Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan penyakit kencing manis adalah penyakit kronis yang disebabkan oleh gagalnya organ pankreas memproduksi jumlah hormon insulin secara memadai sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan kadar glukosa dalam darah. Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit yang berbahaya, banyak diberbagai negara terkena penyakit diabetes termasuk di Indonesia. Penyebab utama diabetes masih belum diketahui, namun banyak yang percaya bahwa faktor genetika dan gaya hidup dapat memainkan peran utama pada diabetes. Para peneliti di bidang bioinformatika telah berusaha untuk mengatasi penyakit ini dan membuat sistem untuk membantu dalam prediksi diabetes. Dari berbagai penelitian yang ada, banyak menggunakan metode seperti C4.5, KNN, Naïve Bayes, serta SVM Linier dalam membangun sistem, tapi metode SVM Radial Basis Function (RBF) jarang digunakan dikarenakan hasil akurasi yang didapat tidak cukup untuk digunakan pada sistem prediksi diabetes. Pada penelitian ini menjawab gap tersebut bahwa dengan menggunakan metode algoritma SVM Radial Basis Function (RBF) dapat menghasilkan akurasi yang tinggi dengan mencapai sebesar 91%. Pengujian akurasi yang dilakukan menggunakan Confusion Matrix dan peramalan Mean Square Error dengan kfold kelipatan 10. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah penderita/pasien dapat terkena penyakit diabetes atau tidak dengan menerapkan teknik data mining dan klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma SVM Radial Basis Function berbasis Forward Selection.

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has reached a significant global scale, changing the dynamics of people's lives around the world. Social media platforms such as Twitter have become important channels for individuals to share experiences, voice opinions, and participate in discussions related to this pandemic. Sentiment analysis emerged as an important approach to reveal changes in people's attitudes and emotions in facing this challenge. This research involves analyzing sentiment during the COVID-19 pandemic to understand the feelings, attitudes, and views of the community after the peak phase of the pandemic. This study refers to previous findings which show that the Random Forest Algorithm provides the highest accuracy in this analysis. Through testing with the Random Forest Algorithm method, model accuracy testing is carried out using a confusion matrix and comparing test data and training data in a ratio of 80:20. Test results show that this model achieves an accuracy rate of 91%, providing a more comprehensive view of changes in public sentiment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The ever-advancing technological transformation has brought benefits to our daily lives. Thanks to these technological advances, it is very easy to get access to information, communicate with platforms, and conduct transactions in an increasingly sophisticated digital environment. Web application services are one of the positive impacts of the development of the digital world. However, behind the ease of access offered by web applications, it is often targeted by cyber criminals to obtain sensitive data within it. The application of Web Application Firewall (WAF) as a web application security from SQL injection attacks can be a solution to security issues. This research involves several different WAF solution selections. The results show that the effectiveness of WAF in protecting applications from SQL injection attacks varies depending on the type of attack. From the attacks performed, Naxsi was able to filter out 99% of the attacks and ModSecurity 100%.

Abstract

Data security is essential. Educational question banks at vocational high schools (SMK) contain confidential information that could be misused if not properly secured. This research aims to ensure students question bank data and develop a responsive web platform for Pusdikhubad Cimahi Vocational School by implementing the integration of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) cryptographic algorithms through the encryption and decryption process. AES is a symmetric key cryptography algorithm, while RSA is an encryption algorithm based on using public keys to encrypt the keys required by AES-256. The integration of these two algorithms aims to ensure data confidentiality, prevent manipulation, and facilitate access to exam materials by authorized parties. This research shows that the process of encrypting and decrypting question data using a combination of RSA and AES was successfully carried out on the question bank system. Avalanche Effect testing shows that the RSA and AES 256-bit encryption has an Avalanche Effect level of 49.99%. Apart from that, the system feasibility test using black box testing results shows that the SIFILE system has a percentage level of 100%. It is hoped that the results of this research can serve as a data security system at Pusdikhubad Cimahi Vocational School and other educational institutions to secure the question bank from unauthorized access

Abstract

Customer churn prediction plays a vital role in modern business, accurately influencing strategic and operational decisions that influence customer loyalty to a service. Customer churn focuses on customer retention being more profitable than attracting new customers because long-term customers provide lower profits and costs while losing customers increases the costs and need to attract new customers. However, customer churn still occurs frequently and cannot be predicted. If customer churn is left unchecked, it will endanger the company or banking industry because it can cause loss of income, damage reputation, and decrease market share. Random Forest, a data mining technique, was used in this research because of its ability to predict and handle many variables. This research aims to predict customer churn using the Random Forest method with datasets from Europe, especially France, Spain, and Germany, hoping to benefit the banking industry by identifying customers at high risk of abandoning services. This research is expected to benefit business people from customer churn predictions. Especially in the banking industry, it can help identify customers at high risk of abandoning service. Thus, companies can take appropriate steps to retain these customers, increase customer retention, strengthen customer loyalty and optimize their business performance. The results of this research are an accurate system for predicting customer churn in the future. The research obtained accuracy results of 87% in predicting customer churn using accuracy testing in the form of a confusion matrix.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Kader kesehatan merupakan bagian penting dalam peningkatan derajat Kesehatan di desa, dan juga dalam rujukan diperlukan tim yang bisa dalam evakuasi dan keterampilan dalam merujuk pasien ke Puskesmas. Desa wangunjaya merupakan desa yang berada di garut Selatan dan  belum memiliki tim code blue Desa yang fokus ke rujukan pasien dan belum ada format rujukan digital. Para kader kesehatan belum memiliki pengetahuan atau keterampilan dalam Bantuan Hidup Dasar, Evakuasi dan sistem rujukan. pemberian pelatihan kepada kader Kesehatan dengan cara pengukuran tanda tanda vital (TTV), Bantuan hidup dasar (BHD), evakuasi Tandu dan juga sistem rujukan secara digital kesehatan dalam web desa. Setelah di lakukan pre test dan post test terkait aspek pengetahuan terkait TTV, BHD dan Evakuasi di dapat rata rata pre test 40 dan rata rata post test 80. Selain itu hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung terkait Observasi pelatihan BHD meningkat tajam dari 30 ke 80, Evakuasi  tandu pasien menigkat dari 0 ke 80. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat terkait dengan pelatihan, workshop dan pendampingan Pengukuran TTV, BHD, evakuasi pasien tandu dan infut data Kesehatan rujukan digital efektif dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan skill kader Kesehatan dan sistem rujukan digital di Desa Wangunjaya Bungbulang. Di harapakan peran serta dari Stakeholders di Desa terutama Bidan desa dan pengurus Desa untuk melanjutkan kegiatan team code blue kesehatan desa dalam pengkajian pasien, evakuasi dan rujukan dengan monitoring dan evaluasi pada kegiatan ini. Selain itu alat alat TTV dan alat evakuasi, dan juga web desa, rujukan kesehatan digital dimanfaatkan dan juga di tambahkan sehingga bermanfaat secara berkesinambungan. Kata Kunci: BHD, Code Blue, Evakuasi, Kader Kesehatan, Rujukan Digital, TTV  ABSTRACT Health cadres are an important part of improving the level of health in the village, and in referrals, a team is needed that can be in evacuation and skills in referring patients to the Puskesmas. Wangunjaya village is a village located in South Garut and does not yet have a village code blue team that focuses on patient referrals and there is no digital referral format. The health cadres do not yet have the knowledge or skills in Basic Life Support, Evacuation and the referral system. Providing training to health cadres by measuring vital signs (TTV), Basic Life Support (BLS), stretcher evacuation and also a digital health referral system in the village website. After the pre-test and post-test related to the aspects of knowledge related to TTV, BLS and Evacuation, the average pre-test was 40 and the average post-test was 80. In addition, the results of direct training and mentoring related to BLS training observations increased sharply from 30 to 80, patient stretcher evacuation increased from 0 to 80. the results of community service related to training, workshops and mentoring of TTV Measurement, BLS, patient stretcher evacuation and digital health referral data input are effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of health cadres and the digital referral system in Wangunjaya Village, Bungbulang. It is hoped that the participation of Stakeholders in the Village, especially the village midwife and village officials, will continue the activities of the village health code blue team in patient assessment, evacuation and referral with monitoring and evaluation of these activities. In addition, TTV tools and evacuation tools, as well as village websites, digital health referrals are utilized and also added so that they are useful on an ongoing basis. Keywords: BLS, Code Blue, Digital Referral, Evacuation, Health Cadres

Abstract

As a tropical country, Indonesia faces great challenges in predicting rainfall due to increasingly dynamic climate change. This study aims to predict rainfall in an urban area in West Java with tropical climate characteristics using deep learning methods, namely Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) based on climate data collected from local meteorological stations. The results show that the Bi-LSTM method provides more stable prediction performance with a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value of 0.0108 and a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 0.0158. In contrast, the GRU method produced variable performance with higher MAE and RMSE values in some test scenarios. The main findings of this study indicate that the BiLSTM model has a higher level of accuracy, making it an effective information technology solution to support disaster mitigation and agricultural sector planning in climatically complex regions.

Abstract

Monkeypox is an infectious disease that spreads rapidly and requires an accurate early detection system. This study aims to develop a monkeypox disease classification model by overcoming data imbalance problems. The method used is Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) combined with Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE). Model evaluation using Confusion Matrix with 69% accuracy, precision of 0.69, recall of 0.93, and F1-score of 0.79. In addition, the Area Under Curve - Receiver Operating Characteristic (AUC-ROC) value reached 0.68. This study shows that the combination of SMOTE and XGBoost can overcome data imbalance and improve minority class detection, thus contributing to the development of a more accurate and efficient infectious disease early detection system.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer dan telekomunikasi meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data, namun menimbulkan tantangan keamanan, khususnya pada data rekam medis elektronik (RME) yang bersifat sensitif. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) dan Revest Shamir Adleman (RSA) untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan privasi RME. ZKP memungkinkan pembuktian tanpa mengungkapkan informasi rahasia, sedangkan RSA menjaga kerahasiaan dan integritas data melalui enkripsi-dekripsi. Hasilnya, entropi data meningkat 24,53% (4,8314 menjadi 6,0165 bits/byte) setelah enkripsi RSA 2048-bit dengan padding OAEP berbasis SHA-256. Protokol ZKP metode Schnorr berhasil diimplementasikan tanpa membocorkan rahasia pengguna. Pengujian pada 100 pengguna simultan menunjukkan waktu respons rata-rata 1,8 detik dengan keberhasilan permintaan di atas 94%. Tantangan utama adalah beban komputasi autentikasi ZKP dan efisiensi saat jumlah pengguna bertambah. Integrasi RSA dan ZKP terbukti efektif meningkatkan keamanan, menjaga privasi, dan mempertahankan kinerja sistem RME.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, kebocoran informasi sensitif menjadi ancaman serius bagi individu maupun organisasi, terutama ketika data tidak terlindungi dengan baik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sistem yang tidak hanya mendeteksi keberadaan data sensitif, tetapi juga mampu melindunginya secara efektif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem Data Loss Prevention (DLP) yang menggabungkan metode deteksi pola data sensitif menggunakan regular expression (regex) dan teknik enkripsi Format-Preserving Encryption (FPE) untuk melindungi informasi sensitif dalam dokumen digital. Sistem dirancang agar mampu mengenali pola data seperti NIK, NPWP, nomor telepon, email, dan nomor rekening menggunakan regex, kemudian melakukan enkripsi pada data yang terdeteksi tanpa mengubah format aslinya. Data uji yang digunakan berupa dataset sintetik yang menyerupai data nyata. Proses enkripsi menggunakan algoritma FF3 dengan pendekatan deterministik yang disesuaikan dengan jenis data agar tetap kompatibel dengan sistem. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap efektivitas deteksi menggunakan metrik precision, recall, dan F1-score, serta efisiensi dan keamanan enkripsi melalui pengukuran waktu proses dan nilai entropi. Hasil evaluasi sistem menunjukkan akurasi deteksi 94,1%, presisi 100%, recall 88,8%, dan F1-score 94,1%. Rata-rata waktu enkripsi per dokumen hanya 0,15 milidetik, sedangkan proses enkripsi berhasil meningkatkan entropi dokumen sebesar 0,0645 bit. Sistem ini menunjukkan performa yang stabil dan dapat diandalkan dalam mendeteksi serta melindungi informasi sensitif tanpa mengganggu struktur data maupun proses operasional.
