This research is aimed to Analyze The Impact Of Income, Price, And Number Of Family Members On Demand For Sea Fish In Kuala Samboja Village In District Samboja both simultaneously and partially and to know the independent variable which was the most dominant among income, price, and number of family members. The research was conducted in Kuala Samboja Village In District Samboja. The sample of this research are misters and mistresses who live in Kuala Samboja Village. The number of samples are 30 people which then the researcher use Systematic Random Sampling. The result of this research shows that on simultan way independent variables (X1, X2, X3) have a significant impact on dependent variable (Y), while on partial way variable of fish's price (X2) has a significant impact on dependent variable (Y). The most dominant variable among 3 (three) independent variables (X1, X2, X3) is fish's price factor which is shown by the value of ß standardized coefficients that has the greatest value. The purpose of this research is examine the counseling methods used by Fisheries Instructors in Delivering Information to Fish Farmers in districts Tenggarong Seberang. The sampling method used was the Purposive Sampling method with a total of 10 person. Data analysis method used is Interactive analysis method with the analysis model of data collection, data condensation, display data and conclusion. The results of this study showed that there are two methods used by fisheries instructors in providing information to fish farmers in Tenggarong Seberang, namely the method of individual approach and group approach. Methods that include individual approaches are individual method while methods included in the group approach are demonstration methods and lectures.Keywords: Counseling Methods, Fish Cultivators Group, districts Tenggarong Seberang.

Derawan Island is one of Indonesia's tourist attractions located in Berau Regency. Derawan Island as a tourist destination must continue to improve itself in an effort to attract tourists to come for a tour by paying attention to the level of tourist satisfaction which is one of the benchmarks for the success of a tourist object. Many factors can affect the level of tourist satisfaction, among which the authors take as the independent variables of the study are: Transportation, Security, and Services, and as the dependent variable is The Level of Satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of transportation, security, and service factors on the satisfaction level of tourists from Derawan Island, Berau Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted by survey. The sampling method used was the Accidental Sampling method with 30 respondents, namely domestic tourists visiting Derawan Island attractions. Data collection techniques used interviews, and observations, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that there was an influence of transportation and service factors on the satisfaction level of Derawan Island tourism objects with a sigma value <α (0.05). This research was performed to know the Role of Fishery Extension Agent in Supervising Mangrove Forest Preservation Group in Muara Pantuan Village Anggana Sub-District Kutai Kartanegara District. Primary data were collected in November 2019 in Muara Pantuan Village Anggana Sub-District Kutai Kartanegara District through interview using question list arranged in accordance with the research objectives. Sampling method used was census method, obtaining 36 people of mangrove forest preservation group, who were all chosen as the research respondents. The data were further analyzed through descriptive quantitative. Direct interview was also done receiving respondents answers of questionnaire provided, which was then analyzed through scoring method. Research method showed that the roles of extension agent as a communicator, facilitator, and mediator were strong, while their role as organizer was decent. Furthermore, regarding the perception of mangrove forest preservation group, the role of fishery extension agent in Muara Pantuan Vilage was overall strong with the mean score of 40.1 at the range of 35.2 – 45.0.

This study aims to determine the amount of income of fish pitchmen and fishmongers in Kecamatan Anggana, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. When the research took place for 10 months, the sampling method used was the Census and Disproportionate stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 14 respondents Primary Observation Data (2019). The results showthat the income of fishmongers in Kecamatan Anggana is Rp. 41.967.168,80/month and for the average among per respondent is Rp. 5.993.309,83/month. As for the fish pitchmen is Rp. 22.320.600,20/month with average per respondent is Rp. 3.188.657,17/month. The comparison of income from both sellers shows that the income of fishmonger is bigger than the income of fish pitchman in Kecamatan Anggana. The result of fishmonger’s income is Rp. 5.995.309,83/month while the income of fish pitchman is Rp. 3.188.657/month. The difference in both income is Rp. 2.806.652,66/month.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of perception of fisheries instructors on the performance of fish cultivation groups in the villages of Panoragan, Sepakat, Jembayan and Sumber Sari Village in Lao Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara District. The study was conducted for 9 months (January-September). The sampling method used in this study is a purposive sampling method with 5 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods . The results of the study of Fisheries Perception of the Performance of Fish Cultivators in the Loa Kulu sub District of Kutai Kartanegara District, the partial planning indicators are in the high category with a score of 8.8. Indicators of partial organizational ability are in the high category with a score of 9. Institutional access indicators partially are in the high category with a score of 9. Indicators of entrepreneurial ability are partially in the high category with a score of 9. Indicators of independence are partially in the high category with a score of 9.

The aim to know the role of fishery Extension Worker in guiding “Mekar Bersama” Management and Marketing Group in Muara Sembilang Sub-Village, Samboja Sub-District. Sampling determination used census method which is all population members (“Mekar Bersama” Management and Marketing Group) amounting to 11 people became the research respondents. Score data (highest score is 3 and lowest score is 1) from the questionnaire guided by likert scale was analyzed using interval class formulation. The result of this research is the role of fishery Extension Worker in developing “Mekar Bersama” Management and Marketing Group with the average score of 59.81 at the range of 50.01-63.00 included to the high level. It means that the Extension Worker in Muara Sembilang Sub-Village is able to implement his Extension Worker role as motivator, catalyst, educator organizator, communicator, and advisor

The purpose of this study is to examine the level of group dynamics of "Damai Makmur" Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) cultivators in Sidodamai Samarinda Ilir Samarinda. Primary data collection was carried out in June 2019 in Sidodamai Samarinda Ilir Samarinda. The sample was determined using census method, in which all of Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) cultivator groups totaling 10 people became the respondents. The data was obtained by interview process using a list of questions. It was then analyzed descriptive-quantitatively based on the "Likert Scale", where each answer to the question was given a score, 3 as the highest score and 1 as the lowest score. The results showed that the level of group dynamics of "Damai Makmur" Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) cultivators was in the high category (dynamic). Besides, for the group structure indicators, group effectiveness and group pressure result in the medium category (quite dynamic), while the hidden intention indicator is in the low category (not dynamic). Overall, the results of the level of group dynamics of the fish cultivators are in the high category with an average score of 116.4 in the range (113-144).

Sepakat Village is a home for Semoga Jaya and Sumber Rezeki Fish Farming Industry Groups. This study was aimed to analyze the dynamics of Tilapia Fish Farming Groups (Pokdakan) in Sepakat Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted from March to October, 2019, in Sepakat Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method to select the groups used as samples. Moreover, census method was also carried out to count the population who are respondents for this study. The number of respondents was 22 people. The data collection technique was done through observation, questionnaire and interview that were then analyzed by using Likert scale to find out the class intervals. The results of this study showed that, from the aspect of group dynamics, the analysis showed relatively high scores with the average of 167.3 (the range of scores obtained was from 138.7 to 177). Therefore, it indicated that the fish farming groupsstudied were relatively dynamic that the groups members showed good cooperation.

This research was aimed at knowing the extension officer’s activity towards the fish farmer group with floating-net-cages in ex-mining ponds in Lok Bahu Urban Village and knowing the role of the extension officers who were assigned in Lok Bahu Urban Village, Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda, in encouraging the fish farmer group. This research was conducted for 5 months starting from August 2018 to December 2018. In this case, the research location was in Lok Bahu Urban Village, Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda. Sampling was done based on a census method that was all fish farmer groups of Rawa Bening 1 and Rawa Bening 2 were the respondents of this research. The research finding showed that the fisheries extension officer’s role in encouraging the fish farmer group with floating-net-cages in ex-mining ponds was classified in a maximum high category. Therefore, the three indicators of fisheries extension officer’s role that should be improved are the extension officer’s role in transmitting the Technology and Science, in business activity and in transmitting information and innovation.
