Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of human resources and technological advancement in driving economic growth. Employing a qualitative literature review approach, secondary data were gathered from peer-reviewed academic sources, including scholarly journals, international conference proceedings, and academic books published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that human capital development significantly contributes to labor productivity, innovation, and macroeconomic stability. Similarly, technological advancement accelerates economic growth by enhancing production efficiency, reducing operational costs, and creating new market opportunities. The study underscores the critical synergy between high-quality human capital and effective technology adoption as a foundational mechanism for achieving inclusive and sustainable economic development. Policy implications suggest that developing countries should adopt integrated development strategies by investing in education, vocational training, and digital infrastructure, alongside strengthening national innovation systems. Consequently, enhancing both human and technological capacities is essential for building resilient, knowledge-based economies capable of adapting to global dynamics.

Abstract

Penyaluran pembiayaan pada bank syariah sangat bergantung pada dana pihak ketiga (DPK). Fluktuasi jumlah dana yang dihimpun memengaruhi kapasitas bank dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan. Data Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) periode 2021–2024 menunjukkan bahwa tabungan dan giro mengalami peningkatan, sementara deposito cenderung menurun, sedangkan jumlah pembiayaan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh DPK, yang terdiri dari tabungan, deposito, dan giro, terhadap pembiayaan yang disalurkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan bulanan BSI periode 2021–2024. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL).Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, tabungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan (p = 0,4334), sementara deposito (p = 0,0315) dan giro (p = 0,0284) berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel DPK tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan (p = 0,000), dengan nilai adjusted R² sebesar 0,994, yang menunjukkan bahwa 99,4% variasi pembiayaan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel DPK. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengelolaan dana pihak ketiga di BSI, khususnya dalam merumuskan strategi penghimpunan dana yang efektif guna menjaga kestabilan dan pertumbuhan pembiayaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, the banking sector undergoes significant transformation to meet the increasingly sophisticated and mobile demands of customers. Bank Muamalat, as a leading Islamic bank in Indonesia, is not exempt from the pressure to innovate and adapt to technological changes. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach at Bank Muamalat KCP Kuningan. Data is collected through interviews with internal bank informants and customers, as well as direct observations. The research findings indicate that the operational procedures of the M-DIN application at Bank Muamalat are proven to be simple and user-friendly, providing convenience from registration to the creation of Transaction Identification Numbers (TIN). The bank adopts a proactive strategy with innovative features, including aspects of Islamic principles and unique services, demonstrating awareness of technological innovation. Active education provided to customers by bank employees successfully increases user interest in M-DIN. The application is directed to every customer opening an account, resulting in a significant increase in M-DIN adoption by Bank Muamalat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi pesantren dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pondok pesantren di Kecamatan Rajagaluh Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh pengelola keuangan pondok pesantren, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 22 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman akuntansi pesantren berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan, kompetensi SDM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan keduanya secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Profit-Sharing Rate, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Third-Party Funds (DPK) on the growth of mudharabah deposits at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The ARDL-ECM method is applied within this quantitative research to explore the inter-variable relationships more deeply. Through this framework, the study identifies both temporary short-term correlations and stable long-term relationships. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence the growth of mudharabah deposits. Partially, in the long run, all variables show a positive and significant effect, whereas in the short run, only DPK remains significant. These findings suggest that profit-sharing stability and capital strength play a crucial role in driving sustainable deposit growth, while short-term dynamics are more heavily influenced by fund-raising intensity. The novelty of this research lies in the use of the ARDL-ECM approach to detect differences in Sharia customer behavior toward banking indicators across two distinct timeframes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, emotional marketing, and spiritual marketing on customer loyalty at Tiga Serangkai Publishing, Cirebon Branch. Customer loyalty is a crucial factor in maintaining business sustainability, particularly in the publishing industry, which faces intense competition and changes in consumer behavior. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method conducted among customers of Tiga Serangkai Publishing, Cirebon Branch. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that service quality, emotional marketing, and spiritual marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Among these variables, service quality has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty. These findings suggest that improving service quality, supported by emotional approaches and spiritual values, can strengthen long-term relationships between the company and its customers. This study is expected to serve as a reference for publishing management in formulating marketing strategies oriented toward customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of sharia marketing and product innovation in an effort to improve the performance of MSMEs in Talun District, Cirebon Regency. The focus of the research is directed toward an in-depth understanding of marketing practices based on sharia values, the forms of product innovation developed, and how these two aspects contribute to improving business performance. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study design, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with MSME actors selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that sharia marketing is implemented by MSMEs through the principles of honesty, transparency, friendly service, and the avoidance of practices that harm consumers. Product innovation is carried out through design improvements, enhanced material quality, product diversification, and adjustments to local market needs. These two strategies have been proven to strengthen customer trust, increase competitiveness, and encourage sales growth and business stability. This study emphasizes that integrating sharia values with product innovation is a strategic step for MSMEs in facing the dynamics of business competition. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for MSME practitioners, business facilitators, and policymakers in formulating MSME empowerment programs based on sharia principles and sustainable innovation.

Abstract

General Background: Islamic economics emphasizes that economic performance is evaluated not only by profit and efficiency but also by ethical and spiritual values. Specific Background: Halal production extends beyond legal compliance toward moral responsibility, while sharia efficiency integrates optimal resource use with justice, sustainability, and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Knowledge Gap: Prior studies largely examine halal production, efficiency, and economic blessings separately, leaving their conceptual interrelationship insufficiently articulated in a systematic framework. Aims: This study analyzes the conceptual linkage between halal production and sharia efficiency in realizing economic blessings within Islamic economic literature. Results: The findings indicate that halal production promotes the formation of sharia efficiency encompassing process, distribution, and value dimensions. Sharia efficiency functions as a mediating construct connecting halal production to economic blessings, reflected in business sustainability, equitable benefit distribution, and improved welfare. The three constructs exhibit an integrative and mutually reinforcing relationship within a maqāṣid-based framework. Novelty: The study proposes a conceptual model positioning sharia efficiency as the central linkage that operationalizes the relationship between halal production and economic blessings. Implications: This integrative perspective provides a foundation for advancing Islamic economic theory and offers a conceptual basis for developing value-oriented halal industry practices and future empirical research. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution mechanism and sharia compliance of the Solusi Emas Hijrah (SOLEH) product at Bank Muamalat in the digital era. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the gold financing mechanism through SOLEH is conducted using murabaha and rahn contracts, both manually and digitally through the Muamalat DIN application. From a sharia perspective, the implementation has complied with the principles set by DSN-MUI and international standards, including asset ownership, price transparency, and contract clarity. The use of digital systems in this product also reflects the concept of constructive possession (qabd hukmi). However, continuous supervision is required to minimize potential uncertainty risks. This study contributes to the development of digital Islamic financial services while maintaining sharia compliance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan kewirausahaan dalam peningkatan kesejateraan masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Alam Saung Balong Al-Barokah.  Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu masyarakat yang melakukan kegiatan wirausaha di Pondok Pesantren Alam Saung Balong Al-Barokah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pondok pesantren alam saung balong Al-Barokah Majalengka memerankan fungsinya sebagai pondok pesantren, yaitu sebagai media transformasi ilmu, media kontrol dan rekayasa sosial serta sebagai media dakwah (madrasah bagi umat). Bidang kewirausahaan berperan aktif pada  masyarakat sekitar  terutama yang menjadi binaan, bukan hanya sebagai pemberian materi berupa teori dan pelatihan saja melainkan mampu memberikan peluang kerja dari unit-unit usaha yang ada di pesantren. Sehingga masyarakat bisa sejahtera secara ekonomi karena mampu memenuhi kebutuhan primer, sekunder dan tersier dengan jumlah pendapatannya, serta sejahtera dalam bermasyarakat karena ditopang oleh ilmu agama dan ilmu umum lainnya.
