Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of compensation, leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data types and sources. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District, totaling 92 people. So the respondents are all employees at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District. This sampling technique was carried out using the census research method, namely research that took one population group as a whole sample and used a structured questionnaire as the main data collection tool to obtain specific information.Based on the results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It can be concluded that compensation, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District. The implication of the results of this research is that companies should pay attention to the compensation given to employees, the leadership style of the leaders, and a comfortable work environment to increase job satisfaction for employees. Abstract

Keterampilan memlih pasien berdasarkan tingkat kegawatannya merupakanketerampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh perawat IGD. Hal tersebut dilakukanuntuk menentukan prioritas penanganan. Salah satu penerapan triasediperlukannya tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menangani pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuanperawat dengan penerapan triase di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Sumbawa.Penelitian ini dilakukan di IGD RSUD Sumbawa pada bulan April 2022. Metodepenelitian menggunakan survey analitik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakanteknik total sampling sebanyak 36 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitulembar kuesioner dan lembar observasi, yang bersumber dari SOP RSUDSumbawa. Hasil dari analisis data dengan uji Chi-Square didapatkan hasil yangsignifikan dengan nilai p-value 0,000 atau ? < 0,05. Hal ini berarti terdapathubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawat dengan penerapantriage di IGD RSUD Sumbawa. Pengetahuan perawat yang baik akanmempengaruhi penerapan triage pada saat menangani berbagai kasus di IGD.Diharapkan untuk para tenaga megis yang khususnya bekerja di IGD dapatmeningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuannya dengan mengikuti pelatihankhusus gawat daruratan.

Abstract

Stroke adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan terbesar dalam kehidupan modern.Jumlah penderitanya meningkat setiap tahun, yang berdampak tidak hanya padausia tua, namun juga usia produktif. Tingkat kecacatan fisik dan mental pasienpasca stroke mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke di Desa Labuhan KabupatenSumbawa berdasarkan pada dimensi fisik, dimensi psikologis, hubungan sosialdan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2023 di wilayah kerjapuskesmas Desa Labuhan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Metode penelitian deskriptif,jumlah sampel 53 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalahnon-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. KuesionerWHOQL-BREF digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan analisis deskriptif. HasilPenelitian: Berdasarkan jumlah penderita pasca stroke, persentase gejala tertinggipada kategori usia 45-60 tahun (49,1%), jenis kelamin tertinggi pada kategorilaki-laki (73,6%), kualitas hidup buruk. dimensi fisik (64,2%), kualitas hidupyang buruk pada dimensi psikologis (69,8%), kualitas hidup yang buruk daridimensi hubungan sosial (47,2%) dan kualitas hidup yang buruk dari dimensilingkungan (41,5%) . Kesimpulan pasien pasca stroke di Desa Labuhanmempunyai kualitas hidup paling buruk yaitu pada dimensi psikologis (69,8%).Rekomendasi: Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan setiapvariabel yang mempengaruhi kesehatan. berhubungan dengan kualitas hiduppasien pasca stroke

Abstract

Non-military personnel are a complement (complementary) of Indonesian Armed Forces soldiers. Therefore, NonMilitary Personnel and Indonesian Armed Forces soldiers are an integrated unit and are responsible for carrying out the main tasks of the Indonesian Armed Forces. This integration must be reflected in all levels of the organization and the roles of each. The use of Non-Military Personnel within the Indonesian Armed Forces environment is carried out based on the consideration that there are needs and demands for specific tasks that are more effective and efficient when held by Indonesian Armed Forces Non-Military Personnel, so as to ensure the continuity of the Indonesian Armed Forces's main tasks. The research objectives to be achieved are to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the Education and Training Program (Training) in the Regulation of the Indonesian Armed Forces Commander Number 161/XII/2011 concerning the Development of Non-Military Personnel in the Account Office of the Regional Financial Officers Koarmada II as well as describe and analyze factors support and inhibitors. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results of the study show the Effectiveness of the Non-Military Personnel Education and Training Program (Training) for Non-Military Personnel in the Regulation of the Indonesian Armed Forces Commander Number 161/XII/2011 to Foster NonMilitary Personnel Indonesian Armed Forces Navy Personnel (Case Study of Non-Military Personnel in the Financial Management Accounts of the Regional Military Command II) Based on the 5 variables that the author conveys can be it was concluded that the education and training programs were quite effective in improving the performance of Non-Military Personnel both in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes and behavior of NonMilitary Personnel. The effectiveness of the education and training program (Diklat) on the implementation of education and training to improve the performance of Non-Military Personnel, it can be concluded that with the implementation of education and training many Non-Military Personnel have experienced changes, both changes in behavior and changes in work attitudes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, and profitability on tax avoidance in technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data analysis from financial reports published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Analysis techniques include descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that Institutional Ownership has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance with a t-value of -6.350 and a significance of 0.028, which is greater than 0.05. The Independent Board of Commissioners has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance, reflected in the t-value of -5.395 and a significance of 0.034, which is greater than 0.05. Likewise, profitability has a significant but negative effect on tax avoidance with a t-value of -1.758 and a significance of 0.048 greater than 0.05. Simultaneous analysis shows that the combination of these three variables as a whole has a significant effect on tax avoidance. In conclusion, each variable partially and simultaneously shows a significant influence on tax avoidance, which indicates that these factors need to be considered in the company's strategy related to tax avoidance. Abstract

Secara umum masyarakat Desa Salo Kabupaten Kampar bertumpu pada sektor bercocok tanam atau bertani dan perkebunan. Namun masyarakat Desa Salo Kabupaten Kampar ini tidak mempunyai skill untuk memanfaatkan tanaman kelor (Moringa Oleifera), yang banyak tumbuh di pekarangan menjadi olahan produk yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang tinggi, daun kelor ini merupakan tanaman yang banyak memiliki berbagai manfaat baik secara ekonomis dan tanaman kelor ini banyak tumbuh di pekarangan masyarakat desa Salo dan kelor dapat dijadikan salah satu komoditi andalan untuk dapat dikembangkan secara lebih baik untuk menopang perekonomian masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa metode yang akan dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian ini di antaranya adalah observasi langsung kelapangan dan pendekatan yang sifatnya edukasi, praktek dan pendampingan. Untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam inovasi daun kelor menjadi olahan produk, maka upaya yang akan dilakukan oleh tim adalah memberikan seminar kepada mitra tentang pengolahan inovasi daun kelor, melakukan simulasi dan praktek pengolahan daun kelor segar menjadi produk stik kelor, mengadakan pelatihan tentang pengemasan dan manajemen pemasaran baik yaitu cara bersaing tanpa harus membunuh kompetitor yang berkaitan dengan produk olahan stik daun kelor dan makanan cemilan yang lain dengan sistem digital market ataupun pemasaran secara manual. menjadi prioritas agar dapat mencegah kesakitan dan kematian anak. Namun, cakupan imunisasi yang belum mencapai target nasional membuktikan bahwa program pelaksanaan imunisasi belum berjalan dengan baik, dan penerimaan imunisasi pada anak berkaitan dengan pengetahuan ibu sebagai pemberi asuhan pada anak melalui kelas edukasi kepada ibu maupun keluarga. Namun masih banyaknya bayi yang belum mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelas ibu bayi dan balita dengan peningkatan capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi umur 9-24 Bulan Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 45 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi dan kuisioner pengetahuan ibu. Analsis statistik menggunakan chisquare dengan tingkat signifikan 5% (0,05) jika nilai (p< ?) dengan demikian maka Ha di terima dan (p>?) maka Ho ditolak Hasil penelitian menunjukan Capaian imunisasi dasar terdiri dari bayi dan balita yang imunisasi tidak lengkap sebanyak 29 (64.4%) dengan capaian Pengetahuan ibu yang mengikuti kelas ibu bayi dan balita memiliki pengetahuan Baik 33 (68.9%). Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan nilai p-value 0.000 atau < 0.05 sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa keikutsertaan ibu pada kelas ibu bayi dan balita memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap. Hasil nilai OR di dapatkan sebesar 11.500 yang artinya keikutsertaan ibu pada kelas ibu bayi dan balita memiliki peluang 11 kali meningkatkan capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Wordle, an online word puzzle game, as a learning medium to enhance vocabulary acquisition among eighth-grade students. Gamification and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in reshaping educational systems, and Wordle's unique features make it an engaging tool for language learning. The study employs a quasi-experimental design and involved 40 students of a public school in Bulukumba, comparing an experimental class using Wordle with a control class receiving traditional instruction. Statistical analyses, including normality and homogeneity tests, paired sample t-tests, and N-gain score calculations, reveal significant differences in vocabulary acquisition between the two classes. The experimental class, using Wordle, demonstrated a more substantial increase in vocabulary proficiency compared to the control class. The findings suggest that incorporating innovative tools like Wordle can contribute to more effective language education, addressing challenges in vocabulary acquisition and enhancing overall learning outcomes. The study recommends the inclusion of words in English vocabulary teaching, emphasizing the importance of educators adapting to students' learning styles and leveraging technology for improved learning experiences.

Abstract

The condition of a company is very dependent on the quality of its human resources. Increasing the company's competitiveness must begin with improviment the quality of existing human resources first. To improve the quality of human resources can be done by increasing work motivation, work discipline and skills training. Before improving the quality of the people, there must first be a performance measurement system to be able to see the existing performance conditions. Performance measurement research conducted at PT. Ganda Nusantara Persada was conducted by applying the Human Resource Scorecard research method. In the Human Resource Scorecard method, research is carried out by processing data that considers the financial perspectif, customer perspectif, internal business process perspectif and growth and learning perspectif. From the output from this research conducted at PT. Ganda Nusantara Persada shows that from the four perspectives, the company's condition is good. However, when viewed from the comparison of the Idel value and the Belief value, there are still significant differences in several indicators, it is necessary to evaluate the existing performance quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, length of service, and motivation simultaneously on the performance of back-office employees at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Semarang Branch. This research uses a concurrent mixed methods strategy, which combines quantitative data with qualitative data. Research results: From the results of statistical data analysis, it can be seen that leadership, length of service, and motivation partially and simultaneously influence the performance of PT back office employees. Indomarco Prismatama Semarang Branch. This can be interpreted to mean that these three factors are factors that influence the high and low performance of back-office employees in the company. In conclusion, there is a significant and positive influence of leadership, length of service and motivation simultaneously on the performance of PT back office employees.
