Abstract

Drug abuse is a big problem in society because its impact can affect many aspects of life. Apart from harming the people directly affected, this also has an impact on families and society as a whole. Facing this challenge, new recovery methods are starting to be developed, especially those involving social and spiritual communication, to help victims of drug conservation. This research aims to evaluate the use of spiritual social communication methods in the recovery of drug abuse victims at the Bhayangkara Indonesia Drug Abuse Prevention Rehabilitation Center, Medan. Using a qualitative approach based on case studies, this research examines the influence of social spiritual communication methods on the recovery process, the challenges that arise, and strategies to increase their effectiveness. Research methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews with drug abuse victims and rehabilitation facilitators, as well as analysis of documents related to rehabilitation programs. The research results show that the integration of socio-spiritual communication methods has a positive impact on the recovery of victims. However, implementing this method faces several obstacles such as lack of community support and limited resources. To overcome these challenges, efforts are needed to increase public understanding and support, provide adequate resources, and strengthen professional capabilities in spiritual guidance. The conclusion of this research is that with shared commitment, social-spiritual communication methods can be an important element in sustainable recovery for victims of drug abuse.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the use of wall magazines in the learning process of literacy in class VIII students of SMPN 3 Montong Tuban. The type of research used Qualitative research is descriptive research with interviews as a research instrument that involves 13 class VIII students as relevant informants, which is a class with an independent curriculum and low literacy quality. This study shows that the 13 students think that literacy magazines help learning to increase literacy become easier and more enjoyable. Overall, the learning media "Literacy Mading" as a learning medium can be an alternative media to support the improvement of students' literacy skills.

Abstract

The quality of text readability is very necessary for teachers to choose teaching materials that suit learning needs. However, quite a few teachers do not know the readability level of the text which should be the basis for selecting books, thus having an impact on students' ability to grasp the content and learning material being taught. The aim of this community service is to provide training on the readability level of textbooks to teachers at the Al-Ma'arif Nahdhatul Ulama Foundation, Dau sub-district, Malang district. The expected benefit is that teachers at the Al-Ma'arif Nahdhatul Ulama Foundation, Dau sub-district, Malang district, understand more deeply about the readability of textbooks used in learning. The activities carried out were providing training followed by discussions and questions and answers about the material. The results of community service concluded that the teachers at the Al-Ma'arif Nadhatul Ulama Foundation, Dau subdistrict, Malang district, after receiving training on textbook readability, had a good understanding of the readability of textbooks as learning materials in the classroom. Therefore, this training is very useful for teachers in preparing good teaching materials for students.

Abstract

Women are often one of the victims marginalized by the upper class. Television reports, novels, and movie stories often portray women in positions they shouldn't have occupied. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of female characters in the film Be Quiet using a critical discourse analysis approach based on the theoretical framework developed by Sarah Mills. This study uses a descriptive approach in a qualitative method. The data collection technique in this study is the data transcription technique. The transcription data technique in this study was carried out by watching a short film titled Please Be Quiet on the Youtube channel repeatedly, recording all dialogues, and selecting data based on the focus of the research. The data of this research is divided into two categories, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of text from film transcripts containing dialogues from the characters Putri, Sarah and Pak Benny; While secondary data is in the form of visual symbols contained in the film. Primary data were analyzed using Sara Mills' discourse analysis theory; while secondary data were analyzed using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory. The results of the study show that in the film Please Be Quiet, women are sexually harassed, threatened, and injustice experienced by figures from superiors, underlining the existence of systematic power inequality in the workplace.

Abstract

Berbicara tentang penafsir al-Qur’an tidaklah akan terlepas dari membicarakan para mufassir ataupun penulis kitab-kitab tafsir terdahulu. Hal itu karena para mufassir masa kini merupakan penerus mufassir sebelumnya. Kalaulah ulama’ itu pewaris para Nabi dan salah satu tugas Nabi adalah menjelaskan maksud al-Qur’an maka wajarlah sejak awal ulama’ itu mengerahkan tenaga untuk melestarikan tafsir al-Qur’an demi kemaslahatan umat sebagai problem solving hari ini maupun di masa yang akan datang. Salah satu ulama’ masa kini yang turut mengerahkan tenaga dalam melestarikan tafsir al-Qur’an adalah Wahbah bin Mushtafa al-Zuhaily. Ia telah berhasil membuahkan karya tafsir yang tidak mudah rasanya dicapai oleh kebanyakan orang. Cendikiawan asal Suriah itu telah meninggalkan kitab tafsir berjilid-jilid dengan uraian-uraian yang begitu padat. Tidak berlebihan kiranya kalau penulis katakan bahwa buah karya Wahbah bin Mushtafa al-Zuhaily merupakan “emas” yang sangat berharga dalam dunia ilmu al-Qur’an dan tafsir. Artikel ini membahas Wahbah bin Mushtafa al-Zuhaily berikut kitab tafsirnya. Penulis berupaya mengenalkan kepada pembaca tentang metode Wahbah bin Mushtafa al-Zuhaily dalam menulis tafsirnya. Walaupun pembahasan dalam artikel ini tidaklah begitu detail dan mendalam, namun boleh jadi merupakan diskursus yang cukup segar dalam disiplin ilmu al-Qur’an dan Tafsir.

Abstract

Islam adalah agama mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia yang sangat menjunjung tinggi dan berpegang teguh kepada Al Qur’an dan Hadist. Kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah berdasarkan ke ekonomian, jika ekonominya sulit maka bisa rusaklah keimanan masayrakat terhadap islam. Dalam rukun islam yang ke 4 yaitu Membayar Zakat , Zakat dalam islam terdapat dua jenis yaitu Zakat Fithrah dan Zakat Mal. Maka dari itu setiap orang didorong untuk menjadi muzakki yang dimana setiap muzakki berperan dalam mensejahteraan masyarakat. Pokok permasalaha dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan Zakat Pada BAZNAS Dalam Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah “kualitatif” observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa mekanisme pengelolaan zakat pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) kota Medan terdiri dari proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pelaksanaan dalam dana zakat yang dihimpun para muzakki yang selanjutnya diserahkan kepada para mustahiq, juga Pendistribusian dan Pendayagunaan zakat yang berasal dari bantuan konsumtif dan bantuan produktif. Bantuan yang digerakkan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) kepada masyarakat dengan perlahan akan dapat meminimalisir permasalah dalam perekonomian masyarakat menjadi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh/sensus dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang karyawan PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dalam mengelola data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan, variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan, dan variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan.

Abstract

Counseling is a process of providing assistance to individuals who need it from a professional. Counseling services are provided to help individuals who are facing problems in their lives. There are several problems that arise in the understanding and implementation of counseling for students. One of the problems is students' lack of understanding of the importance of counseling. lack of awareness of counseling for some students. Limitations in providing adequate counseling services, both in terms of the number of counselors and supporting infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research show that Islamic Extension Guidance (BPI) students at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN North Sumatra have a good understanding of counseling and are able to implement counseling techniques well. However, there are still some of them who do not understand counseling practically, their understanding is still only theoretical. In terms of implementing counseling, BPI UIN SU students are also able to implement counseling techniques well. However, in this case there is still a need for more special training regarding counseling organized by the department for students so that they can be more professional in conducting counseling. And there are several obstacles for students in conducting counseling, including clients who come under coercion from other people, not with their own wishes, there are clients whose personalities cannot be predicted, making it difficult to determine the right approach technique in counseling.
