Abstract

This paper is intended to explore the holistic philosophy of al-ʿālamīn in al-Qur’an as the basis for Universal Rights, Hak Asasi Alam Semesta (HAAS), for the lack of comprehensiveness of Human Rights, Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), which tends to be anthropocentric-materialistic-secularistic. This research is qualitative research relying on the literature review method. The analytical tool used in this research is the Hermeneutical-philosophical paradigm of human rights and international law contained in the al-ʿālamīn concept. Al-ʿālamīn, God Sustainer of Humans, has been, is, will always be translated and interpreted with the embodiment in the form of Human Rights. Not only human rights, it also needs to be conceptualized and implemented in the discourse of Universal Rights where God is the Custodian of the Universe. HAM does not necessitate human religiosity. It is just the fulfillment of human rights to one creature, named human. HAAS, in addition to fulfilling human rights religiously and spiritually, is also primarily a blessing for the universe, including the fulfillment of human rights for all forms of natural resources, such as plants, animals, jinn, earth, planets, galaxies and so on. Therefore, the five main things that make up maqashid al-shari'ah, namely protecting religion, soul, lineage, property and mind, which have an anthropocentric tendency, become more holistic when fulfilled by protecting the universe, hifz al-ʿālamīn. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi filosofi holistik al-ʿālamīn dalam al-Qur'an sebagai dasar Hak Asasi Universal, Hak Asasi Alam Semesta (HAAS) karena kurang komprehensifnya Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) yang cenderung antroposentris-materialistik-sekularistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mengandalkan metode kajian pustaka. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paradigma hermeneutika-filosofis hak asasi manusia dan hukum internasional yang terkandung dalam konsep al-'ālamīn. Al-'Ālamīn, Tuhan Pemelihara Manusia, telah, sedang, dan akan selalu diterjemahkan dan ditafsirkan, dengan pengejawantahannya dalam bentuk HAM. Tidak hanya HAM, HAM juga perlu dikonseptualisasikan dan diimplementasikan dalam wacana HAAS, Tuhan Pemelihara Alam Semesta. HAM tidak mengharuskan adanya religiusitas manusia. HAM hanyalah pemenuhan hak asasi manusia terhadap satu makhluk, yaitu manusia. HAI, selain memenuhi hak asasi manusia secara religius dan spiritual, juga utamanya adalah menjadi rahmat bagi alam semesta, termasuk pemenuhan hak asasi manusia terhadap segala bentuk sumber daya alam, seperti tumbuhan, hewan, jin, bumi, planet-planet, galaksi, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, lima hal utama yang membentuk maqashid al-syari'ah, yaitu menjaga agama, jiwa, nasab, harta, dan akal, yang memiliki kecenderungan antroposentris, menjadi lebih holistik ketika dipenuhi dengan menjaga alam semesta, hifz al-ʿālamīn.

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan permasalahan umum yang kerap kali dialami manusia khususnya bagi seorang pelajar. Rasa cemas, gugup atau gelisah dan tegang adalah sebuah tantangan besar yang dapat menjadi hambatan jika dibiarkan begitu saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi dalam mengatasi kecemasan dan meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian pesan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam dan  untuk memahami cara mahasiswa Prodi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam dalam mengatasi gangguan kecemasan. Dengan mengablikasikan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data akan dihimpun melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dengan individu yang memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola kecemasan tersebut. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi komunikasi dan individu yang ingin meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mereka. Untuk menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi komunikasi yang tepat tidak hanya mengurangi kecemasan, tetapi juga meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi

Abstract

Paparan konten seksual di era digital telah menjadi tantangan serius terhadap psikologi remaja. Di sisi lain dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi seperti media sosial tidak selalu memberikan dampak positif sepenuhnya, yang mana dapat menimbulkan peluang kejahatan seksual dan perilaku menyimpang di dunia maya berupa memperlihatkan aksi berlebihan guna menarik perhatian para penonton dari kalangan remaja. Namun sebaliknya jika remaja mampu memanfaatkan dengan bijak, maka juga akan berdampak baik bagi diri mereka sendiri maupun orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review (kepustakaan). Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai artikel, fenomena di media sosial, dan referensi yang berkaitan dengan problematika yang dibahas penulis. Al-Qur’an menjadi pedoman remaja sebagai nasehat dalam menjaga pandangan dari hal yang diharamkan. Esensi Al-Qur’an surah An-Nur ayat 30-31 ialah kewajiban seorang remaja baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dalam menghindari segala yang menimbulkan syahwat dari konten seksua. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ghadul bashar (menahan pandangan) akan memberikan solusi tepat bagi remaja dan merupakan kunci utama dalam menghindari suatu hal-hal yang berpotensi dapat menimbulkan nafsu syahwat, memelihara, kemaluan terhadap tindakan keji yakni onani/mastrubasi, berzina, homoseksual, dan juga lesbian serta menutup aurat. Implikasi pendidikan dari ghadul bashar ialah (1) pemahaman mengenai menjaga pandangan (2) memperkuat kesadaran beragama (3) menanamkan pendidikan karakter (4) pendidikan keluarga dan teman sebaya.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in improving customer behavior through Emotional Attachment (EA) in educational institutions. The focus of this research is to identify key elements in HRM strategies that positively influence emotional interactions between educational institutions and their consumers. Qualitative research methods were used by combining interviews and observation. Data analysis will include identifying patterns, themes, and nuances that emerge from interviews and observations. This research will illustrate how HRM policies in educational institutions, such as teaching staff development and cultural atmosphere, can shape students' emotional attachment. The output will provide an in-depth understanding of the influence of HRM on students' emotional experiences and its potential to improve student behavior in educational settings. The results of this research show that Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving customer behavior through Emotional Attachment (EA) has a significant role in influencing the emotional relationship between employees and customers, which ultimately improves customer behavior. Through developing employee skills and leadership, empowering staff, as well as measuring and monitoring employee satisfaction, it can be said to be a key component in creating a work environment that supports Emotional Attachment. HRM strategies that are responsive to employee needs open the door to more positive personal interactions, creating strong emotional bonds between employees and customers

Abstract

The curriculum plays a vital role in education as a guide for future educational goals so that it runs better and optimally. The application of the curriculum developed in schools to suit the circumstances and needs of the environment because these things are related to each other in it and become a reference for all parties who play a role in implementing the applicable curriculum. The curriculum process includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, in building a good curriculum certainly requires in-depth study and thought. Evaluation as the final process of a curriculum is used as a benchmark for curriculum achievement. Education is a human effort to increase knowledge obtained from formal and informal institutions. To achieve this, appropriate educational goals are needed. The purpose of education will determine success in forming the human person, balanced with other elements in education. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the critical role of the curriculum in achieving educational goals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of TQM as the main strategy for improving the quality of educational institutions. By understanding the essence of TQM and its impact on educational institutions, it is hoped that we can make a significant contribution to facing various challenges and competition in the education sector. In this way, we can form educational institutions that are not only of high quality but also capable of producing graduates who are ready to compete on the global stage. This research uses a qualitative case study-type method by conducting research that aims to describe the problem and carry out an analysis of the problems that occur. Researchers collected data through several stages, such as observation and direct observation at the research site. Interview, interviewing a number of informants at the research site. Observation: visiting the research site. Documentation study, analysing documents related to research. The research was carried out at the MI Tarbiyatul Islam institution in Kandangjati Kulon, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that several innovations adopted by MI Tarbiyatul Islam include: (1) Integrated Learning Technology. This institution combines modern technology with the learning process, including the use of educational software, interactive learning applications, and online platforms. This not only increases student engagement but also facilitates real-time measurement and analysis of learning data. (2) Training and Development of Human Resources (HR), Realising that institutional excellence depends on the quality of human resources, MI Tarbiyatul Islam regularly provides training and development to teachers and administrative staff.

Abstract

The aim of education is not only to educate students intellectually, but affective and psychomotor values cannot also be ignored, therefore a culture of behavior management is very necessary to form a quality educational identity. This research also proposes a strategic framework that includes the stages of identifying core values, developing supporting policies, developing communication strategies, as well as ongoing implementation and monitoring. The results of this research provide insight into how a culture of sustainable behavior management can shape the identity of quality education. The practical implication is to provide guidance for educational institutions to develop a culture of sustainable behavior management in order to achieve optimal educational quality. This research also underscores the importance of collaboration between stakeholders to create a supportive and sustainable educational environment

Abstract

In this age of globalization, the importance of a quality education must become a foundation. By attaining a desirable education level, job opportunities could be expanded in a competitive era, a feat that is currently difficult for all communities, including high school graduates from special needs schools. In order to provide the social right for people with disabilities, as well as their civil right, and as a solution to prepare human resources, one of the school's programs should prepares its graduates to compete in this society's workforce. This study's objective is to comprehend how "Learning Management vocational life skills to nurture the entrepreneurship behaviour of deaf children in special needs senior high school" is implemented at Special Needs Senior High School Kemala Bhayangkari in Gresik and at Special Needs Senior High School Gedangan in Sidoarjo. This research describes and analyses (1) planning (2) organizational (3) implementation (4) assessment in vocational life skills in light of GR Terry's "POAC" management theory. This research uses qualitative methodology with descriptive analysis, observational data collection, interviews, and a documentation study to validate research results. This study indicated that in the planning phase of vocational learning skills, standard curriculum is referred to. Meanwhile, the primary responsibility and function of the organization is to become an important organizational learning standard. In the stage of implementation, entrepreneurship becomes the primary criterion for creativity skills, with the aim of encouraging and motivating students to gain the confidence to work in society. Performance assessment and learner potential analysis comprise the evaluation of learning. The obstacle encountered in the vocational learning process is the society's limited awareness of the potential of high school graduates, which is supported by the opportunity to participate in Small and Enterprise Business. Solution requires an approach to SME business sectors, society, social business sectors, and government. With the conclusion of the result, all deaf learners mapped align with the student's carrier pattern as well as their creativity class potentiality; consequently, the assessment result will have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial success of the student.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in improving Islamic moral values in the era of digitalization, especially in the environment of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Jadid. With the rapid development of digital technology, new challenges have emerged for educators, including PAI teachers, in delivering material that is relevant to the times. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that digitalization has a positive impact on PAI learning, especially through wider and faster access to information. This allows students to more easily acquire religious knowledge that is relevant to the context of the times. However, on the other hand, digitalization also poses challenges in the form of the spread of negative content that can affect student morals and behavior.  In this case, PAI plays an important role in guiding students to use technology wisely, by instilling strong Islamic moral values, and providing a proper understanding of the limitations in using technology. Through PAI learning based on Islamic values, students are expected to develop a positive and responsible attitude in utilizing technology in this digital era. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the strategic role of PAI in shaping the character of superior students in the midst of technological advances

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is an initiative to reform the education system in Indonesia that aims to improve the quality of human resources through a philosophical and pragmatic approach. This article examines the curriculum from three main perspectives: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. In terms of ontology, the Independent Curriculum is designed to equip students with 21st-century competencies, such as critical, creative, and collaborative thinking, through project-based learning and strengthening the profile of Pancasila Students. The epistemological perspective includes the philosophical foundations of Progressivism, Constructivism, Humanism, and Anthropology that emphasize experiential learning and adjustment to students' needs. Meanwhile, axiology highlights the benefits of this curriculum as a tool to shape students' characters that are adaptive to changing times and global challenges. This study confirms that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum involves a flexible and thematic structure, allowing collaboration between subjects to create holistic learning. Thus, this curriculum not only prepares students academically but also forms moral, social, and personality values. The ultimate goal is to produce individuals who are independent, critical thinkers, and globally competitive, in accordance with the dimensions of Pancasila Students. This article recommends the importance of adaptive, innovative, and local values-based learning as a foundation for facing technological disruption and globalization.
