial activities uses power to achieve aspirations so that companies can use it as an excuse to continue implementing and developing sustainable concepts. With efforts to reuse waste and with assistance and monitoring of the five elements of the pentahelix in efforts to handle waste, it is found that the negative influence of palm oil industry activities can be minimized.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop Gunung Tua. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The number of respondents in the research was 138 people who were consumers of Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop Gunung Tua. The data analysis technique for this research uses SPSS Version 21 which includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests, hypothesis tests with partial tests (t tests), simultaneous tests (f tests) and coefficient of determination tests (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop Gunung Tua. Product quality, service quality and price are the most important things in influencing consumer satisfaction. So the higher the level of each variable in influencing consumer satisfaction, the higher the consumer satisfaction will be. And if the consumer is satisfied with the product offered, the consumer will not hesitate to make a repeat purchase.

Abstract

The implementation of operational management in a corporation is of utmost importance. Irrespective of the diverse operational processes that are present inside the organization. There is a potential for the existence of conditions and restrictions. The objective of this study is to examine the application of operational management practices within local enterprises in Mojokerto City, specifically focusing on PT Nasional Industry Gasses Indonesia. The research findings indicate that PT Calvary Abadi has implemented many operational management strategies, one of which is quality management through the adoption of ISO standards as a mandatory operational requirement. The study's findings highlight the effective approach of PT Calvary Abadi in ensuring quality, planning, and collaboration within the organization through the implementation of operational management strategies such as ISO standard adoption, annual forecasting, and supply chain coordination. The organization maintains annual management forecasting phases and establishes a well-defined supply chain management structure that facilitates coordination between the company, its suppliers, and consumers. The ideal geographical plan for the company has been determined. This study utilizes qualitative data acquired through the implementation of HR/HSE interview procedures throughout several companies. The research did not employ any sample methodology and solely focused on PT Calvary Abadi as the subject of analysis for operational management.

Abstract

Penenlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model Dan Financial Technology (Fintech) terhadap keputusan Donatur membayar ZIS melalui Gopay Pada Dompet Dhuafa di Kota Medan. Adapun jenis penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memakai 2 variabel independen yaitu Technology Acceptance Model dan Financial Technology (Fintech) serta satu variabel dependen yaitu Keputusan Donatur Membayar ZIS Melalui Gopay Pada Dompet Dhuafa di Kota Medan. Sesudah melakukan tinjauan pustaka ataupun lapangan, serta penyusunan hipotesis data pada penelitian ini didapat melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 81 Donatur sebagai sampel penelitian dengan skala likert sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Data diolah melalui program SPSS 23.0 dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Technology Acceptance Model memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Donatur Membayar ZIS Melalui Gopay Pada Dompet Dhuafa di Kota Medan. Dengan nilai t hitung variabel Technology Acceptance Model 2,652 > 1,665 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,010 > 0.05. 2) Financial Technology memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Donatur Membayar ZIS Melalui Gopay Pada Dompet Dhuafa di Kota Medan.Dengan nilai t hitung variabel Financial Technology 4,718 > 1,665 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 > 0.05. 3) Secara Simultan variabel Technology Acceptance Model dan Financial Technology memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Donatur Membayar ZIS Melalui Gopay Pada Dompet Dhuafa di Kota Medan. Dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 51,643 > 2,72 dan signifikansi pada 0,00 < 0,05 Artinya ada pengaruh signifikan variabel X1, X2 dan variabel Y secara bersama-sama.
