Abstract

Abstract This study's objectives are as follows: 1) Determine whether CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean's marketing strategy and SWOT analysis can increase customer interest in purchasing, and 2) Determine whether CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean's marketing strategy can be determined by SWOT analysis. 3) To learn how the marketing strategy used by CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean was put into action. Qualitative research was used for this study. Techniques for gathering data include conducting interviews, observing employees, and customers of CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean, as well as documenting those interactions. The SWOT matrix, IFE and EFE matrices, and SWOT diagrams are utilized in this study's data analysis. The study's SWOT analysis identified both internal and external factors, with the position of strength (strength) receiving a higher overall score of 3.65 and the position of weakness (weakness) receiving a score of 1.31. However, the company's position of opportunities (opportunities) on the external factors is greater than its position of threats (threats) with a score of 1.67. Because CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean is in quadrant I, which is a profitable position, the implementation of the strategy employs an aggressive growth strategy (Growt Oriented Strategy), according to the calculations from the analysis. CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean makes use of its advantages and opportunities. so that CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean can survive and compete with its rivals using this strategy. Keywords : Marketing strategy, SWOT analysis, and consumer interest in purchasing.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see the relationship between premium income (X1), underwriting results (X2), operating expenses (X3) and investment returns (X4) to profit (Y). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research which functions to explain the effect of independent variables, namely premium income, underwriting results, operating expenses and investment returns on the dependent variable, namely profit using numbers starting from data, data interpretation and the appearance of the results, and data obtained through quantitative approach, namely in testing using numbers with statistical techniques. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria included in general insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019, general insurance companies that issue or publish annual reports in a row during 2017-2019 and companies who published their annual reports for the end of December 31, in order to obtain 13 general insurance companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. From data management, it is found that premium income, underwriting results and investment returns have a significant effect on profits, while operating expenses are not significant. And simultaneously the variables have a significant effect on profit. Keywords: premium income, underwriting results, operating expenses, investment returns and profits.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was used to determine how the influence of kaizen culture, training and communication on employee performance at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency, East Java. In this study, four variables are used, namely kaizen culture variables, training and communication which are independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Whereas in this study the number of respondents was 43 respondents. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the kaizen culture, training and communication simultaneously had an effect on employee performance. Kaizen culture partially affects employee performance, training partially affects employee performance, and communication partially affects employee performance. Keywords: Kaizen, Training, Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between product innovation, product quality, promotion and halal label on the level of purchasing decisions on Donat Kentang Malang. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected IMMAM members by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that based on the F test and t test there was a simultaneous and partial effect between the variables of product innovation, product quality, promotion and halal label on purchasing decisions at Donat Kentang Malang. Adjusted R Square of 23,5% against the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision can be explained by the product innovation variables (X1), product quality (X2), promotion (X3) and halal label (X4)  while 76,5% explained by other variables outside this research model. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Innovation, Product Quality, Promotion, Halal Label

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research tests and analyzes the influence of product layout, price and product completeness to purchasing decisions on Royal ATK Mall Dinoyo City. The population in this study was a FEB student of 2016 Islamic University of Malang which is not known for certain numbers so samples used Malhotra 110 people. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and F test for the hypothesis. The results of this study prove that simultaneously the product layout, price and product completeness have a significant effect on decisions purchasing. While partially each price and product completeness variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, but the product layout variable no hassignificant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Layout, Price, Product Completeness, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of network trace and tracking, logistics service quality, and complaint handling on customer satisfaction of the Malang branch of JNE service users. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used in this study refer to Ferdinand's purposeful sampling technique, that is, the researcher subjectively selects the purposeful sample, and there are 75 respondents in total. The results of this study also show the significant impact of Web tracking and tracking variables, logistics service quality, and JNE service user Malang branch on customer satisfaction complaint handling.Part of the test results show that Web tracking variables and tracking variables have a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of JNE service users Malang branch and complaint handling has a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of JNE service users Malang branch, while the variable service part of logistics quality does not Affect customer satisfaction JNE service user Malang branch.  Keywords: Website Tracking and Tracking, Logistics Service Quality, Complaint Handling, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, word of mouth, and brand community on customer loyalty. The independent variables used are brand image, word of mouth, and brand community, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who are members of the Malang City Mi Fans community. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS computer data processing software. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the training, motivation, compensation and performance of employees and to analyze the effect of training, motivation, compensation on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank XXX Malang City Service, Operations and Support section totaling 61 people and the sample used is a saturated sample, namely all employees of PT. Bank XXX Malang City Service, Operations and Support. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training, motivation and compensation had a significant effect on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Compensation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Research is aimed to determine influence work life balance, working environment and environment physical or non-physical to the satisfaction an employee at to work PT. Ciomas Adisatwa. An independent variable in this research is work life balance, environment physical labor, and workplace non-physical, and dependent variable in this research work is satisfaction. This research is kind of quantitative research using a method of a survey that was collected from a sample of people, through kuisoner. The research site in PT .Ciomas Adisatwa branches lumajang. The population in this research which is all employees of PT.Ciomas Adisatwa. A method of determining the samples for this research which is a method of sample saturated. The samples to come by as much as 68. Based on test results have been made to get a conclusion that the variable work life balance, and the physical environment have significant influence on job satisfaction, while variable non physical work environment will not affect job satisfaction. Key words: work life balance, physical, work environment non physical work environment and job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Angkringan Pinarak, Mojokerto. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique used snowball sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The variables used in this study are brand image and electronic word of mouth as the dependent variable, purchase intention as the independent variable. For the measurement of these variables, which is used to measure the responses of respondents in this study using a Likert Scale by testing the validity and reliability tests first. Data analysis was carried out, namely descriptive statistical analysis analysis consisting of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. This study finds that Brand image and Electronic word of mouth (eWOM) have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Brand image has a partial effect on Purchase Intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Electronic word of mouth has a partial effect on purchase intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Keyword : Brand Image, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchase Intentiom.
