Abstract

Working women at this time are very common, there are many considerations that encourage women to work where they have aspirations to have their own income, help their husbands meet their needs and there are also considerations for career actualization of their existence in the organization where they work. Female police, abbreviated as Polwan, are an example of working women. Policewomen are also bound by the same rules as male cops. A policewoman has two roles at once, in their homes as housewives and in their offices as career women. This research is an analysis of the effect of the dual role conflict (work-family, family-work) of policewomen and work stress (pressures on work) on their performance. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely married policewomen with a sample of 62 respondents drawn from as many as 75 policewomen who are married. Multiple role conflict is the first independent variable and job stress is the second independent variable, while Polwan's performance is the dependent variable. Based on the research results, the first independent variable (X1) and the second independent variable (X2) have an effect on the performance of female police officers (Y). This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient and the level of significance of each factor, namely -0.027 and 0.892; 0.698 and 0.008. The F-count is 10.047 with a significance level of 0.000, the adjusted R2 value is 0.229. Multiple role conflict has a significant negative effect on policewomen's performance, job stress has a significant positive effect on policewomen's performance. Keywords: Multiple Role Conflict, Job Stress and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the elements that drives the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) process. It can be said that teachers are the main actors in education who will influence the quality of student achievement. Therefore, to analyze this, the researcher included variable teacher performance as a factor in the implementation of learning objectives. This research is a qualitative type with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by taking 10 scientific articles for analysis. This research aims to present the variables transformational leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), and teacher performance (Y). From the conclusions of these 10 articles, the researcher concluded that the principal's transformational leadership is very important for teacher performance because it relates to how a school principal conveys the vision, mission, goals, regulations and programs set by the school so that teachers can plan and have targets to develop themselves as a whole. Creative and innovative, such as increasing functional positions and increasing knowledge. The work motivation variable also has a direct effect on teacher performance. This means that changes in increasing work motivation will lead to increased teacher performance. Work motivation also encourages teacher growth and empowerment. Thus, the variables of transformational leadership and work motivation must be increased and improved so that teacher performance can provide optimal influence and contribution to the development and progress of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of risk management in asset governance at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta to achieve optimal asset utilization. As a Public Service Agency State University (PTN-BLU), UPN Veteran Yogyakarta faces various challenges in asset management, including budget constraints, lack of consistent monitoring, and the unavailability of formal risk evaluation standards. Qualitative descriptive research methods are used to gain in-depth understanding through interviews with asset managers and field observations. The results show that the implementation of risk management can have a significant impact on the efficiency of budget allocation, which includes more appropriate budget distribution based on priority needs and risks. Risk management also has the potential to extend the useful life of assets, with risk mitigation measures taken on assets that show signs of wear or early damage, thus preventing major repair costs due to serious damage. This research highlights that a technology-based monitoring system is an indispensable aspect to support the effectiveness of risk management in asset management. The implementation of structured risk assessment procedures helps in determining asset maintenance priorities, so that the assets that are most critical to the sustainability of campus operations receive greater attention. With the implementation of this comprehensive risk management, optimization of asset utilization can be achieved, which in turn supports the stability and sustainability of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta's operations as a quality higher education institution.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of spiritual leadership on fraud prevention in financial service companies in Indonesia, focusing on the mediating role of organizational culture and the moderating effect of employee motivation. Employing a quantitative approach, the target population consists of all employees working in banking and non-banking financial service companies across several provinces in Indonesia. The 220 samples are selected through convenience sampling based on participants' availability and willingness. Data is obtained using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, and the analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that spiritual leadership significantly influences fraud prevention, both directly and through the organizational culture. Organizational culture effectively mediates the relationship between spiritual leadership and fraud prevention. However, employee motivation does not moderate this relationship. Interestingly, employee motivation does moderate the relationship between organizational culture and fraud prevention. These results imply that financial service companies should cultivate spiritual leadership and a solid organizational culture to enhance fraud prevention efforts while recognizing employee motivation's critical role in this context.
