Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi, North Jakarta. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method, where data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with partial tests (t-tests) as the basis for decision-making. The partial test results show that the occupational safety variable has no significant effect on employee performance, as well as the occupational health and work environment variables which have no significant effect on performance. The significance value of occupational safety is 0.889, occupational health 0.548, and work environment 0.746, all greater than the significance limit of 0.05. Simultaneously, the occupational safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) variables on employee performance (Y) do not have a significant effect. Thus, it can be concluded that partially the work environment, occupational health, and occupational safety do not contribute significantly to improving employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi North Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pemanfaatan e-service terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada moda transportasi Jaklingko di Kelurahan Semper Timur. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, harapan masyarakat terhadap layanan publik mengalami perubahan signifikan. Kualitas pelayanan konvensional seperti keramahan awak kendaraan, ketepatan waktu keberangkatan, serta kebersihan armada kini harus dikombinasikan dengan layanan berbasis teknologi digital seperti aplikasi Jaklingko, sistem pembayaran elektronik (e-money), dan fitur informasi waktu nyata terkait jadwal serta rute perjalanan. Kolaborasi antara pelayanan tradisional dan inovasi digital tersebut menjadi elemen penting dalam membentuk pengalaman pengguna yang positif dan memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui pengumpulan data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden adalah warga Semper Timur yang rutin menggunakan layanan Jaklingko dan telah memanfaatkan minimal satu fitur e-service. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, diperoleh 47 responden yang memenuhi syarat. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pemanfaatan e-service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di lapangan yang diiringi dengan optimalisasi layanan digital akan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini menjadi landasan penting bagi manajemen Jaklingko untuk terus berinovasi dan memperkuat integrasi layanan berbasis teknologi agar sistem transportasi publik semakin efisien, modern, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kenaikan tarif ojek online terhadap pendapatan pengemudi di Stasiun Bekasi. Menaikkan tarif ojek online seringkali dipandang sebagai langkah yang diperhitungkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mitra berkendara. Mengingat banyak variabel lain, termasuk perubahan jumlah klien, tingkat persaingan, dan variasi permintaan, pengaruhnya terhadap total pendapatan masih menjadi perdebatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan metodologi kuantitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari 60 orang pengemudi ojek online di wilayah Stasiun Bekasi yang mengisi kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen (kenaikan tarif) dengan variabel dependen (pendapatan pengemudi), analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan temuan studi tersebut, pendapatan pengemudi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan tarif. Namun dampaknya tidak sepenuhnya menguntungkan karena seiring berjalannya waktu, hal ini juga disertai dengan penurunan jumlah klien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi analisis regresi linier dan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang pengemudi ojek online di wilayah stasiun kereta api bekasi, Jawa Barat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di stasiun kereta api bekasi di Jawa Barat, terdapat hubungan parsial antara kenaikan tarif ojek online dengan pendapatan pengemudi ojek. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu penyelidikan di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dikontuks sebagai penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang membahas efikasi diri dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja para driver ojek online di Jalan DI Panjaitan Jakarta Timur. Yang melatarbelakangi penelitian merupakan permasalahan sulit dan daya saing mencari pekerjaan di Ibu Kota Jakarta setelah lulus dari bangku sekolah. Label pengannguran yang harus melekat setelah lulus menajdi bumerang. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis efikasi diri dan disiplin kerja driver terhadap semangat kerja. Ojek online salah satu solusi pertama untuk memulai kerja dengan berbagai kemudahan dengan banyaknya pelanggan pengguna moda transpotasi umum murah dan mudah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner pada skala likert, dengan teknik accidental sampling yang ditentukan waktu pengambilan data, pada seluruh driver ojek online di jalan DI Panjaitan Jakarta Timur. Olah data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 untuk menganalisis uji intrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi berganda. Implikasi yang didapat adalah sebarapa pengaruh dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh data valid dan reliabel serta normal pada data yang terkumpul. Hubungan dan pengaruh dua variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent positif dan signifikasi. Disimpulkan bahwa hubungan dan kotribusi efiaksi diri dan disiplin kerja teradap semangat kerja driver ojek online positif kuat. Harapan penelitian selanjutnya dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap para driver secara umum para driver ojek online sebagai sarana kerja tidak berlabel pengangguran setelah lulus sekolah.

Abstract

PT Anzo Makmur Abadi Jakarta adalah perusahaan konveksi yang telah beroperasi lebih dari lima tahun dan memproduksi berbagai jenis pakaian jadi sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan, seperti seragam, kaos, dan jaket. Perusahaan ini dikenal karena komitmennya terhadap kualitas dan ketepatan waktu, serta mengandalkan tenaga kerja yang terampil dan disiplin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan Sensus terhadap 36 karyawan. Hasil analisis dengan SPSS 16 menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh sangat kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai T hitung 9,758 lebih besar dari T tabel 2,032 dan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,858. Artinya, disiplin kerja berkontribusi sebesar 73,7% terhadap peningkatan kinerja, sementara 26,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Diperoleh juga persamaan regresi Y’ = 7,954 + 1,079X yang menunjukkan hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

The aim of this research is to determine the partial influence of service quality on Grab Bike customer satisfaction in Lagoa Village, North Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, a purposive sampling method was used, totaling 45 Grab Bike users in the Lagoa sub-district, North Jakarta, using a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The results of this research show that there is a partial influence of service quality on Grab Bike customer satisfaction in Lagoa Village, North Jakarta. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research

Abstract

The quality of academic services covers various aspects, starting from the quality of teaching, learning facilities, administration systems, to counseling and career guidance services. Each of these components plays a role in shaping students' perceptions of their educational experience at university. The author is interested in taking the variables of academic service quality and students’ satisfaction at Pertiwi University for research. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality regularly partial towards students’ satisfaction with Pertiwi University students. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, a purposive sampling method was used, totaling 73 students at Pertiwi University with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The results of this research show that there is an influence on the quality of academic services regularly, with a partial impact on students’ satisfaction at Pertiwi University. The results of this research are expected to contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance at Mulyasari Hospital, JakartaThis study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires, and library data. In this study, the sample used was 47 employees of Mulyasari Hospital, using a simple linear regression data analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that there is influence between variables interpersonal communication to variables employee performance At the Jakarta Mulyasari Hospital because the calculated t value of 7.091 is greater than the t table value of 2.012 so that H1 is accepted and the t calculated value lies in the area of rejection of H0 or H1 accepted. Then variables interpersonal communication have a positive influence strong r value of 0,726 (located in the correlation coefficient interval 0.60-0.799) and has a contribution of52,8% on the effective work variable, while the rest is equal to47,2% influenced by other factors. Furthermore, it can be known that the regression equation that can be used to predict that is Y’ =12,760 + 0,786X

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the income of MSMEs and improving the welfare of their families in the Kampung Sawah area, North Jakarta. Consistent and increasing income has the potential to have a positive effect on various aspects of life, including education, health and overall quality of life. However, the relationship between income and community welfare is not always linear and can be influenced by various other aspects, such as individual spending patterns, availability of public services, and local government regulations. This research applies a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting data through surveys and direct dialogue. The sample was selected purposively, involving 73 MSME actors in the Kampung Sawah area, North Jakarta. Data analysis uses a simple linear regression model. Research findings indicate that there is an influence of the income of MSME actors on improving the welfare of their families in the Kampung Sawah area, North Jakarta. It is hoped that this research can become a valuable reference for subsequent studies.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication applied in the company environment is communication that is more dialogical in nature with an emphasis on self-disclosure which can often lead to feedback and understanding of one another, this is done within the PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Ciracas Region Sales Division, as an effort to improve employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine interpersonal communication on employee performance at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Sales Division for the Ciracas Region. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, the saturated sampling method used was 30 employees of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Ciracas Region Sales Division, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that not available the influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Sales Division Ciracas Region employees. low influence has an influence contribution of 7,8% on employee performance variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.
