Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the effectiveness of Islamic banking digitalization in Bandung City. Specifically, it examines the roles of Employee Digital Competencies (EDC), Technology Infrastructure (TEI), and Local Government Support (LGS) in shaping the success of digital transformation in Islamic banking institutions. A total of 220 respondents from various Islamic banks in Bandung participated in this research. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that Employee Digital Competencies, Local Government Support, and Technology Infrastructure significantly and positively influence the effectiveness of digitalization. The findings suggest that employee skills, government support, and robust technology infrastructure are essential for successful digital transformation in Islamic banking. This study contributes to the understanding of the digitalization process in Islamic financial services and provides practical recommendations for banking practitioners and policymakers in fostering an environment conducive to digital innovation.

Abstract

This study examines the regulation and implementation of discretionary authority in Indonesian government administration following the enactment of Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. Using a normative juridical approach, the research analyzes the legal framework, guiding principles, and mechanisms of accountability associated with the use of discretion by public officials. The law formally defines discretionary authority, outlines conditions for its application, and incorporates safeguards to ensure decisions align with legal norms and serve the public interest. The findings indicate that while the law improves legal certainty and promotes good governance, practical challenges remain in its application, including limited legal awareness among officials, fear of legal repercussions, and weak oversight mechanisms. The study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity and providing legal guidance are essential to ensure the responsible and effective use of discretion in public administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan Generasi Z dalam berbelanja menggunakan platform e-commerce Shopee di kalangan mahasiswa STIA Lancang Kuning Dumai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui distribusi kuesioner digital kepada responden berusia 18-28 tahun yang merupakan pengguna aktif Shopee. Instrumen penelitian mencakup aspek kemudahan penggunaan, variasi produk, kualitas layanan, promosi, dan keandalan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan dan indikator-indikator terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor promosi dan variasi produk menjadi pendorong utama kepuasan pengguna Gen Z, dengan skor total masing-masing di atas 600, sehingga kategori puas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya memperkuat strategi promosi serta memperluas variasi produk untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen Gen Z di platform e-commerce Shopee.
