Abstract

This article aims to explain the effectiveness of e-commerce platforms Banyuwangimall.com in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Banyuwangi. The problem is focused on the problem of dysfunction on e-commerce platforms Banyuwangi-Mall.com as a place to buy and sell people online as well as to increase market share and competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses.  To approach this problem, the reference indicators of effectiveness are used according to Budiani (2017), data is collected through literature studies, where sources and data are obtained from journals, books, online news, or websites. This study concluded that the effectiveness of the e-commerce platform Banyuwangimall.com in the development of small and medium-sized businesses has not been fully effective. Of the four effectiveness indicator variables, three variables have been fulfilled, but their implementation is still not optimal enough, the three variables are the alignment of program goals, socialization, and program monitoring. One variable that has not been fulfilled is the achievement of the program objectives. The malfunction of Banyuwangi-mall.com from the end of February 2021 to the end of January 2022 signifies the stagnation of the implementation of a program.

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in increasing regional income. Regional tourism development can also have an impact on the local environment by improving the welfare and economy of the surrounding community. This study aims to determine whether the tourism development efforts carried out by the Tourism Office on historical tourism objects have been running optimally. This optimization can be seen from the efforts that have been made by the Tourism Office of the Mojokerto Regency to produce changes to historical tourism objects which aim to maintain the historical heritage of the Majapahit Kingdom and as a source of learning for visiting tourists. This research is qualitative research with data obtained from direct interviews with the Head of the Tourism Attraction Section and the Head of the Tourism Promotion Section in the Tourism Sector of the Mojokerto Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office with 5 tourism objects studied, namely Brahu Temple, Bajang Ratu Temple, Temple Mice, Petirtaan Jolotundo, and the Majapahit Information Center (Trowulan Museum). The results of this study indicate that the development of the historical tourism sector is a form of business carried out by the Mojokerto Regency government to create tourism that has power which will later affect the surrounding environment. It can be said that the tourism development of the legacy of the Majapahit Empire carried out by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of the Mojokerto Regency has not run optimally. This can be seen from the decreasing public interest in traveling because tourism objects were closed at the beginning of the 2020 pandemic. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam peningkatan pendapatan daerah. Pengembangan pariwisata daerah juga dapat berdampak pada lingkungan setempat dengan meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup dan perekonomian masyarakat sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah upaya pengembangan pariwisata yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata terhadap objek pariwisata sejarah sudah berjalan optimal. Optimalisasi ini dapat dilihat dari upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Mojokerto menghasilkan perubahan terhadap objek pariwisata sejarah yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan peninggalan sejarah Kerajaan Majapahit dan sebagai sumber pelajaran bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung dengan Kepala Seksi Daya Tarik Wisata dan Kepala Seksi Promosi Pariwisata Bidang Pariwisata Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan 5 objek pariwisata yang diteliti yaitu Candi Brahu, Candi Bajang Ratu, Candi Tikus, Petirtaan Jolotundo, dan Pusat Informasi Majapahit (Museum Trowulan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sektor pariwisata sejarah yang merupakan bentuk usaha yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Mojokerto untuk menciptakan pariwisata yang memiliki daya yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Pengembangan pariwisata peninggalan Kerajaan Majapahit yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Mojokerto bisa dikatakan belum berjalan optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari minat masyarakat dalam berwisata menurun dikarenakan objek pariwisata ditutup diawal pandemi tahun 2020.

Abstract

Kelurahan Bandulan Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang adalah kelurahan yang telah menginisiasikan dirinya untuk menjadi Kelurahan Tangguh Mandiri sejak tahun 2015. Namun karena minimnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam struktur pemerintahan tingkat kelurahan, terutama Lurah, Sekretaris Kelurahan, Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat keluarahan (LPMK), dan lembaga-lembaga lainnya terhadap pengetahuan dan tata cara pembuatan penyusunan rencana kontijensi (RENKON).Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pihak kelurahan untuk menyusun dokumen Renkon sebagai media institusional dalam mitigasi bencana secara strategis dan teknis.Pendampingan ini mendapat feedback positif dengan partisipasi aktif dari pihak RW, Kelurahan, dan masyarakat

Abstract

The community service that we are doing this time is tourism awareness. This dedication to the Mitra Arjuna Gapoktan in Tulungrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City aims to assist the Gapoktan in terms of the tourism potential of the region. With the implementation of this community service, it is hoped that Gapoktan Mitra Arjuna will be more optimal in utilizing its natural potential. In order to create a tourism-aware community in this village, we are doing a number of things such as providing tourist facilities, assisting in the creation of promotional content, and outreach to awareness of nature's potential. Abstract

The implementation of parking in the city of Surabaya is regulated by Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 3 of 2018. The purpose of introducing e-parking or a parking meter tool is to suppress the leakage of PAD in the parking sector, control parking attendants, and facilitate convenient experiences for individuals visiting the smart city of Surabaya. The meter was introduced to measure the duration of parking and facilitate electronic payment of fees. Therefore, e-parking innovation plays a crucial role in effectively managing local revenue (PAD). This study predominantly focuses on the institutional governance system for implementing innovations in the public service sector, specifically the use of e-parking to address parking-related issues. This study employed a descriptive approach with a qualitative methodology. The subjects included the Head of Surabaya Parking UPTD, employees of Surabaya City Transportation Service, attendants of Surabaya City Hall and Tama Bungkul Surabaya parking, as well as the wallet team of Surabaya City Transportation Department. Data were collected using various techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation, and were subsequently analyzed through a systematic process of data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed the Surabaya City Transportation Service successfully implemented parking meters at several points, including City Hall and Bungkul Park. The implementation of the e-parking program in the city has been progressing well, despite encountering some challenges. These challenges have been effectively resolved, ensuring the smooth operation of the parking meter tool.

Abstract

The e-democracy system that continues to change and develop every year is an exciting topic to continue to be studied. Since the massive development of information and communication technology, research related to e-democracy is now a trend carried out by scholars. The article aims to evaluate the e-democracy research trend through bibliometric analysis techniques in two decades (2001-2020). This article uses a bibliometric analysis with applied VOSviewer to provide researchers with describing data and Gephy software to map network classification. Countries in Europe and the Americas dominate the research and implementation of the e-democracy system through a smaller approach, namely, e-government. This article found nine main clusters of 306 articles that have been coming from different countries, affiliates, and authors. This clusterization mapping was helpful for future researchers in developing and discussing their research on the study of e-democracy.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tindakan preventif dengan fokus kelembagaan yaitu pembentukan Forum Pengurangan Resiko Bencana. Lokus pengabdiannya berada di Desa Ngaglik, Kecamatan Batu. Hasil pembentukan FPRB diharapkan mampu menjadi landasan bagi pemerintah kecamatan atau pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam menghadapi bencana di wilayahnya. Hasil dari pengabdian tersebut adalah terbentuknya Forum Pengurangan Resiko Bencana sebagai modal kelembagaan penanggulangan bencana di Kecamatan Ngaglik. Selain itu, dengan adanya FPRB maka peran aktif masyarakat dalam upaya preventif penanggulangan bencana semakin meningkat. Layanan ini rencananya akan bekerjasama dengan mahasiswa melalui skema PMM Mitra Dosen.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an initial framework for integrating public services in Batu City. The integration of public services in Batu City is formulated into the Integrated Public Service (Public Service Mall). This research is preliminary, meaning that researchers wanted to identify potential public services developed in Batu City. Furthermore, the discussion of the initial framework focused on three aspects, namely institutional, management, and human resource management. This research used a mixed-methods approach. Furthermore, data collection was carried out through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and literature studies. The results uncovered that the integration of public services in Batu City has the potential to be developed through Public Service Mall. The strategic placement of Public Service Mall locations is also needed to provide affordability for the community. Public Service Mall can also expand the types of services from 118-130 to 130-140. From an institutional perspective, Public Service Mall remains under the Batu City One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) supervision by coordinating with technical agencies from the public and private sectors. Then, in terms of management, the implementation of the Public Service Mall requires physical and network infrastructure in the service process. Finally, the HRM (Human Resource Management) aspect needs to pay attention to the competency skills of the apparatus, both as implementers and control systems.

Abstract

Implementation of the Prosperous Home Program (PRS) as an implementation of the welfare state concept in alleviating poverty and creating a livable area is the government's effort to realize the nation's prosperity. In this study, the researcher aims to comprehensively analyze and describe how the distribution of the Prosperous Home Program (PRS) grant assistance to poor communities in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency is implemented. This research uses the method qualitative to comprehensively examine the results of the achievement of the Prosperous Home Program (PRS) without using statistics in the analysis procedure. The data collection process carried out was direct observation, structured interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the target that the Regional Government wanted to achieve through the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Social Service in 2014 has been realized, by repairing around 6,077 units of uninhabitable houses by 2023. Apart from achieving the target, in its implementation there are several obstacles such as failure to provide craftsmen who have an impact on the home repair process and can influence the reporting process for the implementation of the Prosperous Home Program which results in delays in the home repair process.

Abstract

Many local goverment in Indonesia faces challenges in implementing the Smart City program due to limited technology, infrastructure and human resources. This research aims to analyze inhibiting factors and provide suggestions for increasing government technology readiness (e-readiness) towards a Smart City. The locus of research is Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. The research method involves interviews and observations of relevant Stakeholders. Data was collected from interviews with high-ranking government and community officials, as well as observations of infrastructure and technology services in Balangan Regency. The research results show that limited internet services, inadequate hardware and software infrastructure, limited budget, and lack of competent human resources are the main obstacles. These factors are influenced by geographic constraints, budget priorities, and lack of public awareness of the importance of technology. To overcome this, it is recommended that the government collaborate with the private sector, increase budget allocations, provide training to human resources, and carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of community readiness. In conclusion, efforts to increase government technology readiness towards a Smart city in Balangan Regency require collaboration between the government, private sector and society, as well as increased investment in infrastructure and human resources.
