Abstract

Sosro’s Cafe, a food and beverage business at GOR Haji Agus Salim, faces challenges in managing raw material orders due to still using manual recording, which is prone to errors and lacks accuracy. Consequently, overstocking or understocking frequently occurs, along with disorganized record-keeping. Managing raw material reports is also difficult because stock data is hard to find and access. To overcome these problems, a web-based information system is needed to assist the owner and employees in ordering and recording incoming and outgoing raw materials, and generating raw material reports. The software development method chosen to build this system is the waterfall model, utilizing PHP and MySQL. The final result is the creation of a system that improves the efficiency of ordering and managing raw materials, thus making the performance of the owner and employees of Sosro’s Cafe more effective

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Akrilik adalah belum adanya teknologi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan produk kerajinannya dan minimnya pengetahuan pengrajin tentang teknologi pemasaran untuk produk Kampung Akrilik. Solusi dari permasalahan yang didapat yaitu dengan memberdayakan anggota pengrajin dengan penerapan teknologi dan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan secara teknis kepada semua anggota dalam menggunakan digital marketing dengan aplikasi e-commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran produk., serta strategi dalam manajemen pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemasaran produk ini adalah metode e-WOM dengan aplikasi e-commerce. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi lima tahap, yaitu : identifikasi kebutuhan, pendampingan operasional, sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknologi kepada mitra, pengujian sistem dan tahap implementasi teknologi kepada mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah berupa pemasaran produk secara digital dengan aplikasi e-commerce dalam bentuk website yang nantinya dapat memudahkan pkerajinan dalam pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan hasil kusioner yang diisi oleh para responden, didapat bahwa 89% para anggota pengrajin tidak mengetahui tentang digital marketing, 86% responden menyatakan aplikasi e-commerce sangat menarik dan dan 85% responden menyatakan bermanfaat untuk pemasaran produk dan menambah wawasan. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan dan penerapan aplikasi ini dapat menambah wawasan dan peningkatan pengetahuan bagi para anggota pengrajin di kampung akrilik tentang teknologi yang berhubungan dengan digital marketing.

Abstract

The Community Service Partner (PkM) is AMIK Depati Parbo Kerinci, where the problem that occurs is that the learning media used is still conventional, such as lecturers providing material and assignments orally and in writing. Apart from that, if the lecturer is unable to attend, the material and assignments are delegated to the teaching team, sometimes making students not understand the content of the material. This PkM activity aims to implement an Android-based e-task application in the Management Information Systems course, which is an online learning system used for Android-based student assignment applications. This system was created using the Android Studio programming language, and uses the Waterfall method with system development tools, namely Unified Modeling Language (UML). Apart from that, the current learning process still uses a one-way method, namely the source of knowledge only comes from lecturers, making students less independent in learning because nowadays there are quite a lot of learning media models, one of which is Android-based learning media. The result of this activity is increased student independence in the teaching and learning process because it uses learning media in the form of an Android-based e-task application so that there is innovation in learning to make students more enthusiastic, creative and active in learning both online and offline.

Abstract

Dalam bidang ekonomi, khususnya dalam dunia usaha, teknologi telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam hal peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Akrilik adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mitra tentang pemasaran produk secara digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital marketing berbasis e-Wom untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Ada empat tahap dalam metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, yaitu: perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, observasi dan evaluasi dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil kusioner yang diisi oleh para responden, didapat bahwa 84% para anggota mitra tidak mengetahui tentang digital marketing dalam memasarkan produk dan 16% menyatakan sudah mengetahui tentang teknik ini. Hasil dari kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan materi yang telah disampaikan oleh pemateri, menyatakan bahwa 88% materi yang disampaikan sangat bermanfaat dan 12% menyatakan bermanfaat, sehingga dapat dikatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk peningkatan penjualan usaha produk di Kampung Akrilik.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the economic driving forces that have an important role in the economy of Padang City because it contributes greatly to overcoming poverty and unemployment problems. MSMEs have many positive impacts, such as one of the expansion of labor absorption which makes it a place for low-income people to produce productive economic activities. MSMEs in Padang City are one type of business that can be resilient in various kinds of economic shocks so that from year to year the growth is always stable and consistent. This growth also affects the decline in unemployment, because MSMEs are labor-intensive businesses that require minimal Human Resources with a relatively small level of formal education and utilization of business capital. Although in terms of quantity, MSMEs in Padang City have increased, they are not accompanied by quality. This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage formed from the role of market orientation variables and product innovation in creative industry-based MSMEs in Padang City. The population in this study is creative industry business actors in Padang City applying purposive sampling techniques as a sampling. The conclusion of this reasearch are Based on the results of the study above on MSMEs in the city of Padang using SWOT analysis 4 quadrants, the position of MSMEs is at the growth stage. Based on analysis using IE matrix analysis, it is necessary to carry out a product development strategy, and Based on the results use SPACE matrix analysis, namely market and product development and product diversification.
